모바일 애플리케이션 스토어의 사용자 만족 강화에 관한 연구

정보기술의 지속적인 발달로 모바일 서비스는 현대 생활에 필수적인 요소가 되었다. 기업들은 모바일 서비스를 통해 부가가치를 창출하고 높은 경쟁력을 이끌기 위해서 더욱 다양한 서비스를 고객이 활용할 수 있도록 고객의 니즈와 행위를 알아내야 한다. 서비스의 성공을 위해서는 실제 서비스를 사용하거나, 간접적으로 서비스를 접함에 따라 인지되는 서비스에 대한 고객의 반응, 즉, 고객경험을 증가시키는 것이 중요하다. 최근 모바일 서비스 현상을 이해하기 위한 연구의 대부분이 실용적 관점을 중심으로 수행되어, 실제 서비스를 사용하는 고객들이 서비스 경험을 통해 개개인의 충족감을 증가시키는 내적인 동기를 조사할 수 있는 쾌락적 관점의 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 쾌락적 관점에서 사용자 중심의 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 앱스토어의 이해를 돕고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에는 모바일 앱스토어에서 사용자 만족의 핵심 강화요인을 규명하고자 한다. 총 200부의 설문지를 구조방정식모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 쾌락적 편익이 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었고, 외부영향, 애플리케이션의 양과 품질이 사용자 중심에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 모바일 기술 기반으로 제공되는 서비스가 사회에 안착되고, 소멸되는가의 여부는 사용자에 의해 결정되는데, 본 연구결과는 기업이 고객의 의도에 부응하는 제품을 개발하고 사용자의 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 사용자 요구가 무엇인지를 심층적으로 이해하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

정보기술의 지속적인 발달에 힘입어, 모바일 서비스는 현대 생활에 필수적인 요소가 되어가고 있다. 기업들은 모바일 서비스를 통해 부가가치를 창출하고 높은 경쟁력을 이끌기 위해서 보다 다양한 서비스를 고객이 활용할 수 있도록 고객의 니즈와 행위를 알아내야 한다. 서비스의 성공을 위해서는 실제 서비스를 사용하거나, 간접적으로 서비스를 접함에 따라 인지되는 서비스에 대한 고객의 반응, 즉, 고객경험을 증가시키는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 최근 연구들이 서비스 개발에 있어 고객들의 참여를 강조하고 있음에도 실제 참여를 이끌 수 있는 구체적인 방안에 관한 연구는 거의 부재한 상태이다. 또한 모바일 서비스 현상을 이해하기 위한 연구의 대부분이 실용적 관점을 중심으로 수행되어, 실제 서비스를 사용하는 고객들이 서비스 경험을 통해 개개인의 충족감을 증가시키는 내적인 동기를 조사할 수 있는 헤도닉(hedonic) 관점의 연구가 부족하다. 본 연구는 헤도닉 관점에서 사용자 중심의 서비스를 제공하는 모바일 애플리케이션 스토어의 이해를 돕고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사용자 중심 서비스에서 사용자 만족의 핵심 강화요인을 규명하고자 설계되었다. 총 200부의 설문지를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 분석한 결과, 쾌락적 편익이 서비스 만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 규명되었고, 크리티컬매스, 애플리케이션의 양과 품질은 지각된 사용자 중심에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 대한 이론적 해석과 실무적 시사점이 제공된다.

Background : Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer belong to Panax species Araliaceae and a perennial plants. It grows in Far East Asia such as the Maritime province in Russia, the Manchuria reg ion of China, and the Korean peninsula. Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer is cultivated by seed sow ing or transplanting-culture, but seedling standing rate is as low as 50%. Therefore, it is impo rtant to increase seedling standing rate. This study was performed to research of plug-seedling cultivation techniques of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer for increase of seedling standing rate. Methods and Results : Testing material, Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer seed, was sown on 5 kin ds of seedling trays (72, 105, 128, 162, 200 cells) in the middle of February 2016. It was gr own in the seedling green house in medicinal plant resources research department of Gyeongs angnam-do Agricultural Research and Extension Services. Four months after sowing, the seedli ng growth characteristics such as seedling standing rate and seedling withering rate were inves tigated. After transplanting in the mountain area of Hamyang-gun, growth characteristics of the root length, root weight, and other factors were investigated at the beginning of November. A s a result, seedling standing rates were 50.1% to 56.2% and seedling withering rates were 25. 2% to 35.9%. Among the five ports, the seedling standing rate of 105 cells and 72 cells was 56.2% and 55.7%, which were higher than others. In the case of 105 cells, however, seedling withering rate was 35.1% higher than that of 72 cells. Seedling leaf length and width were lo nger at 72, 105, 128 cells than at 162, 200 cells and seedling root length, root fresh weight and shoot fresh weight were the highest at 72 cells. Roughly, the more tray cells, the less se edling growth. After harvesting, among the five ports, root fresh weight and root dry weight per 1 hill of 128 cells were 0.36 g and 0.11 g, respectively, which were higher than those of other cells. Conclusion : The growth characteristics of Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer considering the seedling standing rate and seedling withering rate, among the five ports, 72 cells was most suitable. A mong the five ports, considering root fresh weight and root dry weight after harvesting, 128 c ells was most suitable.

On The Number of Replications in Simulation Study

A method which determines the number of replications in the simulation is proposed, particularly for small-sample comparison of estimators. This method takes the smallest number of replications that makes the difference of mean square errors be statistically significant and provides an efficient algorithm for calculating the standard error of the mean square error. Two examples are illustrated, the first one is on comparison of mean and median ; the second, the Kaplan-Meier type and Buckley-James type estimators of a quantile function with censored data.

In this paper, we applied bayesian hierarchical model to analyze the field mice example introduced by Demster et al.(1981). For this example, we use Gibbs sampler method to provide the posterior mean and compared it with LSE(Least Square Estimator) and MLR(Maximum Likelihood estimator with Random effect) via the EM algorithm.
