Pupose: The purpose of the study is to investigate and theorize the conflict resolution process of Korean national table tennis players during official training period applying constructive grounded theory. Methods: Two or more interviews with 4 Korean national table tennis players as participants and 2 coaches as informants were performed with field observations. The results were drawn from transcribing, coding, categorizing with applying Charmaz’s analysis method of grounded theory. Result: First, players experienced the conflicts with coaches, partners, and players' mental insecurity. Second, conflicts were solved with constructing trust through coaches's practical efforts and communication. Third, players' inner Conflict has changed into confidence with understanding partners and support from persons concerned. Conclusion: The conflicts of the players can be minimized through communication in the early stage of training, and the practical coaching reflecting the individual difference of the players can maximize confidence, which lead to resolve conflict.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of functional sports clothing during moderate- intensity exercise on physiological indicators in twenties women. This study recruited 15 healthy women in their twenties. Height, weight, body composition, and blood were collected before and after exercise. Blood variables (FFA, TG, Total-C, HDL-C, LDL-C, Amylase & Cortisol) were analyzed. In addition, physiological variables (EE, RER) and subjective rating scales (RPE, SFI, TC) were collected at 5, 10, 15, and 20 minutes during exercise. There was a significant difference between wearing GC and FC in body fat(kg) and body fat(%) before and after exercise. There was a significant difference between wearing GC and FC in SFI during exercise. FC had a positive effect on reducing body fat during moderate-intensity exercise. In addition, there was a positive effect on sweating but a somewhat negative effect on thermal comfort. If follow-up research on additional verification using objective indicators is conducted in the future to provide quantitative results, it is expected that consumers with high expectations for functional effects will show greater interest.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of rubber band stimulation on the wrist and memorization of frequency of errors on reducing errors. The subjects were three table tennis players in a University. An alternating treatments design, one of single subject design was employed in order to examine the effect of two treatments. The following conclusion was drawn based on the results and discussion; the rubber band stimulation on the wrist and memorization of frequency of errors during training had a little influence partially on reducing players' errors. But taken as a whole, it can be said to have no effects in reducing errors. When applying error-reduction program to players, levels of technique, skill, mental maturity, and preference should be considered.
