직교이방성 적층판의 Hole단부의 3D 비선형 층간응력 해석

Orthotropic laminates, such as [0°6/90°6]s and [90°6/0°6]s, were performed, using a commercial nonlinear finite element method. Interlaminar stress distributions, around the hole curve free-edge, were calculated. The delamination bearing strengths of pin joints were predicted, using the modified delamination failure criterion. These stress distributions were presented along the radial lines and around the free-edge of the hole. Further, three-dimensional non-linear contact analysis of orthotropic laminates was conducted to investigate the effect of friction. In this paper, laminates with a circular hole were taken to study interlaminar stresses the curved edge. This study may assist in the design of a thick composite laminate with mechanically pin joints.

The recent trend in ship design is toward the development of highly economical Vessels to minimize cost for their construction and operation. Computer programs are used to search for the optimum principal particulars and hull form from the design conditions, which are based upon the owner`s requirements of speed, deadweight, operation range and stowage factor. Varying L/B, B/T and C_b systematically, the principal dimensions of the optimal vessel were determined by the parametric study. More accurate values need in element designs are calculated according to the formulae by which they are given favourably for existing cargo vessels.

The optimization of resistance and propulsive power performance is very important to design the economical ship. In this paper, the author make the Basic program of resistance and propulsive power performance at general ship by using Micro-Computer. Those programs are as following system: 1. One program is on the basis of schoenherr friction curve and Model-Ship correlation allowance (C<sub>A</sub>) 2. The other program is on the basis of form factor (K) which is made as numerical formula. By using those programs, we are satified with the results because the result by using Basic program is coincided with the results of sea trial test.

This paper investigated the felicity effect of the AE (Acoustic Emission) for Ca/ph (Carbon/phenolic), CFRC and the first carbonization laminated composite composed of 8H/s which are loaded, unloaded and reloaded is uniaxial tension to progressive higher loads. In this work the felicity ratio of the AE technique is used to estimate the qualitative evaluation of sound characteristics of these three materials, but it can not be defined for the first carbonization due to a minus slope between loading and AE events. It is therfore assumed that the main fracture mechanism of the first carbonization is the slip, fraction and debonding of matriced. The paper concludes that Kaiser effect appers at lower that 20% of fracture loading, however the felicity effect is increasingly presented with the increment of the load level for Ca/ph and CFRC.

船底 防汚 塗料는 摩擦 抵抗의 增加로 因하여 船速의 低下가 일어나고 이에 따라 상당한 燃料 消費의 增大와 頻煩한 독킹(docking)으로 因한 入??料의 引上이라는 見地에서 볼 때 점점 더 重要性이 高調되고 있다. 本文에서는 防汚塗料의 曝露性과 問題點에 對하여 考察하고 앞으로 優秀한 防汚塗料의 動向을 提示하고져 한다. Anti-fouling coatings have becme increasingly important as dry docking costs go up and increased frictional resistance leads to reduce ship's speed and considerable rise in fuel consumption. This paper aims to review the problems and exposure nature of Antifouling, and to suggest the development and the tendency of excellent Anti-fouling paints.

The stress at the first root of the thread(ridge) in a bolt seems to be beyond the yield stress. The effects of the root radius and the friction coefficient of the contact surface on the stress concentration in the roots of bolts are examined on the basis of the analysis by a non-linear FEM. Three type of cutting gradient models are used to decrease the stress concentration factor at the roots in the first thread and to distribute the stress evenly to all roots of thread. The present results are fairly good agreement with Fukuoka's prediction results for the rate of load distribution in the each thread.

An experimental study on tensile and NDT characteristics of CFRC(carbon fiber reinforced carbon) composite laminates far brake disk at room and high temperature were tested. Tools and several grips for high temperature were designed to conduct tensile test of the mechanical properties. In order to understand the tensile property and the fracture mechanism, ultrasonic and AE(acoustic emission) of the NDT(Non-destructive test) have been conducted for the samples such as green-body, 1st and 2nd carbonization, and CFRC. These results showed that the main mechanism of attenuation was Rayleigh scattering from porosity and the change of the volume fraction porosity was associated with that attenuation slope. AE technique was used to evaluate the fracture mechanism for green body. As for felicity ratio could not be definited for 1st. carbonization.
