        The purpose of this study is to measure the level of importance of an hotel's attributes when guest stay a hotel and to show an effective management of the hotels. The data was analyzed by the SPSS Win 10.0, Statistical Package for the Social Science for Windows an several anylysis ways were used for an empirical analysis of respondent data. The major findings of this study were 7 factors of importance of the guests' room selection attributes were room price, safety, reputation and image. room condition. other service, employee service, convenient facilities. According to the result from this study, there were differences the guest room selection attributes by vital statistics factors and features of the guest room selection.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the systematic analysis on varing hotel’s environment and the relationships among environmental characteristics. Based on literature reviewed regarding contingency approach on strategy management. The major statical techniques conducted in this study are frequency analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA as the result of the questionnaire survey. The Major finding of this study are as follows : Firstly, in asserts of the degree of perception on the major important of strategic management. Secondly, in the level of the perception on the factor of hotel environmental characteristics. Therefore, all marketing manager must develop the strategy management to enhance customer satisfaction. Lastly human service as well as automation facilities of hotel are very important on strategy management for the changes of environment in hotel enterprise.

        The purpose of this study is to find out the distinguish strategies the satisfy the hotel F&B restaurant guests' want investigating the important factor. The methodology of this study can be literature survey and questionary survey which were answered by guests visited restaurants of the super-deluxe hotel. The results and strategies marketing are as followings. First. service strategy should be differentiated for guests the other compete with other super-deluxe hotel. Second, It should be performed various event program that guest are really want and need are repeatedly every month and seasons. Third, To increase the develope of food industry, special menu has to be develope.

        호텔 서비스실패에 따른 공정성 지각이 고객 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study is to comprehensively identify the influential relationship of Perceived Service Recovery on Corporate Image, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty after Service Failures. Theoretical research and empirical analysis results are as follows: First, the image of companies with excellent employees, representative hotels, efforts for customers, and high growth potential are affected by Fairness Perception. Second, customer satisfaction of the way the service problem, dissatisfaction, and problem solving is handled and fulfilled better than customers’ expectation is affected by the Fairness Perception. Finally, the study found that customer loyalty of selecting the best hotel, being positive of received service, affects customers to spread the word of mouth, actively encourage to revisit and recommend to customers’ acquaintance. This results show that Perceived Service Recovery on Corporate Image after Service Failures establish customer behaviour and a business strategy on the hotel.

        프랜차이즈 커피전문점의 서비스스케이프가 고객만족과 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 대학생층을 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this research is to study the effect of servicescape on customer satisfaction and revisit intention measured in franchise coffee specialty stores. The total of 145 valid and completed copies of the questionnaire were used for the research. Frequency, factor, reliability and regression analyses with SPSS statics package were conducted on the data. These are summaries of this research, first, the result of the study shows that employees` service was partially affected by service environment of franchise coffee specialty stores. Second, the service environment of franchise coffee specialty stores had significant effects on customers` revisit intention. Finally, on the satisfaction of service environment, both product and emotion satisfactions had significant effects on customers` revisit intention. These result investigating the relationship between servicescape and customer satisfaction, revisit intention show that there are mediating effects among service quality and customer satisfaction.

      • [가솔린엔진부문] 냉시동시 배기 저감을 위한 시동 배기가스 점화 기술에 관한 연구

        In order to reduce the exhaust emissions from gasoline-powered vehicles, the Cranking Exhaust Gas Ignition (CEGI) technology, which reduces catalyst warmup time, was developed in this study. The CEGI technology enables catalysts to reach the light-off temperature (LOT) within several seconds after engine cracking by burning fuel-air mixture in the exhaust pipe using glow plugs. Results from an experimental study showed that the catalyst reached the LOT in a sufficiently short period of time when the operation time of CEGI exceeds 4 seconds. The optimal operating time of CEGI technology, a hydrocarbon adsorber was applied to the catalytic converter, to reduce the first peak of the HC emission during the cranking period. Experimental results show that CO and THC emissions during the first 300 seconds of cold start are reduced by 97.3% and 59.1% respectively.

