KS and ISO have proposed several evaluation methods of conventional machine tools. Even though the accuracy of the tools can be evaluated with those methods, there are still no proper evaluation methodsofhigh speed machining. Because it is hard to evaluate characteristics of high speed machining such as decrease of cutting temperature, cutting force, and reduced machining time. Therefore, new evaluation method for high speed machine should be developed. In this paper, several shapes of model have been proposed to evaluate cutting accuracy of high speed machine.

In semiconductor manufacturing processes, the final inspection is a crucial last test stage for screening defective parts before delivery to customers. Since traditional convection-based temperature control has limitations and requires time for a solution, this study focuses on the development and verification of an automatic temperature control technology using conduction-based thermoelectric modules. From the performance tests, it is found that the module operates in the temperature range of –40℃ to 120℃, and all channels achieve temperature transitions at each step within 6 min. The temperature module shows accuracy variations of –0.8℃ to 1.9℃ over the entire stage, which fulfills the semiconductor industry requirement of within ±2℃ for inspection equipment.

There was not the evident analysis about the cutting process of CNC machining, and wouldn't be difficult to estimate the result of machining for the various cutting conditions. Therefore they were not founded the systemic technology about the optimum cutting conditions and selection of cutting tools. So this study have investigated the common facts for needs through the end-mill cutting machining by Machining-Centers or High-speed cutting machines, and developed the user-centered intelligent decision system to selection of the methodology about cutting conditions to improve the machining efficiency of end-mill cutting process.

It is necessary to use industrial oriented equipment, as well as lecturer who has field experience, textbook and materials for engineering education which meets the change of industrial technology. Current education equipment is composed of general purposed equipment which are used for teaching with ease and convenience instead of field oriented achieving technology. The leads to failure of engineering education to keep up with the change of industrial technology, making engineering education stay far away from field oriented education. This study looks at the case of development of education equipment which takes an important role in engineering education, and suggests the ways of development and utilization of engineering education equipment by analyzing the effects of education when the equipment are used in the education.
미세 액상실리콘 제품의 마이크로 버블 개선을 위한 금형설계

Owing to its outstanding performance and properties including weatherability, thermal stability, and chemical resistance, liquid silicon rubber (LSR) is used widely for electronics and medical products, and its application has been extended to other industries as well. A common issue found in products with fine features is microbubbles, which are heavily dependent on the molding process and mold structure. Therefore, this study suggests an optimum overflow mold type to minimize the microbubbles trapped in a product throughout a molding simulation and experimental analysis with three different types of overflow. The results show that the sample group produced with the optimum overflow type meets the standard industrial cosmetic criteria.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Industrial Professional Practice(IPP) at university education as a way of innovation strategy in order to effectively respond industrial needs in dynamic environment. A Industrial Professional Practice model was developed by using a structured on the job training model and had a 7 steps which were planning Industrial Professional Practice, selecting enterprises and students, matching enterprises and students, job analysis, design and development program, implementation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the Industrial Professional Practice model, the directions for the future studies was discussed.
