원자력 압력용기의 소성변형에 의한 파괴의 방지를 위한 설계개념의 요체는 압력용기에 발생하는 응력을 하중형태와 중요도에 따라 분류하고, 분류된 각각의 응력범주에 대해서 극한설계의 개 념에 의한 붕괴하중에 안전계수를 도입한 것이다. 원자력 압력용기에 적용된 안전계수는 재료의 인장가동에 대해서 3이다. 이것은 일반용 압력용기에 대한 안전계수 4보다 적은 값이나, 원자력 압력용기의 소성변형에 의한 파괴방지를 위하여 이미 모든 작용하중에 대하여 응력해석을 수행 하였고 그 결과를 평가한 것이기 때문에 안전계수는 낮더라도 더 안전하다고 할 수 있다.

In this paper, it is contemplated guideway capacity to define system capacity before verifying marketability of PRT system in this paper. For the investigation of guideway capacity, it is applied concept of line capacity by headway calculation, and it is considered fleet size and vehicle occupancy rate on the guideway. Faster line speed cause lower fleet size, because of headway increment and it makes a decrease for rate of increasing guideway capacity. When defined special headway and fleet size are settled line capacity character is decided. Maximum trip numbers followed by an increase of fleet size and headway are intersected in fixed traveling speed point and operation range would be decided by that point. From this standard point of crossing, increasing traveling speed cause a decrease of maximum trip rate, decreasing traveling speed cause a increase of headway because of small fleet size.

교통 시스템의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 새로 도입되는 신교통 시스템은 지금까지의 지하철과 버스와는 다른 형태이면서 다양한 조건이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 신교통수단으로 개발을 본격화하려는 PRT 시스템에 대한 요구조건 몇 가지를 검토하였다. 검토된 요구조건 항목은 차량 당 승차인원, 차량구조, 추진시스템, 제동장치 및 분기장치이다. 각 항목에 대해서 채택할 수 있는 방식들을 분류하고, 이들의 장단점을 분석하였다. 차량 당 승차인원은 3~4인이 적절하지만, 이는 가이드웨이의 경량화에 의한 건설비 절감 및 요금정책 등에 지배를 받으므로 좀 더 면밀한 검토가 필요함을 알았다. 차량의 구조는 I형이 장기적인 관점에서 유리하다. 추진장치로는 선형전동기가 적절하며, 선형전동기는 가이드웨이에 설치하지 말고 차량에 탑재되어야 한다. 제동장치는 전기제동을 주 제동장치로 하고 다중시스템으로 Fail-Safe 기능을 갖도록 설계되어야 한다. 분기장치는 차량에 탑재된 기계식이 적절함을 알 수 있었다. 앞으로 개발할 PRT의 사양을 결정함에 있어서 이러한 방식들에 대한 검토결과를 바탕으로 사양이 선정되어야 한다.
기술이전을 연계한 한국형 차세대 고속전철의 중국진출 방안 연구

Studied was a strategic plan for the Korean High-Speed Train system to penetrate the Chinese railway market in exchange of the technology of KHST. Firstly, taken was a glance at Chinese Government plans to extend total length of his railway lines and to construct the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway line, Then, disparity of railway technology in Korea and China was reviewed. From the review, SWOT Analysis were carried out to penetrate the foreign markets. Countermeasures to cope with SWOT were also considered, Strategical governmental supports and the establishment of the special organization to be charge of penetration of KHST into foreign markets were proposed. Finally, also proposed was the transfer of KHST technology to Chinese counterparts in exchange of tangible benefits for Korean side, The benefits may include ① adoption of KHST as the type of rolling stock for the Beijing~Shanghai line, ② guarantee of participation in the project and royalty for the KHST technology used for the future high-speed railway line construction, ③ prior written approval and partnership when making its way to third country, and ④ participation of Korean construction companies in Chinese rail way construction project, etc, Adoption of KHST in China indeed gives chance to integrate the high-speed railway network after reunification of Korean peninsular, and enhance the economic ties between two countries.

Described in this paper is the result of a study on collision analysis of TGV-K using 1-dimensional model for crashworthy design. Crashworthy design of the front end is very important because majority of the impact energy (more than 70%) is absorbed by the crush of the front end when the train is collided with an obstacle like a tank lorry. Guideline for the crashworthy design can be described from the collision analysis of the whole train using a 1-dimensional model. Since the headstock of TGV-K is not designed in a crashworthy point of view, a conceptual design of the headstock to improve crashworthiness is suggested and evaluated using 1-dimensional collision analysis. The suggested design, which adopts an energy absorber and a crashworthy headstock, shows a good behaviour on the accident scenario of SNCF (collision at 110 km/h against a movable rigid mass of 15 ton).

Conceptual design of the pantograph for high speed trains of 350㎞/h is introduced. The aims to be accomplished in the concept design are the good dynamic performance, low noise, aero-dynamic stability. The resulting mechanism of the pantograph have single-arm type structure with bebel gears to reduce noise sources, symmetric structure for the aero-dynamic stability and the special panhead assembly to obtain good dynamic performances.
