M inimally invasive surgery (MIS) for gastric cancer has been gaining popularity. Although many surgeons have reported the feasibility of MIS for gastric cancer, difficulties in standard lymph node dissection and anastomoses during laparoscopic procedures have hindered the widespread use of this technique. To overcome these difficulties, a robotic system has been adopted and its feasibility and safety have been shown. However, robotic surgery for gastric cancer has shown few definite advantages over conventional laparoscopy so far. In addition, longer operation time and much higher cost for this procedure are consistently noted. Recently, some retrospective comparative studies have reported benefits of robotic surgery over laparoscopic gastrectomy such as more complete D2 lymph node dissection for advanced gastric cancer, less blood loss, and shorter learning curves. For the wider spread of robotic surgery for gastric cancer,well designed studies are required to verify patients’ secondary advantages, the cost benefit trade-off, and oncologic outcomes.

Porter의 경쟁구조분석, PLC 분석, 시장 창출 메카니즘 분석, 그리고 시장 기회 및 위협요인 분석을 통하여 국내 키토산 산업 을 조망하였다. 경쟁구조에서 특징적인 부분은 원료수급이 매우 불안정하는 점과, 주요 응용분야인 건강보조식품 분야의 PLC가 3-4년의 넘기기 어렵기 때문에 대체위협이 항상 존재한다는 점이다. 또한, 다양한 기회요인과 위협요인이 대두되고 있으나, 현 상황에서는 위협요인이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이며, 기술적 성숙이전에 bubble 시장이 과도하게 형성되어, 이후에 기술적 제약요인(constraints)으로 해결되지 못할 경우 급격한 시장규모의 감소현상으로 이어질 소지가 있다. 국내 키토산 건강보조식품의 시장을 예측해 본 결과 향후 3-4년간은 현 규모(약 1700억원 규모)를 그대로 유지할 가능성이 큰 것으로 분석되었으나, 이는 전체 건강보조식품의 높은 성장률과 비교해 보면 지속적으로 점유율이 감소한다는 의미 로 해석할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 고품질의 키토산 유도체 등의 개발 및 용도확대가 향후 키토산 시장의 지속적 성장을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chitosan industry was analyzed through Porter's 5P's, PLC, formation mechanism, drivers and constraints of the market. 5P's analysis reveals that unstability in supplying raw material and strong power of substitutes exist. Short PLC of 3-4 years, in functional food market, is also played as one of the severe market constraints. In addition, the Korean chitosan market was sensationally expended despite lace of technological breakthrough. As a result of domestic market forecasting, we can find out that maket revenues are projected to maintain \ 170 bil. for the time being which means continuous decline in terms of it's functional food market share. So, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of new application fields are needed.

시판되고 있는 4종류의 Lipase(talpase, paratase M1000L, SP398, SP435)를 이용하여, 2-[1-(1-acetoxy-2,2, 2-trifluoroethyl)]-5-trimethylsilylfuran(1)을 속도론적 광학분할에 의해서 가수분해반응을 검토했다. 그 결과 Novo Nordish사의 SP435가 속도론적 광학분할능을 가진다는 것을 확인했으며, 본 실험에서는 광학순도 92.4% enantiomeric excess(ee)를 가지는 생성물 2-[1-(2,2,2-trifluoro-1-hydroxyethyl)]-5-trimethylsilylfuran(2)를 얻었다. The hydrolysis of biochemical kinetic resolutions for 2-[1-(acetoxy-2, 2, 2-trifluoroethyl)] -5-trimethylsilylfuran(1) using four kinds of Lipase(talpase, paratase M1000L, SP398, SP435) was investigated. In the results, SP435 of Novo Nordish comp any was confirmed to show the capacity of biochemical kinetic resolutions, and 2-[1-(2, 2, 2-trifluoro-1-hydroxyethyl)]-5-trimethylsilylfuran(2) to have the optical purity expressed as 92.4% enantiomeric excess(ee) was produced in this studies.

Reaction of Pd(η³-allyl)Me(PPh₃) with diethylamine under an atmosphere of carbon dioxide gave a dinuclear palladium complex (PPh₃)Pd(μ-η³-C₃H_5)(μ-O₂CNEt₂) in 63% yield which was characterized by IR, NMR, and elemental analysis. Similar reaction with methanol gave an allylether CH₂=CHCH₂OMe of 18% yield.
