        입자 군집 최적화를 이용한 FCM 기반 퍼지 모델의 동정 방법론

        In this study, we introduce a identification methodology for FCM-based fuzzy model. The two underlying design mechanisms of such networks involve Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) clustering method and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO). The proposed algorithm is based on FCM clustering method for efficient processing of data and the optimization of model was carried out using PSO. The premise part of fuzzy rules does not construct as any fixed membership functions such as triangular, gaussian, ellipsoidal because we build up the premise part of fuzzy rules using FCM. As a result, the proposed model can lead to the compact architecture of network. In this study, as the consequence part of fuzzy rules, we are able to use four types of polynomials such as simplified, linear, quadratic, modified quadratic. In addition, a Weighted Least Square Estimation to estimate the coefficients of polynomials, which are the consequent parts of fuzzy model, can decouple each fuzzy rule from the other fuzzy rules. Therefore, a local learning capability and an interpretability of the proposed fuzzy model are improved. Also, the parameters of the proposed fuzzy model such as a fuzzification coefficient of FCM clustering, the number of clusters of FCM clustering, and the polynomial type of the consequent part of fuzzy rules are adjusted using PSO. The proposed model is illustrated with the use of Automobile Miles per Gallon(MPG) and Boston housing called Machine Learning dataset. A comparative analysis reveals that the proposed FCM-based fuzzy model exhibits higher accuracy and superb predictive capability in comparison to some previous models available in the literature.

        대학생들의 클럽문화가 일상생활 및 인체에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: Club dance is one of the most popular cultures worldwide and is getting popular in Korea over time. However, club still has negative awareness in the country due to the media spreading only harmful aspects of club culture. At any rate, nowadays many young aged people can easily have chances to experience clubs so we tried to find out the bad effects caused by clubs. METHOD: We conducted a survey and the number of participants who agreed to participate in this survey was 500, including both men and women. There are a total of 50 questions in the questionnaire form used by this study and the questions were divided into three categories: general(18), psychologic-related(7), social-cultural(9), and physical-related(16) questions. Data collected for this study was analyzed via frequency analysis using SPSS. RESULT : In our survey, most students who had already experienced the club culture tend to go to club once or twice a month, and they answered that they would feel bored if they were nor able to do so. In terms of social life, most respondents said that they had lower efficiency in working and studying the next day after going to clubs because of fatigue. In physical aspect, club users use then pelvis and lower back a lot while dancing. The respondents answered that they experienced muscle soreness, a loss in weight, and changes in their body as a consequence of intense dancing. They complaint pain mostly in lower limbs, so we could find out the fact that legs were primarily used for the club dance. CONCLUSION: To sum up, the club culture in undergraduate students affects on their daily living and body, and also has good effects as well as bad ones. Therefore, we need to look at the club culture positively and to improve bad effects of club culture.

      • 혈액투석 중 동영상을 이용한 운동요법이 혈액투석환자의 심리적 웰빙, 우울 및 혈액화학지표에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: This study investigated the effects of the exercise guided by video taped program during hemodialysis on psychological wellbeing, depression and blood chemicals of the patients with end stage renal failure. Method: This study used a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The experimental group (n=31) received 15-20 minutes of low-intensity exercise guided by video during hemodialysis, 3 times a week for 8 weeks, and usual care. The control group (n=31) received usual care only. The main outcome measures include Wellbeing Picture Scale, CES-D, and blood chemical indices. Results: After an 8-week intervention, significant improvements were noted in both Wellbeing Picture Scale scores (t=-2.09, p=.048) and CES-D scores (t=2.77, p=.009) and serum K level(t=-2.57, p=.016). Conclusion: A low-intensity exercise guided by video during hemodalysis is a complementary, safe, and effective clinical treatment modality in hemodialysis patients.

