Kano-AHP 융합 모델을 활용한 택배 서비스 품질 속성과 전략에 관한 연구

오늘날 쿠팡과 마켓컬리, SSG닷컴(신선식품) 등의 유통업체가 직접 배송 경쟁에 뛰어들면서 택배기업들은 위기에 처해 있는 실정이다. 전통 택배기업들은 경쟁에서 밀리지 않기 위해 다방면의 노력을 펼치고 있으며 차별적 서비스 전략이나 우선 시 해야 할 대안들을 결정하기도 하나, 정량·정성적으로 올바른 선택과 집중을 하고 있는지는 학문적, 실무적 연구가 부족한 현실이다. 이 연구에서는 택배 서비스 품질에 대해 소비자의 인식을 이원적으로 분류하는 Kano model과 전문가가 판단하는 AHP을 분석함으로써, 소비자측면과 비즈니스측면을 동시에 고려하여 우선순위 및 대안을 결정하는 Kano-AHP 융합모델을 제시하였다. 연구결과로, Kano 분석에서는 연령별(세대별)로 소비자 인식에 차이가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, Kano 소비자 집단과 AHP 전문가 집단, 2개 집단간에도 품질 우선순위에 대한 차이가 있다는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. Kano-AHP 융합모델을 통해 시사하는 바는, 택배 서비스 본질인 ‘신속성, 안전성’은 향상되도록 지속적인 관리를 하되, ‘편리성, 친절성’은 무인 택배접수, 무인 보관 서비스 등 IT 고도화, 첨단기술을 활용하는 전략이 필요하며, 소비자는 기대수준이 높아지거나 시간이 지남에 따라 변화하므로 반드시 주기적이고 계속적으로 고객의 소리를 모니터하고, 매력적인 요소를 찾아 차별적 전략으로 서비스를 확대하여 시장을 선점하거나 주도하여야 한다는 것이다. Today, as distribution companies such as Coupang, Market Curly, and SSG.com (fresh food) enter the direct shipping competition, delivery companies are in crisis. Traditional parcel delivery companies are making various efforts to stay out of the competition, and they also decide on differentiated service strategies or alternatives that should be prioritized. However, there is a lack of academic and practical research on whether the correct choice and concentration are made quantitatively and qualitatively. In this study, the Kano model that categorizes consumers’ perceptions on the quality of delivery service and AHP judged by experts were analyzed. A Kano-AHP convergence model was proposed that considers the consumer side and the business side at the same time to determine priorities and alternatives. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that there was a difference in consumer perception by age (by generation) in the Kano analysis, and that there was a difference in quality priority between the Kano consumer group and the AHP expert group, and the two groups. The implications of the Kano-AHP convergence model are that the essence of the delivery service, “fastness and safety,” should be continuously managed to improve. In addition, “convenience and kindness” requires a strategy that utilizes advanced IT technologies such as unmanned parcel reception and unmanned storage service. Consumers must dominate or lead the market by regularly and continuously monitoring customer voices, finding attractive elements, and expanding services through differentiated strategies, as expectations increase or change over time.

