A maglev train is levitated by gap sensor, which measure the air gap between rail and electromagnet, and controlled constant range. The gap sensor is measure air gap from the rail that can be modified by external conditions. These condition, called jumps in this paper, have important effects on the ride comfort and stability of maglev train. Therefore irregularity of guideway surface should be monitored and managed. In this study, we designed the maglev system in 3-dof dynamic model and mathematical analysis were carried out using computer simulation.
Granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G - CSF) 가 패혈증이 유도된 생쥐의 생존과 같, 폐조직 손상에 미치는 영향

G-CSF may plays an important role in modulating immunoinflammatory responses during sepsis. To evaluate the effect of G-CSF on survivals and organ changes in septic animal the author conducted this experiment. Sepsis was induced on CD-I mice(N:80) by an injection of 0.5 ml broth contaning live Klebsiella pneumoniae (6 X10$quot;$quot; colony/ml) to the right thigh muscle, and then the animals were randomized into four groups of 20 each. Sepsis group received normal saline injections, A group received antibiotics (cefoxitins) injection, G group received G-CSF (200 ng/body weight daily), and AG group received both antibiotics and G- CSF. The survivals of the animals, serum lactate and IL-6, glutathione level of the liver and wet/dry weight ratio of the lung tissues were evaluated in all groups of animals at 72 hours following induction of sepsis. The survival rates of G and AG group were significantly higher than those of the sepsis and A group (p$lt;0.05). The level of interleukin-6 decreased significantly in G and AG group compared to the sepsis group (p$lt;0.05). The level of serum lactate and wet/dry ) ung ratio were significantly lower in G group than sepsis group (p$lt;0.05). Glutathione contents in liver tissue increased significantly in G and AG group compared to the sepsis group (p$lt;0.05). From these results, the benificial effects of G-CSF in increasing survival while decreasing tissue damages in septic mice were noted.
