Many theories on the sound change, practically phonetic change have been suggested by many linguists such as regularity hypothesists, telelogists, generative phonologists, natural phonologists, variationists and many other linguists I studied all the phonetic change's therories as mentioned above in order to find out what is the phontic change, where, when and how the phonetic change is or has been occured, what is the main reason or main factor of this and what is the distinctive point of each of their suggestion in this report.

강대했던 제국이 붕괴되고 번성했던 민족이 사멸된 일은 엄연한 역사의 장으로 기록되어 있다. 이 지상에서 한 국가와 종족이 차례로 소멸되어 간다는 것, 어쩌면 그것 자체가 인류의 체험이 증명하는 역사법칙일지도 모른다. 그러나 소멸의 허망을 딛고 영원히 남아 있는 것이 있으니, 그것이 바로 거대한 문화의 흔적이다. 고대희랍의 도시국가나 서구전역에 병합했던 로마제국은 이미 오래전에 멸망했으나 그들이 남긴 찬연한 문화의 유적은 오늘날도 지중해연안에, 그리고 로마의 도처에서 그 장엄한 후광을 비치고 있다. 또 남미 잉카족은 이제 완전히 멸망되고 말았지만 그들이 쌓아 올린 산성은 아직도 현대문명을 굽어보며 그 자리에 남아있다. 문화를 남긴 국가와 민족은 영원히 사멸하지 않는다. 아니, 사멸할 수가 없다. 서라벌 천년의 왕국은 역사적인 의미에서 멸망했지만 그러나 문하국가로서의 서라벌은 지금도 불국사에 석굴암에 아니 경주 일대의 유적에서 아직도 살아있다. 문화를 남긴 국가나 민족은 영구히 살아있는 것이다
An Efficient in vitro Micropropagation for Production of Disease-free Bulbs in Korean Native Lilium

Cryopreservation is one of the ideal and suitable methods for long-term storage of plant germplasm. The plant contaminated with diseases and pathogens are decreased the multiplication rate, survival rate and high quality of plants after cryopreservation. The aim of this work was to improve a micropropagation method for lily in Korea, which is indigenous plant. In the last process of rinsing scales after surface-sterilization, we tried to control the diseases and pathogens lived within the tissue by rinsing in 0.03% sodium hypochlorite (NaClO) instead of sterile distilled water. Bulb scales of Lilium were cultured in vitro on MS medium supplemented with Plant Preservative Mixture (PPM). The results showed that L. tsingtauense accessions were observed ranged from 53.9 to 100% with a mean value of 76.8% and L. hansonii accessions were checked from 84.5 to 85.5% with a mean of 85% survival rate. The newly small bulb formed from bulb-scales was transferred to MS medium. We checked the presence of microorganisms and survival rate after 3 weeks in culture after examination of bacterial incidences. The results indicated that the non-contamination rate were shown ranged from 75.0 to 94.1% with mean value of 83.2% in L. tsingtauense species, and that L. hansonii were observed 85.1 to 91.7% with mean value of 88.4%. This study will provide a valuable basis for establishment of effective axenic cultures for in vitro micropropagation of Korean native lily species.
식물생장조절제 Seaweed extracts(GA14)의 수도 품종간 생육 및 수량에 미치는 효과

This study was carried out to identify the effects of seaweed extracts(GA14) on growth of two rice cultivars, Junambyo and Donganbyo. Seedling qualities of two cultivars were better in all items including heading dates at early stage treated at seedling plus 2-3 leaf stages than at single treatment of seedling. Ripening ratio of Junambyo in paddy field was increased 0.3% by seaweed extracts(GA14) treatment, but that of Donganbyo decreased 0.5%. 1,000 grain weight of Junambyo and Donanbyo by seaweed extracts(GA14) treatment was two to four grams higher and the yield of two cultivars was also higher by three to four percent. Appearance characters of two rice cultivars was high in head, while damaged, chalky and crack rate were low at seaweed extracts(GA14) treatment. Protein, moisture and amylose characteristics related to table quality of Junambyo were not different by seaweed extracts treatment, but table values was high in only treatment. Donganbyo was also similar to Junambyo, but table quality was slightly high at non-treatment.

본 고에서는 3차원 전선구조해석에 사용하는 직접구조해석기법 및 준직접구조해석기법에 대하여 설명하고 실선계산을 통하여 두 기법의 차이를 비교하였다. 직접구조해석은 준직접구조해석에 비하여 방대한 시간 및 노력이 요구되기 때문에 전선구조해석의 목적으로 사용하기에는 추천할 기법은 아니나 준직접구조해석의 검증, 피로해석 및 신로도 해석 등 응력의 확률 기준이 필요한 경우에는 필수적으로 수행해야 할 것이다.
