        사이버 시대 한자한문교육의 방향 모색 제8차 교육과정기 대용 한문과 교육의 과제

        Recent rapid growth of the internet has been urging our lives to change in a totally different directions from those of the past. Moreover Such a turn in civilization history is emphasizing and renewing the importance of Classical chinese Education in this era. To survive and lead in knowledge-based society, I thing that it is necessary to modify the contents, instruction method, and assessment that, We must create renovative methods from surroudings. The cyber education program proposed in this study consists of Han-ja(Chinese characters), Hanja-eo(chinese words), classical chinese Literature and various contents. The table for it as follows : The structure of Chinese Writing home pages can be summerized like this : Chinese characters, words, writigs, text books, the originals and interpretation, Q&A, open discussions, opinion-polls, guide of various kinds of tests and reference books ad other each other so that we can enhance the effectiveness of Instruction-learning. As compared with the other subjects, I think that Chinese Writing has lagged behind in terms of organizing cyber teaching-leaning materials, teaching-learning methods and assessment. But from now on, cyberspace for Chinese Writing education needs to be set up so that it can be a lively learning field that encourages students curiosity, motivation, self-directedness as well. Anthropologist, Clyde Kluckhorn said : Immature modernization could kill the traditional culture while mature one could restore them For I believe Classical Chinese education can take a in cultivating our traditional culture. In conclusion, We have to share our inter subjectivity to make competitive educational site through cyberspace.

        한문과(漢文科) 질문형(質問型) 수행평가(遂行評價)의 운영(運營)과 그 성과(成果)