      • 고추장 양조시 전분질원에 따른 이화학적 성능에 관한 연구

        In order to prepare Kochuzang with only starch sources without soybean as the materials, single or combined materials of rice, glutinous rice or polished barley with wheat flour were mashed and aged to compare the change of the chemical composition with those of the conventional product which was prepared with wheat flour and soybean. The results obtained are as follows. 1. The contents of reducing sugar and nitrogen free extract were much higher in the single treatments of rice and glutinous rice, and the combined treatments of them with wheat flour than in the conventional preparation. 2. The contents of amino nitrogen was determined to give 150mg\\ ㎎% or more 50 days after aging in the combined treatments of each starch source with wheat flour as well as the single treatment of wheat and the conventional preparation and to give remarkably lower values in the single treatments of glutinous rice and barley. 3. The contents of crude protein, water soluble nitrogen and ammoniacal nitrogen were high in the single treatment of wheat and in the conventional preparation and relatively low in the single treatments of rice and glutinous rice. 4. The contents of crude fat and crude fiber were higher in the conventional preparation and there was no difference among the other treatments. 5. The content of ethyl alcohols was determined to give 2% or more in the tested treatments except the single treatment of rice 30 days after aging. It is higher in the single treatment of glutinous and polished barley and the conventional preparation and lower in the combined treatments. 6. All tested treatments showed the lower pH than the conventional preparation but no difference among them. Titratable acidity was high in the single treatments of wheat and rice, and the combined treatment of barley with wheat as well as the conventional preparation. The kochuzang prepared with only one source of starches such as rice, glutinous rice and polished barley without soybean had lower content of nitrogen compound but more favorable sweetness and flavor as compared with the combined treatments of wheat flour. The preparation combined rice or glutinous rice with wheat seemed to be the most favorable kochuzang, considering the composition of preparations and the economic aspects of materials.

        Unusual Tc-99m MDP Uptake in the Keloid Developed after Subtotal Gastrectomy

        A 63-year-old male who had subtotal gastrectomy for early gastric cancer three months ago underwent Tc-99m bone scintigraphy for the evaluation of skeletal metastases. He had no symptoms such as fever, tenderness, or wound discharge. On physical examination, the surgical scar along the midline of the upper abdomen had keloid formation and there was no radiographic evidence of calcification. Bone scintigraphy (Fig. 1A & 1B) demonstrated an unusual linear increased uptake along the midline of the upper abdomen that corresponded to the skin incision for subtotal gastrectomy. Usually, an incisional scar will not be visualized in Tc-99m methylene diphosphate (MDP) scintigraphy beyond two weeks after surgery.1) Upon reviewing the literature, there were only a few reports where localization of Tc-99m MDP in surgical scars were found two months after surgery.2) It was also reported that a few cases with Tc-99m MDP uptake in the keloid scar developed after surgery. Although there are several potential mechanisms that may explain the uptake of Tc-99m MDP in scar tissue, the primary mechanism in older scars is suggested to be a result of pathological calcification.2) Siddiqui et al3) suggested it could be due to microscopic calcification in small resolving hematomas. However, the primary mechanism in keloid scar is not well-known. We should obtain oblique or lateral views to differentiate the uptake in healing surgical scars from the artifactual uptake.

        환경 가치지향에 따른 피해 지각 유형별 수업의 효과

        The education effect of environmental impact cognitive instruction on high school students was investigated. Environmental values of students could be classified into egocentric, social-altruistic and biospheric values like those of Schultz's three kinds of categories. The value distribution of students consists 44.7% of egocentric and biospheric value groups and 12.5% of social-altruistic value group, respectively. The environmental function such as knowledge and skill did not show remarkable differences between value groups. The environmental value only affected the attitude function. The biospheric value group had the higher attitude function than other value groups. The environmental impact cognitive instruction enhanced the environmental functions irrespective of the value group or instruction type. However, significant variables were different according to environmental functions. Environmental functions such as knowledge and skill were influenced by the instruction itself. The attitude function was dependent on instruction itself, value type and instruction type. The optimum application of the environmental impact cognitive instruction can be efficiently achieved through class division into egocentric value group and biospheric value group. Alternatively, the proper combination of instruction methods focused biospheric and egocentric impacts in a class can be recommended.

