        Objectives : The microdiskectomy was developed out of attempts to refine the classical lumbar laminectomy and diskectomy. The ligament-sparing microdiskectomy, a more refined technique, was developed by the author. For this study a series of patients, operated by the present author, were reviewed. Methods : Consecutive patients admitted to Ewha Mokdong hospital between August 1997 and June 2000 who were to undergo virgin, unilateral single-level lumbar ligament-sparing microdiskectomy undergoing unilateral single-level microdiskectomies were included. The technique of the ligament-sparing diskectomy was described in detail. Results : A total of 83 patients were operated on(M : F/63 : 21), with an average age of 37.2 years. Successful outcome was achieved in 78 patients(93.9%). Surgical complications included one wound infection and one reoperation for residual disk herniation. Conclusion : The author believe that this technique is safe, can provide acceptable clinical outcome, and has an additional advantage of preserving the epidural fat.

      • 이자율기간구조를 이용한 기대인플레이션의 추정 및 특징

        본 연구에서는 거시 및 재무모형을 이용하여 우리나라 기대인플레이션을 추정하고자 한다. 기대인플레이션을 찾기 위한 방법으로는 일반적으로 거시 모형을 기반으로 수익률 정보를 활용하는 것과 재무 모형을 중심으로 거시 정보를 활용하는 방법으로 대별된다. 재무 모형의 경우에는 거시 변수에 적절한 확률 과정을 부여하고 이를 가격함수에 직접 대입한 뒤 최종적으로 자산가격 PDE를 도출하는 방법이고, 거시 모형을 기반으로 하는 경우에는 거시 변수와 금리 변수를 포함한 VAR을 구축한 뒤 이중 일부 변수를 은닉 요인으로 처리함으로써 무차익 거래 조건을 유지하면서 거시 변수를 도입하는 방법이다. 본고에서는 이들 두 방식을 모두 이용하여 재무와 거시 변수를 통한 우리나라 기대인플레이션의 시계열을 추출하고 그 추이를 살펴보고자 한다. 분석 결과 우리나라의 기대인플레이션은 글로벌 금융위기 이전에는 4%를 상회하는 높은 수준을 보였으나 2008년 후반을 기점으로 하여 상당폭 하락하는 모습을 시현하였다. 2009년 초 저점 이후 기대인플레이션은 반전하여 2012년 초까지는 증가하였으나 이후 다시 약화되는 모습을 시현하였다. 또한 본고에서는 재무모형에서 도출된 기대인플레이션과 실제 자료로 입수 가능한 기대인플레이션간의 비교를 통해 우리나라 기대인플레이션의 특징을 살펴보았다. 경제 주체의 기대인플레이션 형성에 체계적인 편의가 존재하지 않고(불편성), 기대 형성에 활용가능한 모든 정보가 반영되었는지(효율성)를 기준으로 합리성을 평가한 결과 분석에 이용된 모든 기대인플레이션에서 이러한 합리성이 모두 기각되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 실제 인플레이션과 기대인플레이션간의 Granger 인과검정 결과 대체로 실제 인플레이션은 단기 기대인플레이션에, 기대 인플레이션은 장기 실제 인플레이션에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있음이 관찰되었다.

        펄스전류활성 소결장치를 이용한 MXene 소재 합성

        Recently, research on MAX phase materials has been actively conducted. M of MAX phase is made of early transition metal element, A is A-group (IIIA or IVA) element, and X is Carbon or Nitrogen. It has the chemical formula of MnAXn-1, and is called the 211, 312, and 413 groups according to the indices(n=1,2,3). MXene material is characterized by having a layered structure of 2D structure like graphene by etching the element corresponding to A-gruop in the MAX phase. So far, MXene materials have been reported to be applied in various fields. In particular, research is being actively conducted as anode material for Li secondary batteries, electromagnetic wave shielding material, and hydrogen storage alloy material. In the pulse energization active sintering method, the surface of the powder particles is cleaned and activated more easily than the conventional electrical sintering process and material transfers at both the macro and micro level, so that a high-quality sintered body can be obtained at low temperature and fast time. In this study, the MAX phase was synthesized in a short time by using a pulse current active sintering apparatus, and the MXene material was prepared from the synthesized MAX phase and the structure was analyzed.

