This study aims to investigate a spatial design and marketing, through focusing on the electronics stores where space marketing, particularly customers` attitude towards the products and buying behaviors take place, and derive the design strategies taking advantage of consumers` consumption characteristics, specifically, consumption value and consumption propensity. The consumer of electronic products propensity consider the economic and functional value of electronic products the most importantly. And they have the consumption and the economical purchase. They want a variety of information propensity, the planned consumption and the economical purchase. They want a variety of information and experiences at electronics stores and consider the openness and the communication in electronics stores, importantly. Thus, to satisfy the consumer`s buying needs, it is essential to create a store with the provision of information through a variety of experiences, a seamless communication with customers, a systematic layout of products and a comfortable and pleasant space.
전시디자인 교육프로그램에 대한 실무자 인식 기초조사 - 전시 실무경력자에 대한 설문조사를 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the need for an exhibition educational program through a survey of the perception concerning an educational program specialized in an exhibition design by conducting survey research aimed at working-level staffs of exhibition design. In order to prepare a program for cultivating exhibition designs for which they feel the need, the study carried out a survey aimed at working-level staffs with over 1 year of career. As a result, a vast majority of working-level staffs were found the need for a special exhibition education, and in particular, it was discovered to necessary to have a program for fostering the specialty of exhibition designers, such as the new establishment of a related special department. Through the execution of a program on a cognitive factor and an understanding factor, it was confirmed as being necessary to perform a special educational program concerning an exhibition design.

This study aims to analyze factors affecting residential satisfaction by household s life-cycle. Using the 2016 Korea Housing Survey data, we divided the respondents into four groups based on the household’s age – pre-family (less than 29 years of age), young family(between 30 and 49 years old), older family (between 50 and 69 years old), and post-family (over 70 years of age). Afterwards, we compared the levels of residential satisfaction and determinants of residential satisfaction by the different age groups. The empirical analyses showed that the post-family group is less satisfied with their overall residential environment as well as neighborhood attributes compared to the other three groups. The determinants of residential satisfaction vary by age group. Childcare as well as educational environment are important factors on overall residential satisfaction for pre-family and young family groups. Access to retail stores is more important for the older family group than it is for the other groups. Pedestrian environment is more important for the post-family group. Neighborhood interactions are important factors on overall residential satisfaction for all of the four age groups.
