        나노 소재 혼입 시멘트 복합체의 급성경구독성시험 및 급성경피독성시험을 통한 유해성 평가

        본 연구에서는 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량⋅고강도 시멘트 독합체의 유해성을 평가하기 위해 급성경구독성시험 및 급성경피독성시험을 실시하고, 이를 재령 28일 압축강도 50 MPa 수준의 탄소나노튜브를 혼입하지 않은 일반 콘크리트의 유해성과비교하였다. 일반 콘크리트 및 탄소나노튜브를 혼입한 경량⋅고강도 시멘트 복합체 모두 급성경구독성시험결과 GHS category 5인 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 모든 시편에서 급성경피독성시험에서 독성증상은 관찰되지 않았으며, GHS category 5/미분류(unclassified)에 해당하는 것으로 판단된다.

      • 적혈구 유무에 따른 벤젠, 스티렌, 트리클로로에틸렌에 의한 림프구 중 자매염색분체 교환 빈도

        This study was performed to investigate the possible role of oxyhemoglobin in the metabolic activation of benzene, styrene and TCE by observing the difference of the SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures exposed to these chemicals. Isolated lymphocyte and fresh heparinized peripheral whole blood samples from a healthy donor(male, smoker) were cultured in the phytohaemagglutinin stimulated culture media for 72 hours. The cells were treated with 100, 300, 1000, 3000 μM benzene, 250, 500, 100, 2000 μM styrene or TCE respectively. Slides were stained with Giemsa's solution for SCE. SCE was analyzed for each subject from coded slides by one researcher. The results were as follows : 1.The frequency of SCE increased dose-dependently with concentration of benzene in isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures, however there were no significance. There was no significant difference of SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte cultures. 2.The frequency of SCE in whole blood exposed to sytrene significantly increased in dose-dependant relationship, but not in isolated lymphocyte. The difference of SCE frequency between isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte of 2000μM styrene exposure was marginally significant(P=0.0540). 3.In TCE, the frequency of SCE did not increase at any concentration used in this study of isolated lymphocyte and whole blood lymphocyte. Above results suggested that oxyhemoglobin in erythrocytes play an important role in the metabolic activation of styrene but not in benzene or TCE.         In this paper, the installation method of A/F meter which is used for objective measurement of the characteristics of steering systems is classified into two types, direct and indirect method, and static and dynamic test results are analyzed. Dummy wheel of A/F meter is connected to steering column in direct installation method, and is installed on steering wheel in indirect method. Each method produces different results according to the relative position of geometric center, rotation center and mass center of steering wheel.

        In this paper. a simple way of topology optimization is studied. The optimization problem is formulated as a nonlinear programming and solved by using design sensitivity analysis. The adjoint variable method is used efficiently for the sensitivity calculation. Material properties in terms of density distribution are taken as design variables. A simplified explicit relation between density and material properties is used without introducing microstructures as done in the literature. This approach is general and easily implementable suing existing codes.<br/>

        Sprague-Dawley 랫드에서 60일간 용접흄 폭로에 의한 폐기능 변화

        Respiratory effects in full time welders include bronchitis, airway irritation, lung function changes, and lung fibrosis. Welder's pneumoconiosis has been generally determined to be benign<br/> and not associated with respiratory symptoms based on the absence of pulmonary function abnormalities in welders with marked radiographic abnormalities. Accordingly, to investigate pulmonary function changes during 60 days induced by welding-fume exposure, male Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to manual metal arc-stainless steel (MMA-SS) welding fumes with concentrations of 64.8+0.9 mg/㎥ (low dose) and 107.8±2.6 mg/m3 (high dose) total suspended particulates for 2 hr/day, 5 days/week in an inhalation chamber for 60 days. Pulmonary function was measured every week with whole body plethysmograph compensated (WBP Comp, SFT38116, Buxco Electronics, Sharon, CT). The rats exposed to the high dose of welding fumes exhibited statistically significant (p<0.05-0.01) body weight decrease as compared to the control whereas cell number increase of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) (total cell, macrophage, polymorphonuclear cell and lymphocyte) during the 60 days exposure period. And only tidal volume was significantly decreased in dosedependantly during 60 days of MMA-SS welding fume exposure. This pulmonary function change with inflammatory cell recruitment confirms the lung injury caused by the MMA-SS welding fume exposure.

