Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사 독창성 채점 기준분석

본 연구의 목적은 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 다양한 독창성 채점 기준을 분석하여 가장 타당한 독창성 채점 기준을 찾는데 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 Wallach & Kogan의 가장 대표적인 독창성 측정 준거에 따라 산출된 4가지 독창성 점수의 신뢰도와 타당도를 분석하였다. 또한 다양 한 채점 기준을 적용한 Wallach & Kogan 독창성 점수들이 창의적 아동을 어느 정도 판별하고 예 측하는지 비교 분석하기위해 판별분석을 실시하였다. 인천광역시 초등학생 4, 5, 6학년 265명을 대 상으로 한 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다양한 채점 기준을 적용한 독창성 중 표집 집단의 5%이하 응답에 모두 1점을 부여하고 1%이하 응답에 추가로 1점의 가산점을 주는 독 창성 채점 방식이 가장 신뢰도가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 다양한 독창성 채점 방식과 다른 창의성 검사들 간의 상관에서는 독창성 1(표집 집단의 5%이하의 응답을 독창적인 것으로 간주하여 1점을 주는 방법), 독창성 2(표집 집단의 5%이하 응답을 가중치를 두어 5%이하 2.5%초과인 응답은 1점, 2.5%이하 1%초과인 응답은 2점, 1% 이하인 응답은 3점을 주는 방법), 독창성 3(표집 집단의 5%이하 응답에 모두 1점을 부여하고 1%이하 응답에 추가로 1점 의 가산점을 주는 방법)이 거의 유사 한 수준의 상관을 나타냈다. 하지만 독창성 4(첫 번째 방법의 독창성 점수를 유창성 점수로 나누 는 방법)는 다양한 창의성 검사들 간의 상관이 현격하게 낮게 나타나서 독창성의 준거로 바람직하 지 않음을 보였다. 셋째, 창의성 집단(TTCT상위 20%와 하위20%)을 예측하는 판별분석에서는 독창 성 2, 1, 3, 4 방식 순으로 창의성 집단을 예측하는 것으로 나타났으며, 독창성 2와 1의 채점 방식 이 창의성 집단 예측율 70% 이상으로 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 독창성의 다양한 채점 방식에 관한 연구의 의의 및 한계를 논의하였다. The purpose of this research is to find the most reasonable originality grading system by analyzing various originality scoring mehtods of Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test. Hence, this study evaluated reliability and validity of the 4 most commonly used originality scoring methods. Discriminant analysis was operated to find out which of the 4 originality scoring methods predicts better the creative and non-creative groups of children. The subject of this study consists of 4, 5, and 6 grade elementary school students in Incheon. The summary of the result is as follows. First, method 3 (1 point to responses less than 5%, and one additional point to those less than 1%) showed the most reliability. Second, the correlations between other creativity tests and the 4 different originality scores suggest that three following originality scoring methods show correlation on a similar level: method 1 (less than 5% rated responses were considered to be creative and were given one point), method 2 (responses rated less than 5% were given a weighting on a scale of 1~3 as follows: 2.5~5% - 1 point, 1~2.5% - 2 points, 0~1% - 3 points.) and method 3 (1 point to responses less than 5%, and one additional point to those less than 1%). However, method 4 (dividing up the originality score on method 1 with fluency score) appeared to be inappropriate to be used for originality standard. Third, on discriminant analysis that speculates creativity group (TTCT highest 20% and lowest 20%), in order of method 2, 1, 3, 4 predicted the creativity group, and creativity group prediction rate adopting method 1 and 2 were over 70%, which was relatively high. Based on these results, this research aims to reveal the significance and the current limits of various originality scoring methods.

한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사 타당화

본 연구는 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 문항을 추출하여 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사를 개발하고 타당도를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 그 결과 첫째, 문항 선정을 위하여 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 국내외 선행연구 고찰과 내용타 도를 걸쳐 12문항을 추출하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 문항 5개의 하위요인으로 구성되는 것이 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 타당화를 실시하였다. 타당도를 검증하기 위하여 전국 초등학교 4∼6학년 1,836명을 대상으로 신뢰도, 하위요인별 상관관계, 구인타당도, 교차타당도를 분석하였으며, 초등학교 4∼6학년 265명을 대상으로 공인타당도를 분석하였다. 그 결과 전체 신뢰도는 .89이었으며, 하위요인별 내적합치도가 .50 이상으로 수렴타당도가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 하위요인별로 상관분석을 한 결과 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 하위요인들이 서로 밀접한 관계를 갖고 있으며 창의성을 잘 측정하는것으로 나타났다. 구인타당도 검증을 위하여 다양한 요인별로 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 최종 10요인이 가장 적합한 것으로 채택되었으며, 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사의 세 부 문항 및 구성요인은 창의성을 측정할 수 있는 타당한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 교차타당도검증에서는 성별, 학년별, 지역별 모두 적합한 것으로 나타나 다른 표집에도 일반화가 가능한모형인 것으로 나타났다. 공인타당도 검증에서는 TTCT보다 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성검사가 KEDI 창의인성 검사와 창의적 자기 효능감 검사에서 좀 더 높은 상관을 보였다. 따라 서, 본 연구는 한국 실정에 맞게 한국판 Wallach & Kogan 창의성 검사를 개발하고, 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증함으로써 확산적 사고 검사의 하나의 대안으로 활용될 수 있는 창의성 검사를 개발하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to develop and to validate of the Korean version Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test. Related to the results, for the selection of item list, 12 items were extracted from the original version of Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test then modified based on thorough study of preceding domestic and foreign researches and examination of its content validity. Its item composition and reliability were shown to be appropriate by conduction of the finalized Korean version Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test. Also, the 5 chosen subscales were the most suitable in exploratory factor analysis result. Second, validity of Korean version Wallach & Kogan creativity test was examined. According to the result, reliability was .89 and subscales inter-correlation was over .50. The results implies that the test has reasonable convergent validity. Furthermore, the results of subscale correlation analysis indicates that subscales are highly relevant and are highly likely to show positive performance on measuring creativity. Confirmatory factor analysis for construct validity examination selected the final 10 factor structures to be most valid. In cross validity test, the test was found out to be valid regardless of gender, grade, and region, thus its adaptation on other samples was feasible. In concurrent validity test, Korean version of Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test showed relatively higher correlation than TTCT on both KEDI Creative Personality test and Creative Self Efficacy Test. respectively, denoting Korean version of Wallach & Kogan Creativity Test to be a valid and reliable instrument.
