국내 주요 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스 품질 분석에 관한 연구

This study analyzed service qualities provided to Webtoon platform users through traditional IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) and revised IPA, utilizing WebQual (a measure of website quality). There have been only a few empirical studies despite the webtoon service’s impact on the content industry. Given the rapid growth of the webtoon industry, this study seeks measures to facilitate webtoon platforms by figuring out the users’ needs. This study utilizes IPA which is a simple and effective analysis method in analyzing the characteristics of quality from the perspectives of consumers’ importance and achievement. Moreover, this study compares the analysis resulting from traditional IPA and revised IPA and deduces implications to facilitate webtoon platforms. Both traditional IPA and revised IPA have shown that webtoon platform users consider the characteristics of ‘obvious to interplay, and easy to understand,’ ‘easy to use, and contains the latest content,’ ‘provides various fields,’ and ‘provides sufficient details,’ etc. are the most significant. Users always regard these characteristics as important when using webtoon platforms and should webtoon platforms manage and maintain these characteristics to meet their users’ satisfaction. Furthermore, webtoon platforms should focus on the characteristic of ‘individually customized curation’ service quality which was derived from the revised IPA. The key to webtoon content is a new experience that leads to a new (cultural) taste. Over the years, the number of platforms that provide webtoons with distinctive tastes and attract fans has been growing. Therefore, webtoon platforms should identify their users’ individual characteristics and discovering tastes This study aims to present measures and resources to facilitate webtoon platforms. 본 연구는 온라인 웹사이트 평가 도구인 WebQual을 이용하여 웹툰 플랫폼의 이용자를 대상으로 전통적IPA와 수정 IPA를 통한 서비스 품질을 평가하고자 진행되었다. 그동안 콘텐츠 산업 내에서 웹툰 서비스가 갖는 영향력에 비해 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스품질에 대한 실증연구가 부족하였다. 웹툰 산업이 가파른 성장세를보이고 있는 상황에서 이용자에게 어떠한 요소를 제공해야 하는지 파악하여 웹툰 플랫폼 활성화 방안을 모색해보는데 목적이 있다. 소비자의 중요도와 성취도 두 가지 차원에서 품질의 특성을 분석하는 간단하면서도 효과적인 분석방법인 IPA 방법을 활용하였다. 전통적 IPA와 수정 IPA를 활용하여 분석결과를 비교하고, 이에 따른 웹툰 플랫폼 활성화를 위한 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 전통적 IPA와 수정 IPA에서 공통적으로 나타난 웹툰플랫폼 이용자들이 가장 중요하게 생각하는 속성은 ‘상호작용이 명확하고 이해하기 쉬움’, ‘이용하기가 쉬움, 최신 콘텐츠를 보유하고 있음’, ‘다양한 분야를 제공함’, ‘세부정보를 충분히 제공함’ 등의 중요한 요소를 도출하였다. 이용자들이 웹툰 플랫폼을 이용할 때 항상 중요하게 생각하고 있으며, 이용 후 만족도가 높아지는 것을 의미하기 때문에 지속적인 관리 및 유지가 필요하다. 또한 수정 IPA에서 도출된 ‘개인 맞춤형 큐레이션’의 서비스품질 속성에 집중해야 한다. 웹툰 콘텐츠의 핵심은 취향으로 연결되는 새로운 경험이다. 확고한 취향의 작품으로팬덤을 모으고 있는 웹툰 플랫폼이 늘어나고 있다. 이를 통해 개인의 특성을 파악하고 새롭게 발견하는 취향을적용할 필요가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 웹툰 플랫폼의 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시함으로써 지속가능한 성장을 위한 유용한 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

경험재 상품의 이용 동기가 몰입 경험과 유료 지불 의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 웹툰을 중심으로

