      • 글 없는 그림책을 활용한 놀이치료

        본 연구는 놀이치료를 위한 글 없는 그림책을 개발하여, 유아가 자신의 경험과 가까운 이야기를 주도적으로 만들어내도록 하고, 이를 통해 갈등해결을 돕는 치료적 매개체를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 또한 치료적 활용을 위한 그림책 개발의 기초자료를 제공하는 것에 의의가 있다. 글 없는 그림책의 개발은 일련의 과정에 따라 ‘관계 맺기’라는 주제 하에 스토리보드를 구성하여 장면들을 표현하였고, 아동문화콘텐츠 전공 교수 3인과 그림책 편집자 1인의 피드백을 통해 수정, 보완하며 검증과정을 거쳤다. 완성한 그림책이 유아들의 연령 수준에 적합한지, 내용을 적절히 이해하고 자신의 경험과 연결 지을 수 있는지를 파악할 수 있도록, 기호학적 관점에서 2명의 유아를 대상으로 각 장면에 대한 반응 연구를 하였다. 그 결과 유아의 연령 및 경험에 따라 약간의 차이가 있었으나, 두 유아 모두 글 없는 그림책을 적절히 이해하고 이야기를 꾸밀 수 있었고, 그 안에서 관계에 대한 긍정적인 간접경험을 한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 놀이치료에서 상호작용의 긍정적 경험으로 이끄는 촉진제가 되어, 치료적 매개체로서 활용가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study is about using a wordless picture book as a intervention for toddler psychotherapy. “Making Relationships” is designed for toddlers to make their own stories using pictures in connection with imagination and creativity. The primary aim of this study is to present therapeutic activities for helping to resolve conflicts. In addition, this study aims to gather preliminary data for development of picture books as effective therapeutic intervention. “Making Relationships” has been edited and revised with the help of three major professors of child development and a book editor. A study of two toddlers' semiotic responses to each scene shows that the book is age-appropriate for toddlers. Despite differences among the toddlers studied, each was able to understand the pictures in their own ways and to make stories, indicating that the book can be a catalyst for positive experiences. This study concludes that “Making Relationships” will be a worthwhile and effective therapeutic intervention.

      • 모터구동밸브의 압력잠김 분석방법

        Pressure locking occurs when the fluid in the valve bonnet is at a higher pressure than the adjacent piping at the time<br/> of valve opening by pressure trapping and bonnet heatup. Pressure locking is a phenomena which can cause the<br/> unseating thrust for a gate valve to increase from its typically static unseating thrust. This can result in the valve<br/> actuator having insufficient capability to open the valve. In addition, this can result in valve damage in cases where the<br/> actuator capability exceeds the valve structural limits. This paper discusses the primary mechanisms which cause<br/> pressure locking. These include sudden depressurization of piping adjacent to the valve and depressurization of fluid<br/> trapped in the valve bonnet due to heat transfer. This paper provides a methodology to calculate the unseating thrust for<br/> a valve which is pressure locking and applies to motor operated isolation valves of Residual Heat Removal<br/> System(RHRS).

