        판소리계소설의 풍자양상과 의미 : 「배비장전」과 「이춘풍전」을 중심으로

        The study appeared in the satirical novel based p'ansori novels aspects of the historical literature, it means that to find the limitations are intended to identify. To this end, in this study “Baebijangjeon” and “Leechunpungjeon” is to develop the discussion around. The two novels based p'ansori novels stand out among the relatively jimyeo satire sex, satire of the show is that a wide spectrum. “Baebijangjeon” aerang in the first half of the work that appears in the media and as a subject for satire while participating baebijang have to be trenchant satire. But at the end of the novel aerang baebijang and reconciliation and accept baebijang. Although the baebijang and reconciliation aerang humorous look into this, but it was difficult. Aerang false consciousness of the man and sharply criticized the hypocrisy but negative for baebijang mitigate or does not show a bit of compassion.         SABiT 공법적용 인쇄회로기판의 은 페이스트 범프 크기 및 제작 조건에 따른 전기 저항 특성

        We investigated the resistance change behavior of SABiT (Samsung Advanced Bump interconnection Technology) technology-applied PCB (Printed Circuit Board) with the various bump sizes and fabrication conditions. Many testing samples with different bump size, prepreg thickness, number of print on the formation of Ag paste bump, were made. The resistance of Ag paste bump itself was calculated from the Ag paste resistivity and bump size, measured by using 4-point probe method and FE-SEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope), respectively. The contact resistance between Ag paste bump and conducting Cu line were obtained by subtracting the Cu line and bump resistances from the measured total resistance. It was found that the contact resistance drastically changed with the variation of Ag paste bump size and the contact resistance had the largest influence on total resistance. We found that the bump size and contact resistance obeyed the power law relationship. The resistance of a circuit in PCB can be estimated from this kind of relationship as the bump size and fabrication technique vary.

        Dielectric Properties of Amorphous KNbXO5 (X=Ge, Si)

        We have investigated the dielectric response of amorphous KNbXO5 (X = Ge, Si) in the glass region. The samples were prepared by a twin-roller quenching method and measurements were carried out in the frequency range from 100 Hz to 15 MHz. The frequency dependence of the electrical data has been analyzed in the framework of the modulus formalism. Similar values of the activation energies between KNbGeO5 (KNGO) and KNbSiO5 (KNSO) indicate that there is no significant difference in the energy barrier for the charge carriers to overcome between KNGO and KNSO. In the temperature dependence of a master curve, the overlap of all the curves for various temperatures on a single master curve indicates that the relaxation mechanism is independent of temperature. The smaller values of the stretched exponent parameter for KNSO than for KNGO are understood, based on the weight difference of nonbridging oxygen between KNGO and KNSO.

        정약용의 『아학편(兒學編)』에 나타난 아동교육관과 교육방법론

        Joseon’s education had limitations in that it was a one-sided educational content centered on the past and Neo-Confucianism. Past-centered education has brought about a predetermined educational goal of learning for the development of life, and one-sided education in Neo-Confucianism has exposed the limitations of encouraging conflict, rather than reflecting various demands of real society. In particular, in the late Joseon Dynasty, these problems in education became more prominent. Jeong Yak-yong’s “Ahakpyeon”(아학편) is a book with the intention of overcoming these problems. Jeong Yak-yong showed a practical educational view based on Sugichin in “Ahakpyeon”. In “Ahakpyeon” Jeong Yak-yong talked about human-centered education, education that prioritizes personality, and education that helps with real life. On the other hand, Jeong Yak-yong emphasized child-centered education, pointing out the problems of Cheonjamun as a textbook for children’s education in Ahakpyeon. The “Ahakpyeon” was thoroughly made of child-oriented textbooks. Jeong Yak-yong’s educational ideas began with correcting social ills in the late Joseon Dynasty and showed an attitude to maintain the traditional idea of studying abroad. We can find some of the answers to the most problematic things in the educational reality of our society now in Jeong Yak-yong’s educational ideas and educational methods.

      • 비정질 유전체 KNbGeO5의 유전효과 연구

        KNbGeO5 비정질을 제조하여 온도와 주파수에 따른 유전효과에 관하여 연구하였다. 전기적 특성은 Impedance/Gain-Phase 분석기를 이용해 2℃/min의 승온율로 상온에서 800℃의 온도구간에서 그리고 주파수는 100 Hz~15 MHz 범위에서 측정하였다. 유리전이 구간에서부터 결정화 구간에 걸쳐 원자 및 분자들의 활발한 움직임으로 실수부와 허수부 모두 급격한 증가를 보였다. 그리고 유리구간에서의 보편법칙을 통한 해석과 모듈러스 분석에 의한 해석이 일치함을 알 수 있었다.

