In this paper, in order to suppress unwanted current paths originating from adjacent cells in a passive crossbar array based on resistive random access memory (RRAM) without extrinsic switching devices, 1-diode type RRAM which consists of a 0.2% chromium-doped strontium titanate (Cr-$SrTiO_3$) film deposited on a silicon substrate, was proposed for high packing density, and intrinsic rectifying characteristics from the current versus voltage characteristics were successfully demonstrated.

Background: The purpose of this study were to identify the physical therapist's turnover experience in Busan Metropolitan city and its related general factors, and to investigate the turnover, moving-in and out rate. Methods: First Data were collected from 102 physical therapists who working in Busan Metropolitan city using structured questionnaires and then second data collected from who call to directly. Results: Physical therapists expressed high level of turnover experience. Physical therapist's turnover experience was significantly different by their age, marital status, sex, working place and career. In proportion of the total increasing rate of physical therapist and turnover rate was increased. Conclusion: To prevent or reduce physical therapist's turnover rate, more research about causal relationships of physical therapist's turnover should studied.

Most of physical therapists has thought be exposed themselves to risk of hospital infection but it is reported that have been low concern about infection management. Above like this haven t done systematical education on hospital infection, also physical therapist's information management of infection disease is found very low. It is lack of driving information about disease condition of the patients. Physical therapists has thought their working room may be polluted a lots of micro-organism(%). The control situation of infection waste articles, only 53% responded that the controller has managed very intensive so we can feel to need more intensive It's reported that air culture investigation of physical therapy room has never initiated. To wash the hand, before, after treatment of the patients of physical therapist, is very low frequency. And 73% have responded that the time to wash the hand stays 15-45 second. It is examined that 70% physical therapy room is equipped with washing system, a response of 58% disinfects physical therapy room 1-2times per one month. 36% responded disinfection of treatment modality have done everyday, 25% responded have never done. The location physical therapy room is above one floor - 65%. A response of 57% is ventilation system sufficiency, it is considered that physical therapists needs more efforts on management of hospital infection.
개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성이 비서의 경력변인에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 개인과 환경의 복잡한 관계와 상호작용을 보다 다각적인 측면에서 살펴보고자 개인-환경 적합성과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 규명하고자 하였으며, 특히 비서직을 대상으로 하여 개인-조직 적합성, 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-상사 적합성과 경력몰입, 경력만족간의 영향관계를 실증적으로 조사하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구는 현직 비서를 대상으로 이루어졌으며, 다양한 분야의 비서를 제한 없이 무작위 표집법으로 추출, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 총 162부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위해 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성은 경력몰입과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었으며, 개인-상사 적합성은 경력만족과 정의 유의한 영향관계를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 비서직의 경우 경력몰입을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무에 적합도가 높아야 하며 경력만족을 높이기 위해서는 조직과 직무보다는 상사와의 적합도가 높아야 함을 알 수 있다. 본 연구의 의의는 비서직을 대상으로 적합성 개념과 경력변인과의 영향관계에 대하여 실증적으로 분석함으로써 비서의 채용이나 교육 및 인력운용에 있어서 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 데에 있다. 위의 연구결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계 및 추후 연구과제에 대하여 논하였다. This study examines the multifaceted aspects of the interactional relationship between individuals and their working environments. Although the person-environment fit has received increasing attention in recent years, few studies in the field of secretarial science have examined. In this regard, this sutdy focuses on effects of secretaries’ person-organization fit, person-job fit, and person-supervisor fit on their career commitment and satisfaction based on an empirical analysis. For this, an an online survey of incumbent secretaries randomly extracted from various fields was conducted, and a total of 162 data were collected and analyzed. According to the results for the verified hypothesis, the person-organization fit and the person-job fit had positive effects on career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit had a positive effect on career satisfaction. This implies a need to improve the person-organization fit and the person-job fit to enhance career commitment, and the person-supervisor fit to increase career satisfaction. The results can be used as reference data for hiring and training secretaries in accordance with characteristics of organizations, tasks, and supervisors. Some limitations and implications of this study are discussed.

This study examined the moderating effects of poverty on the relationships between parents’ maltreatment (abuse and neglect) and their children’s delinquent behaviors based on the cumulative risk or double jeopardy model. The data was obtained from the 6th wave data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS). The subjects were 2,342 elementary school students whose poverty status could be identified. The Simple slope test based on a multiple linear regression (MLR) model was used to examine the moderating effects. The analysis showed that the poverty status moderated the relationships between the parents’ maltreatment and children’s delinquent behaviors. In the group of children in poverty, those who were abused or neglected by their parents were more likely to experience delinquent behaviors. Based on these results, diverse practical implications and further research topics are discussed.