        中等學校 漢文은 `2007 개정 한문 과목 교육과정`에서 중학교는 재량선택 교과에, 고등학교는 교양 선택과목 군에 속해 있다. 새 敎育課程에서 漢文이 선택 교과인 점을 고려하여 漢文科 敎育은 교육 수요자의 관심과 요구를 적극 반영해야 하며, 지식 생성력을 배양하는 교육이 될 수 있도록 교육적 역량을 强化해야 한다. 本 硏究는 `漢文科 質問型 遂行評價의 運營과 그 成果`에 대한 現場 硏究物로써, 제1, 2차 년도의 設問調査 結果를 中心으로 요약·정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 效果的인 授業 活動을 가능케 하였다. 敎授·學習 活動 中 유창성과 융통성, 비지시성, 명확성, 효율적 의사소통 면에서 교육적 성과를 낳았다. 둘째, 學習動機와 興味 誘發에 효과적이었다. 학습내용 면에서는 지식·이해와 문제해결력 등에, 학습태도 면에서는 학습자의 동기와 흥미 유발에 敎育的 效果가 높았다. 셋째, 遂行評價의 役割을 强化하였다. 旣存 漢文科 遂行評價는 대부분 한자쓰기와 수업태도 등에 비중을 두고 운영한 사례가 많았다. 본 연구에서는 질문기술 개발과 다양한 질문유형 등을 활용하여 학습자의 능동적 수업 참여와 흥미도를 높여 수행평가의 역할을 强化하였다. 漢文科 敎育에서 質問 授業은 敎科 敎育의 立地를 더욱 견고히 해 줄 수 있으며, 授業의 質을 한 차원 끌어올릴 수 있는 原動力이 되어 줄 것이다. 특히 漢文科 質問型 遂行評價는 교수·학습 방법과 수행평가에 대한 竝行 硏究로, 第7次 改正 敎育課程期 수요자 중심 교육에 순응하고 학습자의 흥미와 호기심을 자극하여 교수·학습의 효과를 倍加시킬 수 있는 최적의 授業 模型 硏究라는 점에서 그 意義는 매우 크다. The question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject is the combination of question-answer classes and performance evaluation, and is the synthetic observation and evaluation of the responses and thinking process of learners, such as understanding, problem-solving capability, and creativity of the Sino-Korean classes of learners. It was progressed in the order of the whole rangle of planning and application, and input and operation of the question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, this study aimed to find out the effect and problems, and the strength and weakness in terms of the contents, methods, and evaluation of teaching and learning of the question-answer type of performance evaluation. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, as for the contents, they can be classified into the contents of Sino-Korean subject and Hanja phrases besides the subject. the question-answer type of performance evaluation was implemented, focusing on the phrases besides the subject in 1st year, and on the contents of the subject in the 2nd year. In the result of the questionnaires, the question-answer type of performance evaluation focusing on the phrases showed higher validity and reliability than the contents of the subject. This result shows that the contents of questions and the academic level of learners of that year were not the same as those of the previous year, and when the question-answer type of performance evaluation is conducted only focusing on the phrases, it is required to supplement and have measures as the education course of Sino-Korean subject can be carelessly handled. Second, as for the methods, the question-answer type of performance evaluation was more effective in inducing interest and motivation, attention, the communication between teachers and students, and the improvement of problem-solving capability, compared with other performance evaluation methods. In contrast, there was a relatively lower support in the areas of the understanding of the concept and principle of the contents of the subject, and the creativity, arrangement and integration of learners. It seems that the training of question-suggesting techniques of teachers, and the systemic research of teaching and learning method can supply the good clues of solving problems. Third, as for evaluation, the performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject was mostly made up of the evaluation of writing, attitude, short-query, and portfolio, and the question-answer type of performance evaluation similar to this study was not almost implemented. Seeing the result of the questionnaires of 1st, 2nd year on the question-answer performance evaluation, 92.01% of learners answered that it was more effective, compared with other performance evaluation methods, which means that the question-answer type of performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject is very successful, and the educational availability of the subject in the performance evaluation of Sino-Korean subject will increase in the future. Considering the results of this study, the question-answer type of performance evaluation made Sino-Korean subject class vital by stimulating the curiosity of learners, and made learners have interest and confidence in Sino-Korean classes by raising the degree of attending classes of the learners. And also, it created the chances to review and integrate the contents of the study that the learners learned before, and made the need and academic level of students diagnosed. Especially, by controlling the students effectively, it provided the conditions for us to hold the class, and in that it is possible for teachers to evaluate their classes, there is a meaning of this study. However, as it is easy to have a class focusing on the excellent students, difficult to have consistency and integration of thinking, and question items are exposed according to the time difference of classes, there is a problem that the reliability of evaluation can be dropped. Also, it is not easy to acquire the question-suggesting techniques for proceeding the question-answer type of performance evaluation, and it is required to take complementary measures as the poor operation of the question-answer type of performance evaluation can lower the quality of the class by making the object of subject study unclear, and the education course of Sino-Korean subject can be carelessly handled. With the knowledge-based society of 21C coming on, to make Sino-Korean Subject as a major one which succeeds to and develops our traditional culture and recreates the life and wisdom of ancestors, the position of subject education should be strengthened. Also, to do that, it is necessary for us to seek the improvement in quality of Sino-Korean education through the deepened research and spread of the various evaluation models, such as this kind of the question-answer type of performance evaluation.

        The Optimization Experience of Occupational Exposure during Unclear Power Plant Outage

        By optimizing the radiation protection the collective dose and individual dose could be reduced during YGN #4 $5^{th}$ outage in 2001. The collective doses for the two high radiation jobs decreased to 85% and 65% of expected doses. The proportion of workers with low dose (below 1mSv) exposure increased 4% while the proportion of workers with over 3mSv and 5mSv exposure are decreased to 2%, 1% respectively. But none is exposed over 8mSv for the annual dose. To aid decision of utilizing the robot, cost- benefit analysis was performed and reasonable point was proposed to use the robot. For the first time job, repeated ALARA meeting and mock up training were implemented to set up working procedure by identifying the trouble. To easily set up standard procedure, mockup process was videotaped and reviewed during ALARA meeting. Monitoring is a good approach to chase radiological working condition such as working time, dose rate. behavior of workers, especially for high radiation work. Those data were estimated and adjusted from the stage of work planning to mock up. At the stage of actual work the monitoring data were compared to the estimation and recorded to database. This database will not only be used as a powerful tool for dose optimization at the following outage but also as a guideline to dose constraint set up for optimization for each specific situation.