        과정기반 모형을 활용한 산림의 순일차생산성 평가: 남북한 소나무 및 참나무 임분을 중심으로

        본 연구에서는 과정기반 생지화학모형 중 하나인 BGCMAN (Biogeochemistry Management) 모형을 남북한에 적용하여 산림생태계의 생산성을 나타내는 지표인 순일차생산성 (Net Primary Productivity, NPP)을 평가하였다. 기상자료의 경우에는 우리나라 기상청 기후정보포털의 실측 및 동아시아 시나리오 자료를 병행하여 활용하였다. 식생정보로는 소나무 (Pinus densiflora) 및 참나무 (Quercus spp.) 임분을 대상으로 우리나라의 광릉 및 설마천 유역과 북한 내 양묘장이 있는 것으로 알려져 있는 사리원, 서흥, 해주, 정주, 원산을 대상지로 선정하였다. 생물리적 정보 중 경위도, 고도, 사면 방향 등의 지형정보는 SRTM (Shuttle Radar Topography Mission)의 수치표고모델을 활용하였으며, 토양정보 등의 경우에는 HWSD (Harmonized World Soil Database)의 정보를 활용하였다. 관리 요인의 경우에는 1950년의 한국전쟁으로 인한 남북한 산림파괴와 이후 산림의 재조림 과정을 고려하였다. 1991년부터 2100년까지 모의된 NPP의 전체 평균 값은 5.17 Mg C ha-1이었으며, 범위는 3.30~8.19Mg C ha-1로 도출되었다. 또한 기후 시나리오의 변동성이 커짐에 따라서 산림 생산성의 교란이 커졌으며, 소나무 임분의 생장 둔화가 두드러지게 나타났다. 기후변화에 따라 생태계 과정기반 모형의 중요성이 커지는 시점에서 BGC-MAN 모형의 한반도 적용성이 검토되었다. 본 연구의 제한된 자료를 통해서 기후변화에 대한 교란이 산림생태계에 미치는 여러 요인들이 분석된 만큼, 향후 모델링 방법의 보완을 통해 보다 한반도 전역의 정밀한 생태계 변화를 과정기반 모형을 통해 모의할 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다. In this study, the biogeochemistry management (BGC-MAN) model was applied to North and South Korea pine and oak forest stands to evaluate the Net Primary Productivity (NPP), an indicator of forest ecosystem productivity. For meteorological information, historical records and East Asian climate scenario data of Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSPs) were used. For vegetation information, pine (Pinus densiflora) and oak (Quercus spp.) forest stands were selected at the Gwangneung and Seolmacheon in South Korea and Sariwon, Sohung, Haeju, Jongju, and Wonsan, which are known to have tree nurseries in North Korea. Among the biophysical information, we used the elevation model for topographic data such as longitude, altitude, and slope direction, and the global soil database for soil data. For management factors, we considered the destruction of forests in North and South Korea due to the Korean War in 1950 and the subsequent reforestation process. The overall mean value of simulated NPP from 1991 to 2100 was 5.17 Mg C ha-1, with a range of 3.30-8.19 Mg C ha-1. In addition, increased variability in climate scenarios resulted in variations in forest productivity, with a notable decline in the growth of pine forests. The applicability of the BGC-MAN model to the Korean Peninsula was examined at a time when the ecosystem process-based models were becoming increasingly important due to climate change. In this study, the data on the effects of climate change disturbances on forest ecosystems that was analyzed was limited; therefore, future modeling methods should be improved to simulate more precise ecosystem changes across the Korean Peninsula through process-based models.

        비정질 유전체 KNbGeO5의 저주파수 분산과 전기적 완화 현상 연구

        We have investigated electrical relaxation phenomena in amorphous KNbGeO$_5$. The amorphous KNbGeO$_5$ was prepared by using a metal plate quenching method. The electrical property was measured by using an impedance/gain-phase analyzer in the frequency range 100 Hz $\sim$ 15 MHz at a heating rate of 2 $^\circ$C/min. The sample shows a low-frequency dispersion (LFD) for the real part of the dielectric permittivity. The activation energies of the dc and ac conductivities, calculated from Jonscher's power law, are 0.85 and 0.84 eV, respectively. From the master curve of the frequency-dependent electrical conductivity in the glass region, we find the electrical conductivity mechanism to be independent of the temperature. 비정질 KNbGeO$_5$를 제조하여 비정질 상태에서의 온도와 주파수에 따른 전기적 완화 현상을 연구하였다. 전기적 특성은 임피던스 분석기를 이용해 2 $^\circ$C/min의 승온율로 상온에서 800 $^\circ$C의 온도구간에서 그리고 주파수는 100 Hz $\sim$ 15 MHz 범위에서 측정하였다. 주파수에 따른 유전율의 실수부가 고주파수에서는 민감하지 않는 반면, 저주파수에서 강한 분산을 보이는 저주파수 분산 (LFD : low frequency dispersion) 현상이 관찰되었으며, Jonscher의 보편법칙을 이용하여 구한 $dc, ac$ 전도에 관한 활성화 에너지는 각각 0.85 eV, 0.84 eV로 전하 운송자가 장거리 및 단거리 이동에서 겪는 퍼텐셜 장벽 높이가 거의 같음을 알 수 있었다. 비정질 영역에서 $ac$ 전도도가 여러 온도에서 하나의 으뜸곡선으로 나타내어지는 것을 볼 때 $ac$ 전도도는 시간과 온도에 관계없이 주파수에 대해 같은 전기 전도 기구를 가지는 것으로 이해할 수 있다.
