In this paper, an apartment lifting case using the pile reaction was introduced. The pile reaction technology is a new concept which is able to restore the sunken structure by use of a computer-based measurement skill. The merits of this proposed method is that the soils or other slimes under the ground are not discharged and the concrete filled steel tubular piles are pressured without vibration and noise. Therefore, most residents were actually dwelled in apartment without inconvenience. The cracks due to the sunken ground were closed after lifting the apartment. A great of warped doors were fit automatically. The proposed method is very reasonable and innovative in view of engineering and structural concept.
