PURPOSES : The existing method evaluating the existence of the hollows in concrete pavement does not consider the stiffness of pavement. In addition, the method uses unreasonable logic judging the hollow existence by the deflection caused by zero loading. In this study, the deflection of slab corner due to heavy weight deflectometer (HWD) was measured in concrete pavement sections where underground structures are located causing the hollows around them. METHODS : The modulus of subgrade reaction obtained by comparing the actual deflection of slab to the result of finite element analysis was calibrated into the composite modulus of subgrade reaction. The radius of relative stiffness was calculated, and the relationship between the ratio of HWD load to the radius of relative stiffness and the slab deflection was expressed as the curve of secondary degree. RESULTS : The trends of the model coefficients showing width and maximum value of the curve of secondary degree were analyzed by categorizing the pavement sections into three groups : hollows exist, additional investigation is necessary, and hollows do not exist. CONCLUSIONS : The results analyzed by the method developed in this study was compared to the results analyzed by existing method. The model developed in this study will be verified by analyzing the data obtained in other sections with different pavement structure and materials.

KS and ISO have proposed several evaluation methods of conventional machine tools. Even though the accuracy of the tools can be evaluated with those methods, there are still no proper evaluation methodsofhigh speed machining. Because it is hard to evaluate characteristics of high speed machining such as decrease of cutting temperature, cutting force, and reduced machining time. Therefore, new evaluation method for high speed machine should be developed. In this paper, several shapes of model have been proposed to evaluate cutting accuracy of high speed machine.
공기막의 스퀴즈효과를 고려한 마이크로미러 설계에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 전극판에 깊은 홈을 가지고 전기적으로 구동 되는 마이크로미러에 대한 감쇠 특성을 고찰하였다. 유한요소법을 사용하여 마이크로미러의 공기막과 구조물 변위가 커플된 시뮬레이션이 본 연구에 적용되었다. 감쇠력은 구동 되는 미러판과 전극판 사이 공기막의 스퀴즈효과에 의해 발생한다. 전극판의 홈은 감쇠력을 감소시키며, 미러판을 낮은 전압dptj 고속 구동할 수 있도록 하여주며 정밀제어가 가능하도록 하여 준다. In this paper, the damping characteristics for electrostatically driven micro mirror which have deep grooves on their driving electrodes were investigated. A coupled simulation of gas flow and structural displacement of the micro mirror using the Finite-Element-Method is applied to this. The damping farce is caused by squeeze action of the gas film between a moving mirror plate and the electrodes. The grooves decrease the damping force and enable the moving plate to be driven at high speed and low driving voltage.
최적 종방향 타이닝 도출을 위한 주행모사 실내시험기 개발

PURPOSES : In this study, a driving simulation testing equipment was developed to derive the optimal longitudinal tinting that can reduce the lateral vibration of the vehicle. Various types of longitudinal textures and tires were evaluated through simulation testing with the equipment. Based on the results, 3×3×16mm tinning as the optimal longitudinal texture was selected among 8 textures. METHODS : Based on the literature review, the causes of lateral vibration were analyzed, and parts and types for testing equipment development were reviewed. Driving simulation with testing equipment was conducted considering various textures and tires. To verify the test results, finite element analysis was performed under the similar conditions. And field test for two textures was conducted to find the optimal longitudinal texture. RESULTS : Based on the literature review, driving simulation test, finite element analysis and field test, longitudinal texture of 3×3×16mm is show the better performance compared to 7 textures. CONCLUSIONS : 3×3×16mm as longitudinal tinning for fresh concrete is show less lateral vibration than 3×3×12mm.
