경북지역 수출 중소기업 내부역량이 기업R&D성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

대내외 환경 변화가 지속되고 있는 상황에서 과학기술은 지역경제와 산업, 국가 경쟁력을 결정하는 중요 요인으로 작용하고 있으며, 세계 각국들은 대내외 문제 해결을 위해 과학기술을 활용한 미래 성장동력 확보 및 일자리 창출 방안을 모색하고 있다. 정부에서도 중소기업의 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 R&D투자의 중요성을 인식하고 지속적인 투자를 통해 그 규모를 꾸준히 증가시키고 있지만 현재 그 성과는 미비한 상황이다. 이에 정부차원의 계속적인 R&D투자 보다는 기존 정부R&D지원사업의 효율성 제고를 위한 전략방안 마련이 필요한 시점이라 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 정부R&D지원사업을 수혜 받은 경북지역 수출 중소기업을 대상으로 기업내부역량(내부R&D역량, 정부지원사업 인지도, 기업조직문화)이 기업R&D성과(경제적성과, 사회적성과, 기술적 성과)에 미치는 영향에 대한 다중회귀분석을 통해 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 기업 내부역량 중 내부R&D역량은 경제적성과, 사회적성과, 기술적 성과 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 기업의 실질적인 성과창출을 위해서는 내부R&D역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 정책 수립·지원이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위해 지역별, 산업별, 성장단계별 진단기준 마련 및 체계적인 비즈니스 모델 수립을 통해 향후 기술개발사업의 효율성을 제고하고 성과확산을 위한 구체적인 전략방안을 도축해야 할 것이다. Technology is recognized as an important factor according to uncertainties in the global economy and changes in the internal and external environment. Therefore, in order to solve the problems, many countries try to find ways for future growth business and create jobs by using science and technology. The korean government is also aware of the importance of R&D. For this reason, They are trying to increase their R&D investment but performance is insufficient. Instead of investing in R&D, We need to establish strategies to improve the efficiency of the existing their R&D support project. In this study examined the impact of internal conpetencies of small businesses on R&D performance in Gyeongsang Province. In order to assess the effect of R&D performance, we surveyed 125 companies. And we applied an analysis method based on multiple regression First, internal capabilities and economic performance of the company were found to have a positive impact and internal R&D capability was the most influential for generating performance such as sales and net profit. Second, while internal R&D capabilities and internal organizational culture had a positive (+) influence on social achievement, the recognition of government support projects had a negative influence on wealth (-). Third, internal R&D capabilities and awareness of government support projects had a positive influence on technical performance, internal organization culture has influenced wealth. The results show the R&D capability of corporate internal competencies had significant effects on all the economic performance, social performance, and technical performance. It would be necessary to establish/support policies to reinforce the internal R&D competency for the actual creation of corporate performance. These finding are relevant highly for policy, to enhance efficiency of government support projects and establish strategies to improve performance of SME.

Adequate access cavity is the key to achieving endodontic success. The aims of the access cavity can be considered as follows: 1) Creation of a smooth unimpeded pathway for instruments to canal orifices 2) Removal of the entire roof of the pulp chamber in order to inspect the pulp floor, 3) Preservation of natural tooth substance consistent with the above. Recently, contracted endodontic cavities based on minimally invasive endodontics has introduced. This has the benefit of preserving the pericervical dentin more than traditional access cavity with achieving long-term success. However, some studies reported controversial results regarding root canal detection, instrumentation efficacy (noninstrumented canal area, hard tissue debris accumulation, canal transportation, and centering ratio) as well as fracture resistance. Therefore, further studies are required for accepting contracted access cavity, and modified form of traditional and contracted access cavity could be considered.
방사광 X-선 영상법을 이용한 소수성 미니채널에서의 동적접촉각 상관식에 대한 실험적 검증

In hydrophobic small scaled channels, slug flow with moving contact lines is broadly developed at broad ranges of two phase flow map. Pressure drop of this flow is largely generated at moving contact line. Therefore, to well design two-phase flow system with small scales, it is important to estimate dynamic contact angle at moving contact line. In our previous research, the correlation to estimate dynamic contact angle had been developed on the basis experimental data of pressure drop at moving contact line. In this follow-up study, dynamic contact angles of a liquid slug in a hydrophobic minichannel(D=1.018mm) were visualized with synchrotron X-ray imaging. The previous correlation for dynamic contact angle was evaluated on the basis of visualization data.
