In this paper, the strategy for disaster response on the long span bridge was developed. It is divided into risk analysis, business impact analysis, emergency response plan, business continuity plan. At the risk analysis stage, critical risk was estimated. Critical risk was the car accident. Critical process by critical risk classification was assessed at the business impact analysis stage. Critical process was the task about road conditions and traffic safety. By use of the precedent analysis, emergency response plan and business continuity plan were established. Making clear the order of each standard operating procedure, the effective plan for dealing with disaster was came up with. Finally, the prototype of software was developed based on the research finding. This study laid the foundation stone of disaster response guideline based on IT, and it has a significance that computerized the disaster response plan to improve accessability of the plan.