This study examined how the motivations for reading webtoons affect webtoon immersion experiences and the willingness to pay for webtoons. Specifically, the study explored how webtoon usage motivations influence webtoon immersion experiences and the willingness to pay for webtoons. Moreover, the study verified whether webtoon usage motivations have a mediating effect on the willingness to pay for webtoons through webtoon immersion experiences. In contemporary times or ‘mobile era,’ the accessibility of webtoons as well as convenience of using webtoons have increased, with the introduction of mobile content formats such as 'smarttoon' and 'cuttoon.' Despite the rapid growth of the webtoon industry and numerous research efforts, empirical studies from a user perspective analyzing the behaviors of users who perceive webtoons as a medium are lacking. In particular, as the business model or monetization of webtoons diversifies, it is critical to examine which motivations for using webtoons influence their monetization. The study results showed that users' motivations for using webtoons were categorized into 'information and interaction,' 'habitual use and diversity,' and 'pleasure and escapism.' Among these usage motivations, the 'pleasure and escapism' had a positive effect on both webtoon immersion experiences and the willingness to pay for webtoon content, while 'habitual use and diversity' had a positive effect only on the willingness to pay for webtoon content. Furthermore, this study figured out that the motivation of 'pleasure and escapism' affects the willingness to pay for webtoons when it mediates the webtoon immersion experience. Previous studies have shown that users' motivations for using webtoons include factors such as pleasure, escapism, entertainment, and stress relief. This study also found out that the 'pleasure and escapism' motivation was a primary factor for webtoon usage and had a strong influence on the willingness to pay for webtoon content. While webtoons were initially recognized as free content, they are gradually evolving into various business models, including fully-paid content and partially-paid content.As the results of this study sheds light on crucial factors in the webtoon monetization business, it is expected to contribute in vitalizing the webtoon contents and industry. 본 연구는 웹툰의 이용 동기가 웹툰 몰입 경험과 유료 지불 의사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하고자 하였다. 또한 웹툰 이용 동기가 웹툰 유료 지불 의사에 있어 웹툰 몰입 경험이 매개 효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 모바일 시대에 걸맞게 웹툰 이용의 편리성, 접근의 용이성이 증가하였으며, 모바일 기기에 맞는 ‘스마트툰’ 과 ‘컷툰’ 형식의 콘텐츠가 선보이고 있다. 웹툰 산업의 급격한 성장과 함께 웹툰에 대한 연구가 다수 진행되고있지만 이용자 관점에서 웹툰을 미디어로 인식하고 이를 이용하는 사람들의 행위를 분석한 실증 연구가 부족하다. 특히 웹툰 유료화 비즈니스 모델이 다양화되면서 어떠한 웹툰 이용 동기가 웹툰 유료화에 영향을 주는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 연구 결과 웹툰 이용자들의 동기 요인이 ‘정보 및 상호작용’, ‘습관적 이용 및 다양성’, ‘즐거움및 현실 도피’인 것으로 파악되었다. 웹툰 이 용동기 중 ‘즐거움 및 현실 도피’ 요인은 웹툰 몰입 경험과 웹툰 유료 지불 의사에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있으며, ‘습관적 이용 및 다양성’은 웹툰 유료 지불 의사에 정(+)의 영향을주는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 웹툰 이용 동기가 웹툰 유료 지불 의사에 영향을 미치는 경로에 있어 웹툰 몰입 경험이 매개 역할을 하는지 파악한 결과 ‘즐거움 및 현실 도피’ 요인이 웹툰 몰입 경험을 경유할 때 웹툰 유료 지불의사에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 선행 연구를 통해 파악한 웹툰 이용 동기를 보면 이용자들은 즐거움, 현실 도피, 오락성, 긴장 해소 등의 동기 요인으로 웹툰을 이용하는 것으로 밝혀진바 있다. 본 연구도 ‘즐거움 및 현실 도피’ 요인이 주된 동기 요인이었으며, 유료 지불 의사에 강한 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 웹툰은 무료 콘텐츠라는 인식이 강했지만, 점차 완전 유료, 부분 유료 등 다양한 형태가 나타나면서 유료 비즈니스로 변화하고 있다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로 향후 웹툰 유료화 비즈니스에서 어떠한 요인이 중요한지 제시하여 웹툰 콘텐츠의 방향 및 웹툰 산업의 활성화를 위한 유용한 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다.

