교과 연계 의사소통 교육 프로그램 운영 고찰 - 충북대학교의 사례를 중심으로

This study introduces the subject-linked communication education program operated by Chungbuk National University and determines the direction for university communication education. The communication education program offered at Chungbuk National University is closely related to the Communication Intensive(CI) course that was initiated as an ACE(Advancement of College Education) project. These courses are closely related because a CI Center was established to develop CI subjects, and communication education programs were gradually developed at the CI Center. During the four years of operating CI courses, the primary role of the center was to serve as a subsidiary organization supporting the subjects. However, since 2015, the center has functioned as an organization operating various comparison and communication education programs. Since 2018, the subject-linked communication education program was operated by synthesizing the experience as a subsidiary device supporting the subject and experience as the primary operation department of the communication education program. The term “subject-linked communication education program” is used to refer to a program that can be operated in conjunction with the regular curriculum, among various communication education programs. Representative curriculum-linked communication education programs include “writing counseling,” “reading certification system,” and “reading appreciation contest.” “Writing Counseling Link” occurs place when a teacher for a specific subject assigns a writing assignment and determines the “writing counseling” program as a key factor in the process of completing the assignment. “Linking to the reading certification system” is achieved when a teacher in a specific subject reads a designated text, discovers a section of the text that students have difficulty understanding, and focuses on training students to express this in their own language. In “other linkages,” there is a competition program linkage. For example, it is related to the reading appreciation contest. The curriculum-linked communication education program has the significance of expanding the extension of writing education and the expansion of writing instructors. 본고는 충북대학교가 운영한 교과 연계 의사소통 교육 프로그램을 소개하고 대학의사소통 교육이 나아가야 할 방향을 모색하고자 하였다.충북대학교의 의사소통 교육 프로그램은ACE사업으로 시작된CI교과목(CommunicationIntensive)과 관련이깊다.CI교과목을 개발하기 위하여 교과목을 지원할 수 있는CI센터를 설립하였고, CI센터를 중심으로 의사소통 교육 프로그램들이 점진적으로 개발되었기 때문이다. CI교과목을 운영한 4년간은 교과목을 지원하는 보조적 기구로서의 역할이 중심이었다가 2015년 이후부터는 다양한 비교과 의사소통 교육 프로그램을 운영하는 기구로서 기능하였다.2018년부터는 교과를 지원하는 보조기구로서의 경험과 비교과 의사소통 교육 프로그램 주 운영 부서로서의 경험을 종합하여 ‘교과 연계 의사소통 교육프로그램’을 운영하게 되었다. 교과 연계 의사소통 교육 프로그램이란 다양한 의사소통 교육 프로그램 중 정규 교과목의 교육과정과 연동하여 운영할 수 있는 프로그램을 말한다.대표적인 교과 연계의사소통 교육 프로그램으로는 ‘글쓰기 상담’,‘독서인증제’,‘독서감상문대회’가 있다.‘글쓰기 상담 연계’는 특정 교과목의 교수자가 글쓰기 과제를 부여하고 그 과제를작성하는 과정에 ‘글쓰기 상담’ 프로그램을 필수적인 것으로 지정할 때 이루어진다. ‘독서인증제 연계’는 특정 교과목의 교수자가 지정 텍스를 읽고 해당 텍스트에서 학습자 스스로 문제적인 부분을 발견하고 그것을 자기 언어로 표현하는 훈련을 집중적으로 하고자 할 때 이루어진다.‘기타 연계’에는 대회성 프로그램 연계가 있다.예를들면 독서감상문대회 연계 같은 것들이다. 교과 연계 의사소통 교육 프로그램은 글쓰기 교육 외연의 확대,글쓰기 교수자 외연의 확대라는 의의가 있다.

대학의 독서 교육 현황과 과제 -충북대학교의 비교과 프로그램을 중심으로-

이 논문의 목적은 각 대학의 비교과 독서 교육 프로그램을 살펴보면서 대학의 독서 교육이 나아갈 방향을 점검하는 것이다. 그 과정에서 실제 사례인 충북대학교의 비교과 독서 프로그램을 자세하게 제시하여 타 대학과 자료를 공유하고, 비교과 독서 교육의 과제를 분석하고자 하였다. 독서 교육의 흐름은 통합의사소통교육의 형태로 나아가고 있으나, 대학들의 프로그램 운영 현황은 '읽기, 쓰기, 듣기, 말하기, 활동' 유형으로 분류할 수 있었다. 그것은 독서 교육이 통합의 방향과 의사소통의 개별 기능 강화의 양방향으로 나아가야 함을 시사한다고 할 수 있다. 이를 확인하기 위하여 충북대학교의 비교과 독서 프로그램인 '독서 모임, 독서인증제, 독서캠프'를 자세하게 살펴보았다. 비교과 독서 교육의 성패는 프로그램의 지속성, 학습자의 주체적이며 자율적인 독서 습관 형성, 프로그램 운영 전담 인력 확보에 달려 있다. 이 기준에서 볼 때 충북대학교의 사례는 상당히 선진적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 효과성 분석, 구체적 역량 지표 개발에서는 미흡한 점이 있었다. The purpose of this thesis is to check the direction of universities’ reading education by examining the extracurricular reading programs. In the process, we wanted to to analyze the problem of extracurricular reading education, and tried to share data with other universities by presenting the case of Chungbuk National University(CBNU) in detail. While the flow of reading education is progressing in the form of integrated communication education, it was able to classify the program's program as read, write, listening, speaking, and activity. It suggests that reading education should move in both direction of integration and strengthening of communication function. To confirm this, we discussed extracurricular reading programs, reading club, reading certification, and reading camps in CBNU. The success of extracurricular reading education depends on the continuity of the program, the learner's subjective and autonomous reading habits, and the securing of a dedicated workforce.. From this standard, the case of CBNU is highly advanced. However, there was insufficient in analyzing effectiveness and development of concrete competence indicator.

The purpose of the study is to review the operational performance and challenge of the reading program of Chungbuk National University(CBNU). The main reading progarm of CBNU is a <Reading Club 'Pass through a book'>. The program’s team consists of nine students and a researcher. They read and discuss one book a week.. Eight weeks during the semester, six weeks during the vacation, it runs for 32 weeks every year. So far, more than 800 students have been completed. CBNU is more extracurricular program than the regular curriculum. This resulted in the building of the foundation of the integrated reading. To activate and settle reading education, a reading club and a reading certification system must be institutionalized. For this purpose, a list of recommended books should be created at the Policy Level and the financial support should be strengthened.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the nature of Park, Doo-jin’s early poetry in two aspects. First, I tried to show that the nature of early poetry is not an ideal world. In order to reveal this, I examined how poets experience nature. The nature that appears in his poetry is not ideal or idealistic nature, but it is close to nature experience as real feeling. Second, I tried to show that the nature of early poetry is not a peaceful ideal world. In order to reveal this, I examined the various contents of nature presented by poets. This work has a significance to expand the interpretation horizon of Park 's early poetry.

Ozone process is currently applied in 24 water treatment plants in Korea to control micropollutants and taste & odor compounds. However, one of the chlorine resistant protozoa, cryptosporidium, is not being considered as ozone disinfection performance whereas U.S. is already regulate Cryptosporidium by ozone disinfection. two ozone plants(PH, UH WTP) operation conditions are investigated for disinfection performance comparing Korea disinfection regulation and U.S. regulation. The ozone plants are unable to get Cryptosporidium inactivation credits by Korea disinfection regulation. However, the inactivation credit for Cryptosporidum was increased when the U.S. disinfection regulation was applied. The Korea disinfection credit regulation need revision to practical aspects.
