        손승민. 2012. 증권 상담 대화에서 정서의 언어·비언어 표현 연구, 인문학연구 전 17권. 본 논문은 증권 상담 대화에서 정서의 언어·비언어 표현 연구이다. 정서 언어 표현으로 공손과 존중, 친밀감과 관심, 공감과 맞장구, 교감 등이 관찰되었다. 또 비언어적 표현으로 표정과 시선, 자세와 마음가짐, 태도와 경청, 차림새가 확인되었다. 이는 증권 상담에서 상담 직원이 투자 고객에게 정서적 관계를 형성해서 투자 상담의 효과를 높이는 전략으로 사용하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 정서 형성은 투자 고객의 마음을 움직이고 감동하게 해서 투자 유치와 유지를 하는 데 중요한 요소로 작용하는 것을 알 수 있었으며 증권 상담에서는 이를 투자 상담에 전략적으로 사용하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. The study of an verbal·non verbal expression of emotion in conversation for stock counsel. humanities research all 17 volume(abstract in english) In this thesis for analysing the effect of emotion language to an investment counsel, first as the emotion language expression politeness and respect, intimacy and interest, sympathy and agreeing enthusiastically, communion are observed. And as nonverbal expression face and gazing, posture and attitude of mind, attitude and listening courteously, outfit are identified. Through this thesis we can confirm that counselor can make emotional relation by using these strategy in investment counseling counselor therefore improeve efficiency of an investment counsel. And we can obseve that making emotional relation with an investing client can be an important factor for attracting and keeping investemt by moving invester’s heart, and in a stock counsel those things are used strategically.

        GmREM1.1 and GmREM2.1, which encode the remorin proteins in soybean, have distinct roles during root nodule development

        Remorin is involved in various biotic and abiotic stresses, including host-microbe interactions. To elucidate its roles during root nodule development, we isolated and characterized five remorin genes in soybean. The genes belonging to groups 1 and 2 were both expressed during root nodule development but with somewhat different temporal patterns. Using a biochemical assay, we showed that the homo-oligomerization of GmREM1.1 was mediated by the coiled-coil region in the C-terminal domain in combination with either the N-terminal or C-terminal anchor peptides (RemCA). Plasma membrane targeting was also sufficiently mediated by RemCA from GmREM1s but not from GmREM2.1. In addition, GmREM1.1 was highly expressed in the nodule primordia and inner cortex region of root nodules, whereas GmREM2.1 transcription was mainly detected in the infected cells. Moreover, RNAi-GmREM2.1 hairy roots showed significantly reduced nodule formation, but RNAi-GmREM1.1 had little effect on nodule formation. Taken together, our results suggest that GmREM1.1 and GmREM2.1, with different molecular features, function distinctively during root nodule development.

        Arabidopsis thaliana Remorins Interact with SnRK1 and Play a Role in Susceptibility to Beet Curly Top Virus and Beet Severe Curly Top Virus

        Remorins, a family of plant-specific proteins containing a variable N-terminal region and conserved C-terminal domain, play a role in various biotic and abiotic stresses,including host-microbe interactions. However, their functions remain to be completely elucidated, especially for the Arabidopsis thaliana remorin group 4 (AtREM4). To elucidate the role of remorins in Arabidopsis, we first showed that AtREM4s have typical molecular characteristics of the remorins, such as induction by various types of biotic and abiotic stresses, localization in plasma membrane and homo- and hetero-oligomeric interaction. Next, we showed that their loss-of-function mutants displayed reduced susceptibility to geminiviruses,Beet Curly Top Virus and Beet Severe Curly Top Virus, while overexpressors enhanced susceptibility. Moreover, we found that they interacted with SnRK1, which phosphorylated AtREM4.1, and were degraded by the 26S proteasome pathway. These results suggest that AtREM4s may be involved in the SnRK1-mediated signaling pathway and play a role as positive regulators of the cell cycle during geminivirus infection.