웹툰 플랫폼의 서비스 품질 요인이 웹툰 사용자 만족과 유료 지불 의사에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

본 연구는 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스 품질 차원을 핵심 서비스와 관계 서비스로 구분하여 웹툰 사용자 만족과 유료 지불 의사에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 파악하고자 하였다. 웹툰 산업이 성장하고 작품 연재 수가 늘어나고 있는 시점에서 웹툰 사용자 만족과 유료 지불 의사에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하는 것은 의미가 있다. 분석결과 핵심 서비스 차원에서는 기다리면 무료, 다른 사이트와 차별화 등 ‘대안 매력성’과 다양한 장르와 작품 제공, 최신 작품 보유 등 ‘적합성’이, 관계 서비스 차원에서는 작가와 작품 그리고 독자와 상호작용, 맞춤형 웹툰 추천 정보 제공 등 ‘공감성’이 웹툰 사용자 만족에 강한 영향을 주고 있음을 확인하였다. 반면, 웹툰 유료 지불 의사에 직접적인 영향을 주는 요인은 ‘공감성’ 요인뿐이었다. 웹툰 플랫폼은 다양한 장르와 작품을 기본적으로 제공하며, 모바일에 최적화된 다양한 형식의 콘텐츠 제공이 동반되어야 한다. 더불어 기다리면 무료 등의 차별화된비즈니스 모델이 제공될 때 웹툰 사용자 만족은 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 다만, 웹툰이 무료 콘텐츠라는 인식은사용자에게 만족을 주지만 유료 지불 의사에는 영향을 주지 못하고 있다. 때문에 웹툰의 완전 유료, 부분 유료등 다양한 유료 비즈니스가 확장되기 위해서는 작가와 작품 그리고 독자 간의 상호작용, 맞춤형 웹툰 추천 정보제공 등 ‘공감성’에 주목할 필요가 있다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로 웹툰 서비스 품질에서 어떠한 요인이중요한지 제시하여 웹툰 산업의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. This study aims to identify the impact of service quality dimensions of webtoon platforms on user satisfaction and willingness to pay, by categorizing these dimensions into core services and relational services. Given the growth of the webtoon industry and the increasing number of serialized works, it is significant to understand the factors influencing user satisfaction and willingness to pay. The analysis results indicate that, within the core service dimension, 'alternative attractiveness' factors such as "free after a wait" and differentiation from other sites, as well as 'relevance' factors such as offering a wide variety of genres and works and having the latest works, strongly influence user satisfaction. In the relational service dimension, 'empathy' factors such as interactions between creators and users and the provision of personalized webtoon recommendations significantly impact user satisfaction. On the other hand, the only factor that directly affects the willingness to pay for webtoons is the 'empathy' factor. Webtoon platforms need to provide a diverse range of genres and works as a fundamental service, accompanied by various formats of content optimized for mobile devices. Additionally, when differentiated business models, such as "free after a wait," are offered, user satisfaction with webtoon platforms is expected to increase. While the perception of webtoons as free content provides satisfaction to users, it does not influence their willingness to pay. Therefore, for various paid business models, such as fully paid or partially paid content, to expand, it is essential to focus on 'empathy' factors like interactions between creators, works, and readers, and the provision of personalized webtoon recommendations. Based on the findings of this study, we suggest which factors are crucial in webtoon service quality, providing foundational data for the revitalization of the webtoon industry.

전자책 산업의 저작권 쟁점 사항과 해결에 관한 연구

21세기에 들어서면서 전자책은 출판계 최고의 관심사로 떠올랐다. 그러나 법과 제도적인 정비의 미흡과 저작권자와 출판권자, 그리고 전자책 서비스 업계와의 사이에서 저작물 이용에 대한 많은 다툼이 있다. 이에 전자책 이용의 활성화를 위한 저작권법상의 문제점들을 살펴보고, 또 전자책 산업에서의 저작권의 권리를 둘러싼 이해 당사자들 간의 권리 해석의 애매모호함과 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 콘텐츠 생산에 관여하는 출판사의 고유 권한인 출판권의 확대를 통한 권리 확보 및 관련법의 정비 요소들을 검토해 보기로 한다. 더불어 전자책 산업의 활성화를 위한 산업의 선순환구조의 확립 및 출판권의 확대와 데이터매수청구권의 확대 해석 및 저작권집중단체를 통한 전자책 저작물을 활성화를 제안하는 것으로 결론을 내렸다.