        에코프린팅 기법을 활용한 제주 자연의 미메시스와 서사 표현

        본 연구는 자연염색의 한 종류인 에코프린팅 기법으로 제주 자연이 가지는 아름다움과 특징의 미메시스와 서사를 표현하였다. 이론적 배경에서 제주 자연환경의 문헌적 그리고 일반적 사실을 살펴보았고, 제주 자연을 재현한 작품에서 미메시스 개념을 이해하고 자연에 대한 기억 그리고 그와 더불어 존재하는 물질이 가지는 의미를 살펴보았다. 연구자의 작품 제작과정을 소개하고 ‘오름에 이는 바람’ 시리즈 작품에서 제주의 상징적 의미와 어떤 풍경과 소재를 작품에 담았는지에 대해서 고찰하였다. 그 결과 주변에서 얻을 수 있는 식물잎을 섬유에 압착 가열 및 증열처리하여 원하는 디자인을 표현할 수 있었다. 제주의 대표적인 이미지와 모티브가 되는 오름, 바람, 조랑말, 시간의 흐름을 에코프린팅으로 적절하게 표현할 수 있었다. 제주 자연의 재현과 제주가 가지는 문화 이야기를 표현하는 데 에코프린팅과 자연염색을 적절하게 병용함으로써 더 다양한 색감과 표현을 할 수 있었다. 자연 친화적 작품을 통해서 현대인들에게 정신적 편안함과 감성적 풍요로움을 회복하는 데 도움을 주고자 한다. 향후 에코프린팅기법이 공예분야에서 다양한 디자인적 가치와 정신적 가치를 높이고 실제 우리 생활 속에서 작품과 제품으로써 널리 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다. In this study, I want to express the beauty and characteristics of Jeju’s beauty and features with the eco-printing technique, which is a kind of natural dyeing, From the theoretical background, I looked at the literary and general facts of the Jeju natural environment, understood the concept of mimesis in the works imitating Jeju nature, the memories of nature, and the meaning of the material that existed with it. And I explained the production process of the work, and considered the symbolic meaning of Jeju and what landscapes and materials were included in the work in the series “The Wind Rising”. As a result, I was able to express the desired design by pressing and heating the leaves onto the fibers. In addition, it was possible to properly express the flow of ascent, wind, pony, and time, which is the representative image and motif of Jeju, through eco-printing. I imitated the nature of Jeju and expressed the story of Jeju culture. By using eco-printing and natural dyeing properly, I was able to express more various colors and expressions. Through nature-friendly works, I want to help modern people recover their mental comfort and emotional richness. In the future, I hope that the eco-printing technique can increase various design values and mental values in the craft field and be widely used as works and products in our lives.

      • 여성창업 성공요인에 대한 계층화 분석

        Women's social and economic participation is considered an important factor in national growth. Several factors such as the popularization of entrepreneurship, transition to the digital economy, and "weconomy" trend have lowered the bar for women to take on the challenge of entrepreneurship and created an environment where businesses led by women entrepreneurs grow rapidly. The present research aims to analyze the success factors of the fast-growing women entrepreneurship and contribute to the stimulation of women entrepreneurship and improve their success rates. The analysis showed that when the first-tier success factors were ranked in terms of their importance and priority, entrepreneurial strategy ranked the top, followed by in order entrepreneurial environment, preparation, organizational traits, and entrepreneur traits. The importance and relevance of the second-tier elements were ranked in the following order: for entrepreneur traits, experience, innovation, risk sensitivity, and leadership; for preparation, securing human resource network, establishing business model, securing initial capital, and entrepreneurial education; for strategy, market entrance, organization, price, and marketing; for organizational traits, human resource organization, organizational culture, compensation, organizational connectedness; and for an entrepreneurial environment, government aids, support for work-life balance, legal and policy setting for women entrepreneurs, and social acceptance of women entrepreneurship. In the hope of contributing to successful business launching and promotion of women entrepreneurship, the present study seeks to lay out the factors that women who are preparing for or in the early stages of entrepreneurship should prioritize to achieve or secure. 여성의 사회 및 경제 활동 참여가 국가 발전에 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 창업 대중화 및 디지털전환은 여성이 창업에 도전할 수 있는 기회의 장벽을 낮추었으며, 여성이 창업한 기업이 보다 빠르게성장할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구의 목적은 빠르게 성장하고 있는 여성창업기업의 성공요인 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하여 여성창업 활성화와 성공률 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 첫째 여성창업 성공요인 상위계층 요소의 중요도 및 우선순위는 창업전략, 창업환경, 창업 준비, 조직의 특성, 창업가의 특성의 순서로 순위를 나타내 창업전략이 가장 중요한 요소로 평가되었다. 둘째 창업전략 하위계층 요소는 시장 진입전략, 기업전략, 가격전략, 마케팅전략 순으로 나타났으며, 창업환경은 창업 지원제도, 일/가정 양립을 위한 지원 확대, 여성창업 법·제도, 창업에 대한 사회적 인식 분위기 순으로 중요도 및 우선순위로, 창업 준비의 하위계층 요소는 인적네트워크 확보, 비즈니스모델 수립, 초기자금 확보, 창업 교육 순으로, 조직의 특성 하위계층 요소는 인력구성, 기업문화, 보상제도, 조직의 유대감, 나타났으며, 창업가 특성의 하위계층 요소는 경험, 혁신성, 위험감수성, 리더십 순서로 중요도 및 순위가 확인 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 창업을 준비하는 예비 여성 창업자 및 초기 창업자들에게 우선적으로확보하거나 수행해야 하는 성공요인들을 제시하여 제한된 자원을 효과적으로 사용하여 성공창업을 할수 있도록 기여 하고자 한다.