        뇌외상 환자의 Tc-99m ECD 뇌 SPECT에서 뇌 혈류감소의 분포 및 시상의 혈류감소에 대한 인지 및 행동장애 평가

        Purpose: We evaluated the distribution of hypoperfusion in patients with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and the relationship of thalamic hypoperfusion to severity of cognitive and behavioral sequelae. Materials and Methods: Tc-99m ECD SPECT and MRI were performed in 103 patients (M/F=81/22, mean age 34.7±15.4 yrs) from 0.5 to 55 months (mean 10.3 months) after TBI. The patients were divided into three groups showing no abnormalities (G1), focal (G2) and diffuse injury (G3) on MRI. Psychometric tests assessed 11 cognitive or behavioral items. In all patients, we evaluated the distribution of hypoperfused areas in SPECT, and in 57/103 patients, neuropsychological (NP) abnormalities in patients with thalamic hypoperfusion were compared with those of patients without thalamic hypoperfusion. Results: The perfusion deficits were most frequently located in the frontal lobe (G1, 42.3%: G2 34.5%: G3 33.3%), temporal lobe (24∼26%) thalami (21∼22.4%), parietal and occipital lobe (≤10%). Numbers of NP abnormalities in cases of cortical hypoperfusion with or without concomitant thalamic hypoperfusion were following: the former 4.7±1.5 and the latter 3.2±1.4 in G1, 5.0±1.1 and 4.8±1.2 in G2, 6.8±1.8 and 6.3±1.1 in G3, respectively. This difference according to thalamic hypoperfusion was significant in G1 (p=0.002), but was not significant in G2 or G3. Conclusion: SPECT in patients with TBI had demonstrated hypoperfusion mostly involving the frontal, temporal and thalami. In normal group on MRI, frontal hypoperfusion was more prominent than that of any other group, Furthermore in this group, SPECT could predict severity of NP outcome by concomitant thalamic hypoperfusion with cerebral cortical abnormalities.

        Cerebral Infarction Mimicking Skeletal Metastases on Tc-99m MDP Bone Scintigraphy

        A 60-year-old male with carcinoma of the prostate and cerebral infarction underwent a Tc-99m MDP bone scintigraphy for the evaluation of skeletal metastases. Bone scintigraphy (Fig. 1) showed multiple areas of increased uptake of Tc-99m MDP in the skull, spine, and ribs representing skeletal metastases. Two different patterns of uptake occurred in the skull region (Fig. 1A-C); one represents bony metastasis and the other represents cerebral infarction. The shape, size, location, intensity, and border of the increased uptake differed between the two lesions. An oval-shaped pattern with smaller size, greater intensity and more sharply defined border in the frontal region was consistent with bony metastasis. A rectangular-shaped pattern with larger size, lesser intensity and relatively indistinct border in the temporo-parieto-occipital region was consistent with cerebral infarction. Increased uptake of bone-seeking radiotracers in cerebral infarction has been reported previously.1-4) A suggested mechanism by which bone-seeking radiotracers accumulate in the necrotizing cerebral tissue is an alteration of the blood-brain barrier induced during cerebral infarction, which results in entry of the radiotracers into the extracellular space of the brain.4) Brain CT (Fig. 2) performed 7 days before and one month after the bone scintigraphy revealed lesions on the right temporo-parieto-occipital region consistent with acute hemorrhagic and chronic cerebral infarction, respectively.$quot;

      • 적출백서 자궁편의 근수축력, 자발운동 및 자궁내압에 미치는 인삼의 영향

        Ginseng has been employed for a large variety of disoders as a panaceal therapeutic drug as well as tonic remedy in oriental medicine for centuries. But its misterious effects are not yet fully elucidated. However, as a result of numerous investigation, etherial and non-etherial components of panax saponin have been isolated from ginseng, and a wide range of their pharmacological properties have been observed. Among these studies, many investigators have observed that ginseng extract caused a marked contraction of intestinal strip, and have ascribed it to the release of endogenous histamine or 5-hydroxytryptamine. Thus these investigations were carried out to see the effects of ginseng ethanol extract on the contractile force, intrauterine pressure and spontaneous activity of isolated rat uterus, and to elucidate their mechanisms. Ginseng elicited concentration-dependant increase of contractile force, intrauterine pressure and spontaneous activity of nonpregnant and pregnant rat uterus. Ginseng (1 or 100mg/ml) caused a shift to left of the does response curves of acetylcholine, histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine. But ginseng did not change the does response curve of oxytocin. Ginseng potentiated the acetylcholine, histamine and 5-hydroxytry-ptamine induced increase of contractile force, intrauterine pressure and spontaneous activity of the rat uterus, but had no effect on the action of oxytocin in the preparation. Thus, it is suggested that effects of ginseng ethanol extract on the contractile force, intrauterine pressure and spontaneous activity of the rat uterus are partly due to direct action on the uterine smootih muscle.