검사 전 단계에서의 오류 예방을 위한 검체수거 및 추적 시스템 개발

검체검사의 기본 품질은 의료진에게 보다 신뢰성 있고 정확한 결과를 신속하게 제공하는 것이다. 이러한 검사결과를 보장하기 위해서는 검사 중 발생하는 오류를 예방하는 품질관리를 충실하게 이행하는 것이다. 수탁기관은 여러 의료기관에서 의뢰받은 검사를 실시하므로 더욱 철저한 의뢰체계와 품질관리가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 의료기관, 연구소 등에서 의뢰한 검체를 수거하여 수탁기관에 전달하는 과정에서 안전하고 정확하게 전달될 수 있도록 검체의 현장 접수, 검체의 흐름과정 및 추적 등을 통해 검사 전 단계(Pre-analytic)에서 오류를 예방하고 확인하고 조치 할 수 있는 프로세스와 시스템을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 바코드 오류, 접수 누락, 검체 누락 등의 오류를 감소할 수 있으며, 검체검사서비스에 있어 물류로의 시간, 공간, 인적정보를 결합한 완전성을 보여주며, 검체 흐름단계에서 얻어지는 정보롤 통해 조직과 작업자에 대한 적정한 성과 평가와 보다 체계적인 변화와 품질관리를 할 수 있으며, 각종 상황과 이벤트에 대응력과 문제해결 능력을 보여주는 것으로써 검사품질과 고객의 신뢰도 향상을 기대할 수 있다. The basic quality of specimen testing is to provide medical staff with more reliable and accurate results quickly. In order to guarantee these inspection results, it is necessary to faithfully implement quality control to prevent errors that occur during inspection. A more thorough request system and quality control are required as the entrusted institution conducts inspections commissioned by several medical institutions. In this study, errors are prevented and errors detected in the pre-test stage through on-site reception of specimen, flow process and tracking of specimen so that they can be safely and accurately delivered during the process of collecting specimen requested by medical institutions, research institutes, etc. In this case, the process and system that can be acted upon are presented. Through this study, errors such as barcode errors, missing registration, and omissions of specimen can be reduced, and the completeness of time, space, and human information in the logistics of the sample inspection service is shown, and through the information obtained in the specimen flow stage. Appropriate performance evaluation for the organization and workers, more systematic change and quality control, and improvement of inspection quality and customer reliability can be expected by showing the ability to respond to various situations and events and solve problems.

Crystallographic Studies of Vacuum Dehydrated Cd^2+ and Tl^+-Exchanged Zeolite A

Cd^(2+)와 Tl^+ 이온으로 교환하고 진공 탈수한 제올라이트 A, 즉 Cd_xTl_(12-2x)-A(x=4.0 and 5.5)의 구조를 21(1)℃에서 입방공간군 Pm3m을 사용하여 X-선 단결정법으로 해석하였다. Cd_4Tl_4-A (a=12.230(2)A˚) 결정은 Cd(NO_3)_2와 TINO_3의 몰비를 1:10과 10:1인 혼합용액을 써서 총농도를 0.05M로 하여 흐름법으로 이온교환하였다. 탈수한 Cd_4Tl_4-A의 구조 I>3σ(Ⅰ)인 306개의 회절반사로써 오차인수 R_1=0.05, R_2=0.05까지, Cd_(5.5)Tl_(1.0)-A의 구조는 I>3σ(Ⅰ)인 264개의 회절반사로써 R_1=0.053 and R_2=0.075까지 정밀화시켰다. 양 구조에서 보면 Cd^2+ 이온은 골조산소 3개와 배위하고 있고 단위세포의 3회 회전축상의 6-링 위치에 위치하고 있으며 T1^+이온은 특별한 선택위치를 차지하지 않고 6-링 위치와 8-링 위치를 동시에 점유하고 있다. Two crystal structures of vacuum dehydrated Cd^(2+) and Tl^+ -exchanged zeolite A, Cd_xTl_(12-2x)-A(x=4.0 and 5.5), have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction techniques in cubic space group Pm3m at 21(1)℃. The crystals of Cd_4Tl_4-A(a=12.230(2)A˚) and Cd_(55)Tl_(1.0)-A(a=12.242(2)A˚) were prepared by flow method using exchange solution in which concetration of 0.05M. The structures of the dehydrated Cd_4Tl_4-A and Cd_(5.5)Tl_(1.0)-a were refined to yield the final error indices R_1=0.50 and R_2=0.050 with 306 reflections, and R_1=0.053 and R_2=0.075 with 264 reflections, respectively, for which Ⅰ>3σ(Ⅰ). Both structures indicate that the Cd^(2+) ions are coordinated by three framework oxygens and occupy only 6-ring sites on threefold axes of unit cell. Tl^+ ions do not have any preference to a particular site but occupy simultaneously both at the 6-ring and 8-ring sites.