        Lactobacillus 가 함유된 발효유에 의한 인체 위점막에서의 Helicobacter pylori 억제효과

        Background/Aims: The eradication rates of regimens for Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infections are still around 85%. Lactobacilli have been demonstrated to have in vivo and in vitro inhibitory effects on H. pylori infection. We aimed to evaluate the inhibitory effect of Lactobacillus on H. pylori in human stomach. Methods: Forty H. pylori-infected volunteers (21-44 yr, F:M=9:31) were randomized into two groups which were treated with 100 mL of fermented milk containing lactobacilli (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei) q.I.d. or 100 mL of placebo q.I.d. for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, they underwent 13C-urea breath tests (13C-UBTs) and endoscopies with biopsies for rapid urease test and histological evaluation. The compliance evaluated via daily checking questionnaire was considered acceptable if they took 90% of assigned treatment. Results: All patients were compliant and the H. pylori density of antrum tended to decrease in treatment group compared with placebo group (p=0.072). Δ13CO2 analyzed by Wilcoxon rank sum test showed a significant decrease in treatment group compared with placebo group (p=0.0064). Three cases in treatment group were noted for negative conversions of both rapid urease test and 13C-UBT. Conclusions: A fermented milk containing lactobacilli may have an inhibitory effect of H. pylori infection and can be an adjunct to the standard anti-H.pylori regimen.       • 창원지역 일부 초등학교 고학년 학생의 전통발효식품에 대한 기호도와 영양지식 조사연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate Food Preference and Nutritional Knowledge for Traditional Fermented foods that was basic data to develope nutrition education program and to increase consumption of traditional fermented foods. The questionnaires have been collected from 229 fourth, fifth and sixth grade students of one elementary in Changwon. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 70.1% of students answered that they like ganjang, and that was higher in male compared to female(p<0.05). 82.2% of students answered that they like kochujang, and the hot taste of the kochujang was main reason of their like of kochujang and it was the most important reason for those also dislike of kochujang. 57.4% of students like deonjang, and that was higher in male than female same as ganjang(p<0.05). The reason for favorite deonjang was 'superior taste', 'great nutrient' and 'frequent consumption', and that was significantly defferent between gender. 84.2% of students answered that they like kimchi. The main reason for favorite kimchi was same as that of deonjang, and that dislike kimchi was 'hot taste' and 'inferior taste'. The student's most favorite food cooked with kimchi were stir fried kimchi rice and kimchi stew. The Student wanted taste of kimchi which was mild hot, hot and mild sweet, 85.6% of students prefer sikhe. The main reason for like sikhe was 'superior taste' and that dislike sikhe was 'inferior taste'. Most parents used to traditional fermented foods in meal preparation. The mean of nutrition knowledge was 6.03, and that was not significantly defferent between gender. Consequently these date suggest that education program to increase of nutrition knowledge and consumption of traditional fermented food is required for elementary school students.

        Benhcet 씨 장염에 대한 임상적 및 병리학적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to review the clinical and pathological features of intestinal Behcet's disease in Korea, A total of 19 cases of intestinal Behcet's disease, experienced in the Seoul National University Hospital from January 1980 to July 1985, were analized. The results were as follows: 1) The disease was most prevalent in the fourth decade with a great preponderance on the male with a ratio of 2.8:1 2) As for the types of Behcet's disease, 7 cases were categorized as suspicious type, 6 cases as incomplete type, 5 cases as possible type and the remaining 1 case as complete type. 3) The most common intestinal symptoms were abdominal pain, especially the right lower quadrant pain, diarrhea, hematochezia and melena, perforation, obstruction, palpable mass in order of frequency. 4) Two types of ulcer formation were observed, Iocalized and diffuse. Localized form was predominant, seen in 17 cases(89.5%). The uIers were found frequently in ileocecal region, in 17 cases(89. 5Fo'). 5) Histopathological examination showed mostly nonspecific inflammation. Mononuclear cell infiltration was predominant, and lymphoid aggregation, vasculitis, perivasculitis, thrombosis, crypt abscess and granuloma were seen in order of frequency. 6) Surgery was performed in 7 cases. Among the 16 cases of medical treatment group, 5 cases were improved, 8 cases were stationary and remaining 3 cases had complications during therapy. In conclusion, intestinal Behcet's disease is one of the important inflammatory bowel diseases in Korea, and the incidence of complication and recurrence is so high that detailed knowlege of the disease and careful long-term follow-up are required.
