강관 보강된 전단벽 경계부재의 전단성능에 관한 실험연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the begavior of concrete filled square stee ltubular boundary elements subjected to cyclic shearing force and constant axial force. Six boundary elements, with a/D=1.0,were tested to determine their maximum shear force and compare primary curve, energy absorption capacity and stiffness degradation. As a result, in the both high and normal strength concrete boundary elements, the larger the wall breadth to wall thickness ratio(D/t) of the steel tube,the more prominent the decrease in structural performance due to cyclic loading. In the boundary element with D/t=25, the crushing of tube concrete were accompanied by considerable lateral displacement,while in the boundary element with D/t more than 39, the lacal bucking of steel tube and the crushing concrete were accompanied by considerable axial shortening.
智異山産 참나무材 AcBr(acetyl bromide) Lignin의 UV 吸光係數에 대하여

智異山産 5樹種의 참나무 材에 對한 AcBr(accetyl bromide) lignin의 UV 吸光係數와 JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard) ligin 含量 및 UV 推定lignin 含量과의 關係를 調査하여 본 바 그 結果를 要約하면 아래와 같다. 1. 各 樹種別 JIS lignin 含量은 졸참나무 材 22.77%, 떡갈나무 材 23.74%, 상수리나무 25.57%, 속소리나무 20.71%, 굴참나무 19.63%였다. 2. UV推定 lignin 含量値는 各各 23.05%, 23.86%, 25.17%, 20.61%, 19.77%였다. 3. JIS lignin 含量値와 UV推定 lignin 含量値間의 相關係數는 平均 0.94(1% 水準)이었다. 4. lignin의 特性을 가장 잘 알 수 있는 280nm에서의 UV吸光度는 졸참나무 0.249, 떡갈나무 0.257, 상수리나무 0.271, 속소리나무 0.223, 굴참나무 0.213이었다. 5. 280nm에서의 UV吸光係數를 計算하여 보면 졸참나무 21.82, 떡갈나무 21.71, 상수리나무 21.16, 속소리나무 21.49, 굴참나무 21.75였으며 平均 吸光係數는 21.59였다. These experiments were carried out to determine the ultraviolet absorptivities of AcBr(acetyl bromide) lignin, JIS(Japanese Industrial Standard) lignin contents, the calculated lignin by Beer-Lambert's law and correlation between JIS lignin content and the calculated from Oaks grown in Mt. Jiri. 1. JIS lignin contents were 22.77% from Q.serrata, 23.73% from Q. dentata, 25.57% from Q, acutissima, 20.71% from Q. donarium and 19.63% from Q.variabilies. 2. The calculated lignin contents by Beer-Lambert's law were 23.05%, 23.86%, 25.17%, 20.61%, 19.77% respectively. 3. The correlation coefficient between JIS lignin xontent and the calculated was 0.94(1% level). 4. The UV absorbances of AcBr lignin at 280nm were 0.249 in Q. serrata, 0.257 in Q. dertata, 0.271 in Q. acutissima, 0.223 in Q. donatium and 0.213 in Q. variablities. The average value was 0.242. 5. The UV absorptivities of AcBr lignin were 21.82 in Q. serrata, 21.71 in Q. dentata, 21.16 in Q. acutissima, 21.49 in Q. donatium and 21.75 in Q. variabilities. The average value was 21.59.

1997년 외환위기를 시발로 주목받기 시작한 기업구조조정 세제는 구조조정의 상시화라는 인식이 자리잡게 됨에 따라 체계적으로 정비될 시점에 와있다. 이 논문에서는 이러한 체계적인 정비를 위하여 법제의 발전과정을 반추하여 보고 앞으로의 정비방향을 제시하고자 한다. 구조조정의 단계와 형태별로 나누어 현행세제의 문제점을 지적하고 이를 전제로 개선방향을 제시하였다. 관련법으로는 법인세법과 조세특례제한법상의 관련규정들을 언급하였다. 특히 도산법제와 평시법제간의 제도의 일관성 유지를 위하여 도산세제의 정비필요성을 언급하고, 지원세제의 형태를 띰에 따라 그 동안 형평성 시비가 적지 않았던 실무상의 문제점들을 중심으로 개선방향을 제시하였다. This article deals with the present states and legal issues about the Reorganization Taxation. It was established from the economic crisis which was caused by exchange crash at the end of 1990's. The system for Reorganization Taxation was drastically changed from that time, but it is to be amended systematically. The author raises the legal issues according to the forms and stages of the Reorganization Taxation in this article. It is dealt with softness of the organization, merger taxation, tax about work-out, demerger taxation, taxation of share exchange and transfer and taxation of corporate renewal. The relating provisions of the Corporation Tax Act and The Special Tax Reduction Control Act are analysed for this purposes.

In current design, the strength formula for a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate is proposed only in the limited case because of its complexity of the behavior. So in this study, experimental study and finite element analysis were performed to investigate the behavior and strength of a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate. Because of limitations in loading capacity, the specimens were fabricated with 1/3 scale of full size. Tensile coupon tests and stub column tests were also carried out. Of primary interest here are the stiffened effect of Gusset-Tube connections considering lateral force ratio, gusset plate length, eccentricity, stiffened length. Consequently, we intend to obtain accumulated database to propose practical strength equation and suggest rational reinforcing method of Gusset-tube connection.