        골반골 골절 환자에서 경피적 장천골 나사 고정술 후 발생한 의인성 천추 신경근 포착 - 증례 보고 -

        Study Design: Case report. Objectives: Despite precise iliosacral (IS) screw placement, we encountered a case of a neurological deficit due to a bony fragment that remained around the nerve root after reduction of the fracture gap in a patient with a pelvic ring injury. Summary of Literature Review: Percutaneous IS screw fixation is a commonly used procedure because it enables an adequate fixation force to be secured through a minimally invasive method in patients with pelvic ring fractures. Percutaneous IS screw fixation using C-arm fluoroscopy has been well described. In addition, several studies have investigated methods to prevent neurological damage. Materials and Methods: A 48-year-old man was diagnosed with a lateral compression type 1 pelvic ring fracture. Bilateral IS screw fixation was performed in the patient, who had no preoperative neurological abnormalities. He complained of pain around the sacroiliac joint that radiated to the lower leg after percutaneous IS screw fixation, and he was diagnosed with S1 radiculopathy on electromyography. Results: While reviewing the patient’s preoperative computed tomography images, a bony fragment in the fracture gap on the left S1 root was noted. After confirming S1 root entrapment, decompressive laminectomy was performed. Conclusions: Surgeons should be aware that postoperative neurological symptoms may be caused by a bony fragment resulting from the fracture, regardless of screw malposition in percutaneous IS screw fixation. Preoperative planning with meticulous image review and intraoperative neurological monitoring, as well as using full-threaded screws, may help to prevent this problem. 연구 계획: 증례 보고목적: 골반골 골절 환자에서 정확한 위치에 장천골 나사를 삽입했더라도 골절 간극이 감소되면서신경근 주변에 남아 있던 골편에 의해 신경근이 포착된환자를 보고하자고 한다. 선행 연구문헌의 요약: 경피적 장천골 나사 고정은 골반골 골절 환자에서 미세 침습적으로 충분한 고정력을 얻을 수 있는 유용한 방법으로 대중적으로 사용되고 있다. 이미 방사선 유도하 신경 손상을 예방하며 안전하게 나사 못을 삽입할 수 있는 기술들이 잘 보고되어 있다. 대상 및 방법: 48세 남자로 제 1형 외측 압박 골반골 골절로 내원하였다. 양측성 장천골 나사 고정술을 시행하였으며 이후 천장관절 부위 통증과 하지 방사통이 발생하였다. 근전도 검사상 S1 신경근병증으로 진단되었다. 결과: 술전 CT 영상 검토 중 좌측 S1 신경근 전방에 골편이 위치하고 있었고 수술로 인해 골절 간극이 좁아지면서 신경근이 포착되었음이 확인되었다. 감압적 후궁절제술 시행 후 증상 완화를 보였다. 결론: 골반골 골절의 장천골 나사 고정술 시 나사 위치의 이상이 없음에도 골편에 의한 신경근 압박을 유발할 수 있으며 수술 전 면밀한 영상 검토와 수술중 신경근 감시 장치, full threaded screw를 이용하여 예방할 수 있다. 약칭 제목: 장천골 고정시 의인성 신경근 포착

