        나노 및 마이크로 입자 비율에 따른 광조형 3D 프린팅용 ZrO<sub>2</sub>/High-temp 복합 수지의 분산 안정성 및 기계적 특성

        This study examines the role of the nano- and micro-particle ratio in dispersion stability and mechanical properties of composite resins for SLA(stereolithography) 3D printing technology. VTES(vinyltriethoxysilane)-coated $ZrO_2$ ceramic particles with different nano- and micro-particle ratios are prepared by a hydrolysis and condensation reaction and then dispersed in commercial photopolymer (High-temp) based on interpenetrating networks(IPNs). The coating characteristics of VTES-coated $ZrO_2$ particles are observed by FE-TEM and FT-IR. The rheological properties of VTES-coated $ZrO_2/High-temp$ composite solution with different particle ratios are investigated by rheometer, and the dispersion properties of the composite solution are confirmed by relaxation NMR and Turbiscan. The mechanical properties of 3D-printed objects are measured by a tensile test and nanoindenter. To investigate the aggregation and dispersion properties of VTES-coated $ZrO_2$ ceramic particles with different particle ratios, we observe the cross-sectional images of 3D printed objects using FE-SEM. The 3D printed objects of the composite solution with nano-particles of 80 % demonstrate improved mechanical characteristics.

        SLA 3D 프린팅용 ZrO₂-CNF/photopolymer 복합수지의 탄소 섬유 함량에 따른 분산 안정성 및 기계적 특성 연구

        For the development of high strength resin for SLA (stereolithography) 3D printing technology, VTES (vinyltriethoxysilane)-coated ZrO₂-CNF (carbon nanofiber) particles were prepared by hydrolysis and condensation reactions, and then highly dispersed in a commercial photopolymer (High-temp) by the IPN (interpenetrating network) phenomena. The surface morphology of VTES-coated ZrO₂-CNF particles according to CNF contents were observed by FE-SEM, and particle size distribution was measured using a particle size analyzer. The viscosity and dispersion stability of VTES-coated ZrO₂-CNF/High-temp composite resins were investigated by a rheometer and Turbiscan, respectively. The cross-sectional images of 3D-printed objects was observed by FE-SEM, and the mechanical properties of 3D-printed objects (ASTM-D638 Type V) were investigated through a tensile test and nanoindenter.

        Korean traditional Moral-Education discord with mordern School-Education discord with mordern School-Education System till now. This discordance has been disturbed the establishment of the identity of Moral-Education at Korean Middle and High School. And they weakend the subjectivity and self-consciousness of Moral-Education too. So there have been many reflections and efforts to improve the various problems in the Moral-Education. The principle of Characteristic Learning, in order to improve the Moral-Education of Middle School, was introduced by the 6th Curriculumm of Middle School Moral Subject. This paper investigate the contents and characteristics of Characteristic Learning of Moral Subject at Middle School in a view-point of Korean traditional thoughts. As the result of this research, it is noticed following that: 1) In order to obtain substance and to get realization of main contents and sub-subjects in every units. The Characteristic Learning propose to reform and to establish the moral custom by the imitation and good influences of Moral Characteristics. 2) In a view point of Korean tradition thoughts, the significence of Korean traditional through were reflected through the system of Moral Subject Education by the modelization of Korean Characteristics. 3) As far as the Characteristic Learning was introduced at the 6th curriculum, it might necessary to accomplish the purpose of the Characteristic Learning efficiently that Characteristic Learning should be supplied with some shortages.