        투고논문 : 조선(朝鮮) 성종조(成宗朝) 경연(經筵) 진강방법(進講方法)의 현대(現代) 한문과(漢文科) 교육적(敎育的) 활용(活用)

        朝鮮 成宗朝 經筵에서는 39개 敎材에 대한 進講이 실시되었다. 經筵 進講은 君王의 自立 成體의 確立을 위한 基本 敎育이자 實踐 敎育으로, 곧 盛時의 治道가 위에서 일어나고, 風俗이 아래에서 아름다워지는 理想國家의 建設을 主 目的으로 하였다. 進講 內容은 敎材의 특성이 반영된 多樣한 內容과 國王이 國政을 執行함에 있어 꼭 필요한 修己·治人의 問題를 주로 다루었으며, 특히 政治와 敎育의 未分化, 혹은 政敎一致의 社會에 있어서 君王·臣下·百姓으로 이어지는 融和的 統一體의 役割을 하였다. 成宗朝 經筵의 進講方法은 進講目的 달성을 위한 수단으로써 학습활동의 흐름을 調節하고, 進講 主·客體와 進講 內容을 相互 有機的으로 연결함으로써 그 효과를 높일 수 있는 唯一한 通路 役割을 하였다. 여기에는 個別進講, 協同進講, 說明進講, 問答進講, 討議進講, 比較進講, 拔萃進講, 講讀進講, 反復進講 等 다양한 進講法이 동원되었다. 未來 漢文科 敎育이 適者生存의 틈바구니에서 살아남기 위해서는 이 같은 進講法을 현대 교육적 차원에서 재조명하여 현 中等學校와 師範大 漢文科 敎育에 적극 活用할 필요가 있다. 中等學校의 경우는 個別學習, 反復學習, 實踐中心 敎育, 協同敎授 面에서 敎育의 質的 成長에 기여할 방안을 찾았고, 漢文科 敎育課程의 敎育 目的·內容·方法 等에서 主要 指針 資料로 활용할 수 있다. 大學의 경우는 討論學習, 拔萃學習, 文·史·哲 統合 敎育課程, 팀티칭 등에서 敎科 敎育的 活用이 가능하였고, 師範大 漢文敎育科의 敎授·學習 方法과 敎育課程의 主要 模型이 되었다. 또 `漢文科 敎材硏究`, `漢文敎育史`, `漢文敎育原論`, `漢文敎育方法論` 等 敎科敎育資料 및 敎材로 活用할 수 있다는 點에서 그 敎育的 價値를 주었다. 39 subjects were lectured in royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong, Joseon Dynasty. Royal education, the practice education as well as the basic education for establishing self achievement of a king, was mainly aimed to build up an ideal country where ruling philosophy for a reign of peace is adopted by the king, and sound manners and customs are formed by people. As for the content of royal education, the two subjects were concentrated: moral training and ruling people, which are vital in carrying out state affairs, and especially it played a role of the harmonized unity of the king, ministers, and people in the society where politics is not separated from education or in the society of the unity of church and state. The method of royal education, as a means of achieving the object of royal education, played a role of the unique path which could enhance the effect by regulating the flow of learning activity and organically and mutually connecting the subject and object, and contents of royal education. In royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong, there were various methods of royal education, such as private lessons, seminars, explaining, questioning and answering, discussing, comparing, conducting case studies, reading, and parroting. In the modern society where the new revolution is required, in order to make the various methods of royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong a milestone of the modern education, they should positively be used in the education of Sino-Korean texts at middle schools and of Sino-Korean texts of the university of education. In the case of middle schools, the educational value was created in the private lessons, repeated learning, practice-focused education, and seminars, and royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong became the main guide materials of the object, contents, and methods of education of training courses of Sino-Korean texts. In the case of universities, there was a qualitative growth in the texts education in discussing study, conducting case studies, the integrated training courses of literature, history, and philosophy, and team teaching, and royal education in the reign of King Sung-Jong has become the main model of the method of teaching and learning and training courses. Also, as the educational value was enhanced in that it can be used as teaching materials as well as the materials of texts education, such as the study of Sino-Korean texts, the history of Sino-Korean education, the principle of Sino-Korean education, and the methodology of Sino-Korean education.