      • 경기도 대기환경 현황 및 대책

        서울을 포함한 경기도 수도권지역에서 대기오염 자동측정망 자료, 배출량 자료 및 지형자료를 이용하여 대기오염 현황을 분석하고 그에 대한 대책을 제시하였다. 수도권지역에서 총오염물질중 65%가 수송부문에서 배출되고 있고, 이로 인한 오존농도가 매년 증가하는 추세이다. 특히 안양권은 대기질은 안양지역이 특이한 분지지형으로 구성되어 있어 대기환기량이 낮기 때문에 오존농도가 환경기준을 초과하는 횟수가 1997년도에 23회에 이르는 등 매우 심각한 수준이다. 수도권 지역의 대기환경을 개선하기 위해서는 현황농도, 오염물질 배출량 및 오염물질의 위해도에 대한 보다 체계적인 조사를 통해서 현재 대기질의 오염도 및 그 영향에 대한 정확한 평가가 선행돼야 하고, 이를 근거로 환경용량을 계산하여 단계별 목표 대기환경기준 및 배출허용기준을 설정하고, 구체적인 장·단기 세부 실천계획을 수립해야 한다. The air pollution in the Seoul Great Area has been analyzed based on the emission rates, measured concentrations at the automatic motoring stations, and terain characteristis of the area and the measures to improve the air quality in this region have been proposed. The emission from the transportation occupied 65% of the total and the ozone concentration increased every year. The air quality in Anyang area was especially serious level since the Anyang region is an air basin surrounding by the mountains and the air ventilation rate in this region relatively iow, the measured ozone concentration in Anyang actually showed 23 times over the 2 hr National Ambient Air Quality Standdard in 1997. In order to improve the air quality in the Seoul Great Area, the systematic investigations for the emission rate including volatile organic compounds, the identification of the hazardous air pollutants, and montoring of standard air pollutants should be carried out. Then, the environmental capacity of air pollutants in this region is re-evaluated and the new enforced ambient air quality standard and emission standard should be set up in term of short and long plans to accomplish them.

        증권 상담의 비언어적 표현 전략

        This paper is study about a non-verbal strategy for stock advice carried out by securities company counseler`s for investing client Securities company counseler communicates with their investing clinet in securities advice by using non-verbal expression strategy. This physical language consists of movemoent, listening coulteously, face, eyes, body contact as specific type. And these are of help for detailed communication as adding sensibility to communication by using body. In movement there are nod, O K sign, eye contact, folding hands. For an advice staff, Bright face makes clinet think positively by making mood brilliantly. listening coulteously is effective to making accurate judgement for clinet and expressing sympathy and agreement to an investing client`s talk. Eyes forms confidence and belief. Lastly, body contact forms a sense of cloesness

        증권 상담 직원 대화의 설득 전략과 면책 전략 연구

        This article is for the study on the persuasion strategy and exemption strategy of the conversations carried out by customer"s brokers. In a persuasion strategy, it is noted that a straightforward type directly recommends investment while an analytic type suggests a logical basis. In addition, it is found that a friendship type emphasizes the formation of intimacy and solidarity, while an conclusion type has a talk focused on the successful arrangement of investment In an exemption strategy, it is confirmed that an evasion type shifts responsibility to a situation or environment, while it is to postpone the realization of return to avoid complaints and disputes from customers. In addition, it was observed that a silence type practices silence while a coercion type forces the investor to accept a proposal.

        최측방 경유 추체간 골유합술 후 발생한 대측성 신경근 압박

        최측방 경유 추체간 골유합술(direct lateral lumbar interbody fusion, DLIF)은 비교적 최근 소개된 흉요추부 유합술로서 퇴행성 요추 질환에 효과적인 치료법으로 인정되고 있다. DLIF는 술기가 쉽고, 골 유합률이 높으며, 변형 교정이 가능하고, 최소침습적 접근으로 환자의 회복이 빠른 장점이 보고되고 있으나 수술적 접근 방법으로 인한 동측의 제2요추부터 제5요추 신경근의 자극 및 손상은 이미 잘 알려져 있다. 하지만 반대측 신경의 압박은 잘 알려져 있지 않으며 국내에서도 아직 보고된 바가 없다. 이에 저자들은 DLIF 이후 반대측의 척추체 종판의 골극 및 추체간 케이지의 위치에 의해 반대측 신경근 압박이 발생한 예를 보고하고자 한다 Direct lateral lumbar interbody fusion (DLIF) has been introduced as an effective new thoracolumbar fusion technique for patients with degenerative lumbar diseases. DLIF associated with easy-to-learn, high fusion rate, improved restoration of spinal alignment, and early patient mobilization due to minimally invasive nature. However, ipsilateral L2–L5 nerve root irritation and injury are well-known complications. However, damage to the contralateral nerve root has been rarely reported and, to the best of our knowledge, there have not been any reports about contralateral nerve root injury after DLIF in Korea. Thus, we report a case of contralateral nerve root compression due to osteophyte from the lower endplate of the vertebral body and position of intervertebral cage after DLIF.
