Objectives : We studied the ISP(information strategy plan) of oasis spanning 5 years. From this study we aimed at total road map to upgrade the service systematically and to carry out the related projects. If we do it as road map, oasis will be the core infra service contributing to the improvement of TKM(traditional korean medicine) research capability. Methods : We carried out 3 step ISP method composed of environmental analysis, current status analysis and future plan. We used paper, report and trend analysis document as base materials and did the survey to get opinions from users and TKM experts. We limited this study to drawing the conceptual design of oasis. Results : From environmental analysis we knew that China and USA built up the largest TM databases. We did the survey to get the activation ways of oasis. And we did the benchmarking on the advanced services through current status analysis. Finally we determined ‘maximize the research value based the open TKM knowledge infra’ as oasis’ vision. And we designed oasis’ future system which is composed of service layer, application layer and contents layer. Conclusion : First TKM related documents, research materials, researcher information and standards are merged to elevate the TKM information level. Concretely large scale TKM information infra project such as TKM information classification code development, TKM library network building and CAM research information offering are carried out at the same time.
재개발 사업구역의 특성이 조합원과 일반분양자의 아파트분양가 차이에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

본 연구는 재개발 사업의 사업성을 설명하는 개념으로 기존에 사용하던 "비례율"을 대신하여 "분양가 차"를 제시하고 분양가 차의 이론적 검토와 이에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 찾아 그 영향이 얼마나 미치는지 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.<BR> 연구의 방법은 선행연구를 고찰하고 재개발 사업사례의 통계적 분석을 통한 실증분석을 연구하는 것을 내용으로 분석한다. 분석대상의 공간적 범위는 서울시로 한정하고 시간적 범위는 1995년에서 2003년까지 관리처분계획이 수립되거나 사업이 완료된 71개 구역 중 31개 구역을 대상으로 하였다.<BR> 연구결과로 중소형면적형은 "분양가 차"에 음의 영향이 있음이 밝혀졌고 분양가 자율화에 따라 주택가격이 상승하면서 "분양가 차"가 더욱 커지고 있는 것이 밝혀졌다. "분양가 차"에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 기존구역 특성변수와 사업계획 특성변수이며 특히 기존구역특성변수는 노후 불량건축물과 국공유지비율이 "분양가 차"를 크게 하는 요인으로 분석되었고 사업계획 특성변수는 분양대지면적비와 소형면적비율이 각각 양과 음이 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀져 정부의 정책이 재개발사업의 사업성에 큰 영향이 있어 왔음이 밝혀졌다. This is all about introducing ‘gap of prices"(replacing proportionate rate) as a tool of explaining redeveoping"s viablilty and analyzing factors behind the gap and the degree of their impacts on the gap.<BR> This study shows ‘a small-size unit" has negative effects on ‘gap of prices" and ‘unregulated prices" causes rising housing prices, thereby leading to greater gap of prices.<BR> ‘Pre-renewal variables" and renewal-related ones are the two main factors having influence on the gap.<BR> Of the former, old and useless buildings and the occupation ratio of state-owned lands are the main elements resultig in wider gap. Of the latter, ‘reduced rate" and small-space type ratio have a positive and negative impact on the gap, respectively.<BR> Therefore, it points out govenment policies are highly related to the viability of renewals
주택재개발지역의 원주민 조합원의 재정착률 제고에 관한 연구

1.CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH METHOD The purpose of this study is to propose the solution of aborigine's resettlement problem in Housing Redevelopment Districts using the survey of an instance. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on survey analysis. The data for this analysis were collect from the cases. These cases consisted of the status of Housing Redevelopment Districts in Seoul and the problems of aborigine's resettlement ratio (3)RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the most important problem is aborigine's economic adversity which results from the increase of expense during a long term of project process and reduction of rent income. 2. RESULTS This study offers two alternatives to improve aborigine's resettlement. 1) It is strongly suggested to improve the project process and 2) It is desirable to reform the apartment-oriented redevelopment and to increase support for the members of the redevelopment association.
