Determinants of satisfaction and revisit intention for fast food restaurant customers

The purpose of this research is to investigate the determinants of customer satisfaction and revisit intention for quick service restaurant customers. This study proposed three elements (e.g., price fairness, health concerns, and accessibility) to account for customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For the data collection, this study adopted Amazon Mechanical Turk. The study employed a survey as an instrument based on the extant literature. For the data analysis, this research employed confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and path analysis within structural equation modeling. The results indicate that price fairness positively impacts satisfaction, while health concerns negatively affect revisit intention. The results also show that accessibility is positively associated with revisit intention. Additionally, the results revealed a positive relation between customer satisfaction and revisit intention.

심장에 대한 2 차 수술로서의 개심술

In the course of treating approximately 740 patients with open heart surgery, we experienced 38 patients who underwent open heart surgery as the second operation after initial operation on heart at Seoul National University Hospital. Twenty four cases of congenital 14 acquired heart disease were found. There was 14 operative death of 38 patients, resulting in overall mortality 36.8 %; 8 death [33.3 %] in congenital group, 6 [42.9 %] in acquired group. Principal causes of death were lower cardiac output syndrome and congestive heart failure. Compared with foreign report, as this data shows still high overall mortality, this review suggests that second open heart surgery can be performed safely with reasonable operative mortality and satisfactory prognostic outlook in the near future.

Fast food kiosk systems have become more common in the market to offer convenience for consumers. Given the market situation, the purpose of this research is to explore the determinants of fast food kiosk reuse intention. The candidates to account for reuse intention are promptness, ease of use, and accuracy. Survey is the main instrument for this study. For the data collection, this research implemented an online survey. The number of observations is 235 for the data analysis. Exploratory factor analysis and reliability test using Cronbach’s alpha were performed to test the validity and reliability of the measurement items. Multiple linear regression analysis was executed to test the proposed hypotheses. The results disclosed that promptness, ease of use, and accuracy are positively associated with reuse intention of fast food kiosks. Moreover, it is found that accuracy had the strongest effect on reuse intention out of the three attributes. The results of the current study provides information to fast food kiosk mangers on how to build better systems.

A 8 year old male was admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Korea University Hospital on June 22, 1978. The chief complaints were cyanosis and exertional dyspnea since at birth. EKG shows BVH and dextrocardia, phonocardiogram revealed the accentuation of second heart sound in aortic area. Echocardiogram from the left ventricle to the base of the heart, there is a discontinuity between the ventricular septum and the anterior aortic margin with a large aortic root & aortic overriding. His cardiac catheterization data and cardiac angiogram shows situs inversus totalis, dextrocardia, right aortic arch, large ventricular septal defect etc., and finally diagnosed Truncus Arteriosus. Edwards type IV with retrograde aortogram and selective bronchial angiogram. This is the first operative case reported as Rastelli operation for Truncus Arteriosus type IV in the literatures in Korea. Authors have experienced I case of Truncus Arteriosus, Edward type IV and Rastelli operation with Dacron Arterial Conduit Graft under cardiopulmonary bypass on July 3, 1978. The procedures were as follows; 2] Cardiopulmonary bypass: Origin of bronchial arteries excised from descending aorta bilaterally; defects in aorta closed. 2] Horizontal incision made high in right ventricle. 2] Ventricular septal defect [Kirklin type I+II] closed with Teflon patch. 4] Bifurcated dacron arterial graft with pericardial monocusp sutured to the bilateral pulmonary arteries. [Diameter 9 mm: Length 7 cm]. 5] Proximal end of the conduit graft anastomosed to right ventricle. [Diameter 19 mm: Length 5 cm]..Total perfusion time was 220 min. The result of operation was poor due to anastomotic leakage and increased pulmonary vascular resistance resulting acute right heart failure. The patient was died on the operation table. Literatures were briefly reviewed.

선천성 대동맥 판막 협착증 치험 2예

Congenital aortic stenosis, a relatively uncommon congenital heart disease, may cause heart failure and may be fatal. In recent years, increased clinical awareness and improved diagnostic and operative technique has made accurate diagnosis and successful treatment possible. Recently we experienced 2 cases of congenital aortic stenosis, and which was corrected surgically. The first case was 9 years old boy, and second case was 16 years male. Preoperative diagnosis was entertained by angiography and cardiac catheterization in both cases. In each case, aortic valve opening was widened by incision along the fused commissure between the combined left and right coronary cusp on one side, and the noncoronary cusp on the other side. Post-op. pressure gradient between the aorta and left ventricle markedly reduced, in the first case, 50mmHg, and in the 2nd case, 55mmHg.Both patients discharged with good results 2 weeks after open heart surgery.

A case of idiopathic dilatation of Pulmonary artery with calcification is presented. The idiopathic dilatation of pulmonary artery has been recognized as a clinical entity since 1923, when Wessler and Jaches described the first case. Recently we experienced one case of Idiopathic Dilatation of Pulmonary artery with calcification which was very rare, and corrected with surgical treatment successfully.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to investigate influential attributes of intention to purchase in the context of cafe business. Design/methodology/approach - The explained variable is intention to purchase. This study used organic, healthiness, and nutrition disclosure as the main attributes to account for intention to purchase. Research target of this work is consumers experienced with Starbucks. The number of observation is 455. Multiple regression analysis is adopted for testing hypotheses. Findings - The results presented that organic positively affect healthiness. Also, nutrition disclosure positively moderates the relationship between healthiness and organic. Moreover, intention to purchase is positively influenced by healthiness. Research implications or Originality - Given the results, this informs cafe managers. Also, this research sheds light to the literature by unveiling the moderating effect of nutrition disclosure in the cafe consumer research domain.

대한체육회 공공스포츠클럽 정책 사업의 성과 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the public sports club policy project promoted by the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee as a national task. In order to increase the policy performance and objectivity of research of this project, it was limited to 98 public sports clubs that have been established and operated nationwide for seven years from 2013 to 2019. As for the policy performance analysis method, the first policy performance analysis was conducted by identifying the "input-process-output" index based on various literature data and deriving results. Based on the results of the first analysis, the second policy performance evaluation evaluated policy performance by selecting 22 research participants who were well aware of the public sports club policy project according to the concepts of 'effectiveness', 'efficiency', and 'appropriateness'. Through the performance analysis study of the public sports club policy project, the following conclusions were reached. First, the public sports club policy project achieved its original goal from the perspective of effectiveness, efficiency, and adequacy, which are three measures of policy performance evaluation, and received higher scores than average, but the results were not satisfactory. Second, even if government support for public sports clubs is terminated, it is necessary to secure a stable budget and establish a legal basis for consignment use of public sports facilities to attract members, financial independence, stabilize leader employment, and continuous program operation. Third, in the case of areas where public sports clubs were established, there were many cases of conflict due to the lack of a governance system with local sports associations and sports organizations.