        무한궤도형 철전극 전기분해장치를 이용한 하수중의인제거에 관한 연구

        It was developed an electrolysis device-type with a Fe electrode caterpillar. which was improved some troubles of a Fe electrode. The T-P removal rate was investigated according to various operation conditions. The DO concentration appeared high in electric reactor and effluent. MLSS concentration change was investigated to the things that were not large at iron electrolysis processes. The phosphorus removal rate along HRT this to have appeared high than eight hours in 12 hours is as a phosphorus cohesive reaction consists actively as a cohesion reaction time gets longer. Phosphorus removal rate got almost similar results as a result that the subject experimented on a change with 2500ppm, 3000ppm, 3500ppm with MLSS concentration. Phosphorus removal rate along SRT appeared high. Showed a high phosphorus removal rate within 8day∼10day. As a result of having infused 0.05%, a phosphorus removal rate appeared high with the NaCl concentration that was an electrolyte to 90.5∼94.8%. If this infused an electrolyte, looked that a phosphorus removal speed was fast in the existing study. If phosphorus removal rate appeared by the results low very in experiment-type fixed caterpillar tread of an iron electrode, and do not install an electrode. Showed a removal rate to be higher to 90.5∼96.2%, and were investigated at 86.7∼92.6%, caterpillar tread older brothers at fixed formulas. Connected it of experiment results domestic water and livestock waste water, and process was given to possible things.

        국방 IT 아웃소싱 성과지표에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 참여정부의 성과관리 정책에 동참하고자 국방분야의 IT 아웃소싱에 서비스수준협약서 기반을 마련하고자 함을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 서비스수준협약서의 기능 중 가장 효과를 보이는 성과측정을 위한 성과지표를 도출하였으며, 이를 국방 정보화 분야의 비전과 목표, 전략에 비추어 관점 및 핵심성과요인, 성과지표를 조정하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 선행연구들이 공익성을 강조하는 정부나 공공분야에 국한되어 있었던 것을 국방분야로 적용이 가능할 것인지에 대한 검증을 수행하였다. 이를 국방 및 SI 업체를 대상으로 관련자 양측의 의견을 수렴하여 검증하였으며, 최종적으로 서비스수준협약서의 성과측정을 위하여 성과지표를 제시하였다. This study wishes to be ready for service level agreement introduction in IT outsourcing of national defense to participate in the policy of taking a serious view on governmental management result. Especially, service level agreement tries to draw performance index for performance measurement that is shown to be the most effective among functions. This controlled viewpoint, critical success factor and performance index were adapted in accordance with the vision, goal and strategy of national defense information section. This study verifies whether it is possible for formal studies which were limited in government or public area to apply to the national defense field. The opinion of both sides - the national defense and SI company - was collected and verified, and finally the performance index was presented for the performance measurement of the agreement.

        요추추나치료 후 발생한 등통증 환자 증례보고

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the safety, injury mechanism, complication and adverse reactions associated with Chuna manual theraphy(CMT), to report one case of adverse reaction with CMT. Methods: A 39-year-old woman presented with low back pain and left leg pain. The patient undertook a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. After this maneuver, the patient complained of dorsalgia. The patient's dorsalgia didn't improve. In CT study, T5-6 hard disc bulging was diagnosed. Results and Conclusions : It is supposed that this patient suffered dorsalgia secondarily due to a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy. From this case, we can understand the etiology of dorsalgia to some extent and consider the complication of Chuna manual theraphy. In the future, more study, research and prospective trial for complications of a lumbar Chuna manual theraphy is required.
