        경관분석을 위한 누적가시빈도도의 적용성에 관한 연구 - 과천시를 대상으로 -

        본 연구는 별도로 조망점을 선정할 필요 없이 대상지 내 모든 지점을 조망점으로 하는 ‘누적가시빈도도’를 작성하고, 시지각 강도에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수인 거리를 고려하여 분석함으로써 경관계획에 필요한 객관적, 합리적 근거를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시의 경관계획을 수행함에 있어 정확성과 효율성을 고려하여 경관현황조사 단계에서 활용하기 위한 누적가시빈도도의 적정 해상도를 200m로 도출하였다. 둘째, 도시 전체의 누적가시빈도도를 작성하여 도시 내에서 시각적 민감도가 높은 지역을 실증적이고, 가시적으로 도출하였다. 셋째, 거리 가중치를 고려한 누적가시빈도도는 단순 누적가 시빈도도에 비해 전체적인 변별력을 다소 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 본 연구에서는 시지각강도를 좌우하는 요소로 ‘거리’만을 고려하였는데, 향후 지면의 수직·수평 경사각 등을 고려하여 경관민감도를 작성하기 위한 연구가 추가되어야 할 것으로 판단된다. The objective of this study is to suggest the basic data being used to establish the landscape plan. For achieving the objective, this study proposed the method to make a cumulative- viewshed frequency map without having to select a viewpoint. The results of this study are as follows: First, the proper resolution of the cumulative- viewshed frequency map was proposed 200m DEM considering the resolution of the source data and the its application. Second, this study proved the area having the high visible frequency empirically. Third, the cumulative-viewshed frequency map considering the viewing distance had less discrimination than the simple map. This study considered only the viewing-distance, but we will study on the intensity of visual perception considering an incidence angle, elevation angle and depression angle additionally.

        실시간 자료를 이용한 국지적 부동산시장 불안정지역의 동태적 특성 탐색

        The main purpose of this research is to propose a objective method to explore local areas of which real estate market is unstable. In terms of volatility of housing price, local areas with unstable real estate market have spatio-temporal hotspotㆍcoldspot patterns. Because the patterns are subject to be of locality and rapid change, however, it would be difficult to diagnose the areas as unstable market until it develops big socio-economic problems. This difficulty makes a gap between current real estate market situation and any policy measures for stabilizing real estate market. Given the awareness of this gap, this research proposes a spatio-temporal hotspotㆍcoldspot chart of housing price volatility with real time data to identify dynamics of spatio-temporal characteristics in unstable market areas and to analyze its responses to each policy measure. Selecting three local areas (Seocho-Gu, Gangnam-Gu, and Songpa-Gu) for a case study, this research comes up with a chart using real time dataset over a period of three years from July 2003 to February 2007. This chart reveals two major spatio-temporal properties of the dynamics in these three areas after the Noh administration's policy measures for stabilizing real estate market. First, even the same policy is applied, three area's real estate market proved to response differently by area. Second, the effectiveness of each policy measure dropped significantly as it followed the previous one.

        지형패턴(Geomorphons)을 이용한 새로운 지형분류방법

        Most of previous landform classification methods using DEM compares the values between the center of the cell and the surrounding cells, which in turn, greatly depends on analysis scale. To overcome the problem of scale-dependency, a new classification scheme is developed, which is called “Geomorphons”. Unlike the traditional approaches using DEM, Geomorphons is the way which compares the level with other cells against the criteria cell. As a pilot study, we classify the landforms of Pyeongchang-Gun in Korea. Then, we compare the result with the other methods such as Topographic Position Index. Through the systematic analysis, we obtain the following findings. First, Geomorphons can reduce the time for the classification of landforms because of using unsupervised classification. Second, Geomorphons is little dependent on change in the scale, which can provide a pilot tool for reconnaissance study for covering large area.

        지역의 미래 환경 비전 공간화를 위한 토지이용계획 시나리오 체계 연구

        Climate change causes an adverse impact on biodiversity and human life. Correspondingly, global communities have proposed visions and goals to mitigate the adverse impact of climate change without considering local land use planning. Thus, in this study, we propose a framework for local land-use scenarios with an environment-friendly vision and goal. Through literature survey, we summarized our scenario framework in three steps: 1) development of a system, 2) storyline development, 3) review and distribution. First, we prepared a system that can help set a plan in motion. Then, we developed the storyline by selecting 25 main variables, which were classified into seven categories. Climate change adaptation and mitigation, type of ecosystem, effects of urban areas, and land use policies were selected as direct variables, while the other 21 variables were considered as indirect variables. After we applied the framework to the Ansan-si region in South Korea, we conducted a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) analysis to link the key variables, and then proposed a direction for the application of the scenario-based strategy. After establishing five scenarios, we constructed narrative storylines using the key direct variables identified in each scenario. As a result of the application of our framework to the Ansan-si region, we established a narrative storyline framework for local land use planning considering a quantification scenario. Thus, the proposed land use planning framework considers the impact of climate change and ecosystem service changes at the local level.