        인터넷전문은행 도입이 은행 산업의 효율성에 미치는 영향과 결정요인 분석

        This paper investigates the impact of the introduction of internet-only bank (IOB) on the efficiency of Korean banking industry. Based on the static data envelopment analysis (DEA) considering net interest income and non-interest income as output indicators of banks, we found that efficiency and productivity gaps among commercial banks have generally narrowed. Domestic banks showed higher improvements in efficiency assessed by net interest income, while foreign-affiliated banks showed higher efficiency improvements in non-interest income. After the establishment of two IOBs in 2017, we found that Kakao Bank showed the highest efficiency score, although K Bank, struggled with the poorest efficiency score among all Korean commercial banks. In terms of dynamic efficiency, IOBs showed higher efficiency in terms of technical progress and scale efficiency when net interest income is used as the output of banks. IOBs also enjoyed higher efficiency based on non-interest income, and thus they made other legacy banks suffer relatively lower efficiency scores. However, speed or degree of efficiency improvements were different to each other. K Bank, for example, had outstanding efficiency only in technical progress and ordinary and lower scores in other areas of dynamic efficiency. From the analysis of the determinants of the efficiency of Korean banks, we found that capital adequacy ratio and asset per worker ratio were statistically significant efficiency enhancing factors. In addition, we found that the introduction of IOBs made the more significantly negative impact on the efficiency when it was measured by non-interest income, suggesting that bigtech’s entry can erode legacy banking industry through cost-efficient way especially in the fee and commission income generating business rather than traditional deposit-taking and lending business.

        소뇌교각에 발생한 교모세포종 1례 : 증례보고 Case Report

        Glioblastomas rarely occur in the posterior fossa. The authors present clinical and pathological findings in a 59-year-old female patient with a glioblastoma growing primarily in the cerebello-pontine angle. The patient presented with a 1-month history of diplopia. Neurological examination revealed right-sided trigeminal and abducens nerve paresis. Cerebral magnetic resonance imaging showed a well-enhancing mass at cerebello-pontine angle. Following near total removal via petrosal approach, the pathological examination revealed a glioblastoma. To the authors knowledge, this represents the first case of glioblastoma arising at cerebello-pontine angle probably originating from the most proximal part of abducens nerve.

        탄소섬유 열처리조건에 따른 폴리프로필렌 탄소섬유 복합재의 인장강도 변화 연구

        Commercial carbon fiber is sized with Bisphenol A type epoxy, a thermosetting resin, to prevent fiber damage due to friction during weaving and manufacturing processes. When the thermoplastic resin is used as the base material, the interface between the carbon fiber and the thermoplastic resin is very weak because the bonding force with the thermosetting resin is not good, which greatly affects the mechanical properties of the composite material. Therefore, in order to improve the mechanical properties of the thermoplastic composite material, a process of removing the epoxy sizing layer on the surface of the carbon fiber in a furnace is required. In this process, the physical properties of the carbon fiber are changed according to the change of carbon fiber heat treatment conditions. In this paper, the study was carried out to evaluate the tensile strength required for automobile parts by extrusion and injection of thermoplastic resin based carbon fiber composites. Depending on the heat treatment temperature and time of the carbon fiber was a slightly tensile strength of the carbon composite material occurs, the tensile strength of the carbon composite material with a 6 hour heat-treated carbon fiber was measured at 550 ℃ the highest to 93 MPa. When the heat treatment holding time is more than 6 hours or the heat treatment temperature is more than 600 ℃, it may be the damage to the carbon fiber, which can cause a decrease in the tensile strength of the carbon fiber composite material.