        대퇴골 경부 골절의 다발성 금속나사 고정술 후 금속나사의 이동

        목적: 대퇴골 경부 골절에서 다발성 유관 나사 고정술 후 가끔 관찰되는 방사선상 나사의 이동이 임상적으로 어떤 의미가 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 1998년 2월부터 2005년 5월까지 대퇴골 경부 골절 환자로 다발성 유관나사로 치료 받은 66명중 최소 18개월 이상 추시 가능했던 44례를 대상으로 진료기록 및 방사선사진을 후향적으로 검토하였다. 고관절 전후면 사진상 3 mm이동을 기준으로 이동군(27례) 및 비이동군(17례)으로 분류하여 합병증, 골두내 나사 위치, Garden분류, 골절의 위치, 분쇄골절의 유무에 따른 두군 간의 나사 이동에 관하여 비교하였으며, 이동 군에서의 나사의 이동시기 및 거리를 통계적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 두 군사이의 합병증유무(p=0.349), 골두 내 나사 위치(p=0.329), Garden 분류(p=0.370), 골절의 위치(p=0.572)에 따른 이동의 유의한 차가 없었으나, 분쇄골절 유무에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다(p=0.001). 이동 군에서 술 후 평균 1개월부터 시작되어 평균 3~6개월부터 이동이 뚜렷하며, 최초 3개월의 평균거리는 4.23 mm였으며, 최종 평균이동거리는 6.51 mm였다. 결론: 경부 골절의 다발성 유관 나사 고정술 후 분쇄골절의 경우 술 후 3개월 전후에 나사의 이동 및 경부의 단축이 예상된다. Purpose: We wanted to assess the characteristics and clinical significance of screw migration after surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures. Materials and Methods: We reviewed 44 hips (22 males, 22 females) that were treated with closed reduction and multiple cannulated screws between February 1998 and May 2005. The medical records and radiographs were analyzed retrospectively at a minimum of 18 months after surgery. 3 mm migration was arbitrarily chosen as the differentiating measure between the migration (27cases) and the nonmigration (17 cases) groups. The anatomical location of the fracture, Garden`s classification, comminution, the screw position in the femoral head and the complications were statistically compared between the migration and nonmigration groups. The time sequence of events after surgery and the distance of migration were evaluated in the migration group. Results: No significant differences between the two groups were noted in regard to complications, the screw position in the femoral head, the degree of displacement of fractures with using Garden`s classification and the anatomic location of the fracture. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups with regard to comminution (p=.001). In the migration group, the screws started migrating from 1 month after the operation and this was remarkable at 3~6 months. The average migration was 6.51 mm with 4.23 mm migration occurring in the first 3 months. Conclusion: For comminuted femur neck fractures that are treated with multiple cannulated screws, screw migration and shortening of the femoral neck can be anticipated to happen at 3 months after surgery.

        Human resources mamagement as a strategy for the competition is essencial the hotel industries in order to th survive in rapidly changing environment and to develop continously. Inother words, the management of enterprise provides the foundation th from human relationship, as the hospitality industry operates with human resources. The biggest issue in the hotel industry is to cultivate qualfield human resources. Hotel management needs to obtain qualified human resources, and develop potentiality in order to improve human resources in the industry in general monitoring human resources in hotel has been focused on productivity it is changing th focus on relationship. The purpose of this study is to seek an effective human resources management with the means of theoretical approach. Consequently, the human resource management of the tourist hotels, which highly depend on the human service, should be used for the active development and application of the employee's ability such as upbringing of an individual and putting the right person at the right place, and so on. It is highly required of the fair, objective, trustworthy and independent human resource management. And, the expected results should be obtained not through the comparison of the employees' ranks and relative merits based on their past records of performance, but through the self-development of the employees.
