인문,사회과학편 : 초등학교 교사의 체육수업에 조명된 희로애락(喜怒哀樂)에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 체육수업에 비쳐진 교사의 희로애락(喜怒哀樂)감정이 어떻게 발현되고 있으며, 이러한 감정이 체육수업에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 탐색하는데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 서울시의 초등학교에 재직 중인 교사 5명을 연구 참여자로 하여, 심층면담·참여관찰·교단일기의 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 교사들은 자신이 의도한 수업이 학생들의 변화와 새로운 가능성을 발견할 때 기쁨(僖)을 느끼고 있었으며, 체육수업에 대한 간섭과 방해 그리고 존경의 사라짐 속에 등장한 학생의 무시(無視)로 노여워(怒)하고 있었다. 또한 체육수업의 불안정한 맥락과 현실적 장벽에 대한 한계성으로 슬퍼(哀)하였으며, 신체활등을 매개로 한 교감의 속삭임으로 즐거워(?)하였다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사들의 감정 중에 희(喜)와 락(樂)의 긍정적 감정은 체육수업에 대한 다양한 수행과 실천을 도모하고, 노(怒)와 애(哀)의 부정적 감정은 고정된 틀 안에서 최소한의 움직임을 유발하는 동인으로 자리 잡고 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the revelation of the joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure of teachers shown in the physical education class of elementary schools and the effects of the emotions on the class. The subjects of this study were five teachers who worked for elementary schools located in Seoul, and the data including in-depth interviews, participant observation and education journal were analyzed. According to the results, first, the elementary school teachers felt joy when they were aware of the changes of students and new possibility in the class they designed, while feeling anger from interference and disturbance with the class and the ignorance of students due to the absence of respect for teachers. Also, the teachers felt sorrow because of the unstable connection of the physical education class and the limitations of the realities, while having pleasure in the sympathy with students carried from physical activities. Second, the positive emotions of the elementary school teachers such as joy and 디easure served as motives to devise various performances and practices in physical educa社on class, and the negative emotions such as anger and sorrow were motives to induce minimal activities within fixed framework

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of curriculums in the department of sports-for-all in University. In order to accomplish this purpose, this study surveyed the role of sports-for-all and its outlooks, curricula of 2 countries, points of view and demands of sports and recreation leader of community, students of department of sports-for-all, based the experts meeting was held to discuss the results from the research. On the basis of the results analyzed in this study, conclusions were made as follows.The aims of curriculum in the deparment of sports-for-all must clear obectives and a sense of duty, and must be imbued with professional knowledge regarding the various major fields. Furthermore, leaders must be developed who have the ability to adapt themselves to the demands of the sports and recreation field. The objectives of the curriculum in the department of sports-for-all must be fostered with proficiency in organizational administration, teaching ability of leisure and recreation, and the acquisition of knowledge related to sports and recreation.The contents of the curriculum in the department of sports-for-all must be selected and organized to acquire the professional knowledges for sports and recreation-leader and the skills to effectively perform their duties in actual sports and recreation field.It is desirable to develop and put into operation, as interrelated fields of sports-for-all: exercise prescription and therapatic specialist course, leisure and recreation specialist course, and administration and management of sport programs` specialist course, sports club specialist course.