        In this paper, an approach for the development of impact harshness performance on occasion of bump transverse was presented. Since the detection of the actual impact performance without any loss of physical meaning is the most important thing, body structure and some chassis parts are considered as flexible bodies. The FTire model proper for impact harshness simulation was used. The comparison with experimental measurements was also presented for validation and correlation of the analysis model. Simulation results for a sports utility vehicle (SUV) were presented and qualified for the improvement of impact harshness performance.

      • 니켈-크롬 합금에 폭로된 치과기공사들에서 자매염색분체 교환 빈도

        Nonprecious metal alloys were used in dental laboratories, may contain nickel, chromium, cobalt, molybdenum, beryllium, and small amounts gallium, ruthenium, or aluminum. Nonprecious metal alloys tend to rapid increase in use due to the economical merit. Despite the widespread use of Nickel-Chromium alloys, claims for safety of these alloys have not yet been accepted universally. This study was performed to investigate cytogenetic toxicity of Nickel-Chromium alloy in human cultured lymphocytes by sister chromatid exchange(SCE) which is a sensitive indicator of carcinogen and mutagen. Total subjects was divided into the two groups, including 34 Nickel-Chromium alloy exposed dental technicians and 24 control group members. 1. The frequencies of SCE were high in older than 40 years, but these was no statistical significance in two groups. 2. The effect of smoking on SCE values as higher than non-smokers in two groups, but there was no statistical significance. 3. The work duration also affected SCE frequencies, but these values didn't show any statistical difference between two groups. 4. The significant difference of SCE frequencies was found between Nickel-Chromium alloy exposed group and control group. 5. The SCE frequencies of current smoking exposed group was the highest and that of non-smoking control group was the lowest. The present study has shown that occupational exposure to Nickel-Chromium alloy is associated with an increase in SCE frequency.

        SNS 시대의 아이돌 아이덴티티 방향성에 관한 연구

        This paper is a study on the identity of Korean idols active in SNS era. In 2000, the K-POP era began with the Korean Wave. The idol culture is spreading to the world and giving a strong influence on popular culture around the world. Numerous idols are produced by many agencies every year, but the majority of them disappear without a name. In order to be a star in today’s music market, it is important to develop various contents and to promote them by utilizing SNS effectively. This study examines about promoting idols using social media that enables two-way communication and building the SNS relationship with fans. Through this, the study proposes the identity of idols in SNS era as PI, NI, EI, and FI around VI. The idol identity should be distinguished from the general brand identity because the design object is a personality. The idol identity can be called a growth-type identity with a variable propensity in that the personality grows together with its fandom. Based on the understanding of the idol identity, the public and fandom should have a clear viewpoint to separate a virtual brand image created by the agency and an idol as a personality living in the real world, and beware that idols are treated as planned products satisfying the illusion of the public. We look forward to raising the idol culture with a mature attitude in line with the standards of the new Korean Wave K-POP culture, which leads the globalization. 본 논문은 SNS 시대에 활동하고 있는 아이돌의 아이덴티티에 관한 고찰이다. 2000년 한류열풍을 기점으로 K-POP 시대가 시작되었다. 아이돌 문화는 세계로 뻗어나가 전세계 대중문화에 강한 영향력을 미치고 있다. 매년 다수의 기획사에서 수많은 아이돌을 배출하고 있지만 이름을 알리지 못하고 사라지는 팀이 과반수인 상황이다. 오늘날 가요시장에서 스타가 되기 위해서는 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 SNS를 효과적으로 활용하여 홍보하는 것이 중요한 시대가 되었다. 본 연구는 쌍방향 소통이 가능한 소셜미디어를 활용한 아이돌의 홍보와 SNS를 통한 팬들과의 관계형성에 대해 알아본다. 이를 통해 SNS 시대에 활동하는 아이돌의 아이덴티티를 VI를 중심으로 PI, NI, EI, FI로 제안한다. 아이돌 아이덴티티는 디자인 대상이 인격체라는 점에서 일반적인 브랜드 아이덴티티와 구별되어야 한다. 아이돌 아이덴티티는 그 인격체가 팬덤과 함께 성장해 간다는 점에서 가변적 성향을 가진 성장형 아이덴티티라 할 수 있다. 이러한 아이돌 아이덴티티에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 대중과 팬덤이 만들어진 가상의 브랜드 이미지와 실제하는 세상을 살아가는 인격체로서 아이돌을 분리해서 보는 시각을 갖고, 아이돌이 대중의 환상을 만족시켜주는 기획 상품으로 취급되는 것을 경계하며, 세계화에 앞장서는 신한류 K-POP 문화의 기준에 맞춰 성숙한 태도로 아이돌 문화를 함께 키워나갈 수 있기를 기대한다.