EEZ에서 불법조업 외국어선에 대한 무력행사에 관한 러시아 법과 실행 연구

연안국의 배타적 경제수역에서 불법조업 외국어선의 선원들이 폭력으로 저항에 의하여 단속공무원이 사망하는 사건이 있었다. 그리고, 단속공무원에게 저항하다가 총기에 의하여 외국 어민이 사망하는 사건도 목격할 수 있었다. 특히, 외국 어선이 연안국의 승선검색팀 소형보트를 강하게 들이받아 법집행기관의 보트가 침몰하는 사건도 발생 했다. 일련의 사고를 겪고 연안국은 공용화기를 사용하겠다고 발표하고, 기국(旗國)은 ‘폭력적 법집행을 중단하라’고 외교적 설전을 벌였다. 해양법협약은 해양에 대한 법질서 확립을 위하여 해양의 평화적 이용을 권장하면서 국제연합헌장을 재확인하고 있다. 협약은 헌장에서 언급한 무력의 사용을 자제할 것을 명시하면서도, 법집행 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 ‘무력의 행사’에 관하여는 침묵하고 있다. 불법 혐의 선박에 대한 연안국의 법집행과 관련된 추적권 및 무력사용에 관한 국제법의 일반원칙과 국제판례, 국가관행을 살펴보면, 바다에서 무력의 행사를 금지하는 것은 아니지만, 가능한 피해야 할 조치이다. 불가피할 경우에도 필요한 수준 이상을 초과해서는 아니되고, 해양법에서도 생명의 존엄성은 고려해야 한다. 러시아의 해양법령은 국제법의 일반원칙, 국제법 규범과 사례를 잘 반영하고 있다. 그러나, 불법 외국선박에 대한 법집행과정에서 과도한 조치를 하고 있다는 비판도 있다. 어민이나 단속공무원이 사망하거나 부상당하는 일이 발생하지 않도록 국제적 표준에 맞는 법령 개정과 법집행공무원의 단속 절차개선 등이 필요하다. In the EEZ of the coastal state, law enforcement officers were killed by violent resistance of illegal foreign fishermen. Also, there have been fatal shooting incidents of fishermen by a firearm of police officers during physical allegations. In particular, there was a case where foreign fishing vessels speed boat boarded coastguard search team of the coastal states was jammed and sunk. After these incidents, the coastal states announced that they would use crew-served weapons, and the flag state made a diplomatic stance that coastal state should stop violent law enforcement. The Convention on the Law of the Sea reaffirms the Charter of the United Nations, while encouraging the peaceful use of the oceans for the establishment of laws and regulations on the oceans. The Convention stipulates refraining from the use of force referred in the Charter, but is silent about the ‘use of force’ that may arise in the course of law enforcement. According to the general principles of international law, international precedents, and national practices regarding the use of force and the right of hot pursuit during the law enforcement of coastal states against alleged illegal foreign vessels. It is not prohibited the use of force in the sea, but should be avoided it possible. When unavoidable, the degree of forcet should not exceed the necessary level, and the dignity of life should be valued. The Russian maritime regulations well reflect the general principles of international law, international norms and practices. However, there is criticism that it is taking excessive measures against illegal foreign ships. It is necessary to revise laws and regulations in accordance with international standards and to improve the enforcement procedures so that both fishermen and enforcement officers do not become casualties.

PCM을 적용한 자연대류형 수냉식 방열기의 냉각특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The liquid cooling effect of a natural convection type radiator by using the PCM has been investigated experimentally. The radiator size is 423×295×83 ㎜ and PCM container size is 398×270×26 ㎜. The objective is elapsed time higher than maximum time to reach for maximum operating temperature of a general liquid cooling radiator. This study, in order to study on the effects of the phase-change phenomenon, carried out the various mass flow rate, input electric power, ambient and melting point of three type PCM. For the above experimental parameter, the melting time was performed about 180/250/560 min at input power 150 W and ambient 30℃ from using the three type PCM(PCM_S1/S2/S3) respectively. Furthermore, the effects of the thermal dissipation was decreased higher input power than lower input power at heating block and melting time of PCM. However, the effects of mass flow rate did not nearly affect of the thermal performance especially.
