        관점수용이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 - 합리적 행동모델을 중심으로

        This study aims to investigate the impact of perspective-taking on innovative behavior based on the theory of reasoned behavior. The concept of perspective-taking, which has been mainly studied in the field of psychology, was applied in the field of organizational behavior to expand the understanding of the antecedents of innovative behavior. In addition, it was intended to provide implications for managers to increase employee’s innovative behavior by taking an interest in perspective-taking. In this study, we tried to empirically analyze how the perspective-taking affects attitude, subjective norm, intention, and behavior of innovative behavior rather than the relationship within variables in the reasoned behavior model, for which consistent results were derived from previous studies. To this end, data collected from 491 Korean organizational members, and the fitness of the data was confirmed through reliability and validity analysis, and the hypothesis was verified using a structural equation model. As a result of the hypothesis test, it was found that the perspective-taking had a significantly positive (+) effect on attitudes toward innovative behavior, subjective norms, and innovative behavior, but it was confirmed that it did not have a significant effect on intent to innovative behavior. Based on these research results, implications from the theoretical and practical aspects and future research directions were presented.

        견정혈(肩井穴) 황련해독탕약침(黃連解毒湯藥鍼)이 심박변이율(HRV)에 미치는 영향

        Objective : In this study, we investigated the effects of Hwangryunhaedoktang Herbal-acupuncture(HHT) at a acupoint, $G_{21}$(Kyonjong) on the Heart Rate Variability(HRV) in adults, as well as we tried to observe how HHT affects on the balance of the autonomic nervous system. Methods : The subject were comprised of 20 healthy adults, who didn't take any drugs which affected on the autonomic nervous system and had normal sinus rhythm in electrocardiogram. The control group was comprised of 9 subjects, who were injected normal saline at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong). The experiment group consisted of 10 subjects, who were injected HHT at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong). We measured HRV by CANS 3000 on three times : before, immediately after, and 20 minutes after injection. The SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to analyze the date and the Wilcoxon signed rank test (in group) and Mann-Whitney U-test(between two groups) were used to verify the results. Results : The following results were obtained ; 1. In each group, Mean-HRV and Mean-RR showed a significant change during 20 minutes after injection. But there were no significant difference between two groups(p>0.05). 2. In experiment group, 20 minutes after injection, norm LF and LHR showed a significant decrease and norm HF showed a significant increase. There were significant difference between two groups(p<0.05). Conclusions : The findings suggest that HHT at $G_{21}$(Kyonjong) in adults relatively activate parasympathetic nervous system and inactivate sympathetic nervous system.

        중성어혈약침(中性瘀血藥鍼) 복합치료(複合治療)가 교통사고로 인한 경추 편타손상에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : To examine the effects of JSO multi-treatment for whiplash injury patients by traffic accident. Interventions : Nonrandomized, Nonblinded compartson of the JSO+Acupuncture and Acupuncture Treatment. Main Outcome Measures : Subjective evaluation was followed by Clinical Grade and VAS after 5 times treatments. The SPSS 10.0 for windows was used to analyze the date and the Wilcoxon signed rank test and Mann-Whitney U-testwere used to verify the results. Results : The following results were obtained ; 1. Clinical Grade of the JSO+Acupuncture treatment was centralized to Gr II(50%) before treatment. After 5 times treatments, it was centralized to Gr I(58.3%). Also Clinical Grade was significantly changed from GR ll to Gr I(p<0.0002). 2. Clinical Grade of the Acupuncture treatment was centralize(d) to Gr II(54.2%) before treament. After 5 times treament, it was tend to cenualize to Gr I(50%). But Clinical Grade was still remained at Gr II(p<0.001) 3. VAS of change between JSO+Acupuncture and Acupuncture treatment, Vas of JSO+Acupuncture was significantly decreased (p<0.003). C onclusion : It is suggested that JSO multi-treatment has development-effectiveness on whiplash injury patients by traffic accident.

        논문 : 반도체 장치 제조 중소기업의 신속한 기술능력 축적과정에 대한 사례 연구

        기업의 경쟁력은 기업 특유의 지식이 많을수록 강해진다. 기업 특유의 지식이란 그 기업만이 가지고 있는 고유의 지식을 말한다. 최근 들어 고유의 지식을 축적하고 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서 어떻게 해야 할 것인가에 대한 연구들이 다양한 관점에서 진행하고 있다. 본 연구는 지식경영이론 관점에서 기존 이론에 대한 고찰을 통해 흡수능력 축적과정에 대한 개념적 틀을 도출하고, 반도체 장치산업의 중소기업을 대상으로 하여 신제품개발 과정에 대한 사례분석을 통해서 기술능력 축적에 방법에 대한 명제를 도출하고 의의와 시사점을 제시하고 있다. 연구 결과 중소기업이 신속하게 기술능력을 축적하기 위해서는 흡수능력의 3요소인 기반능력, 통합능력, 노력의 강도를 갖추어야 하며, 특히 노력의 강도가 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 혁신적인 수준의 신제품을 개발하기 위해서는 탐험과 활용을 통한 학습가속화가 요구되며, 적극적인 탐색과 탐험을 위해서는 이에 필요한 보완능력의 구축이 요구된다. A firm`s competitive capabilities become greater when the firm has a specific knowledge. There are many studies have been examined how to accumulate the firm specific knowledge and to get the competitive capability on the various perspectives. This study suggest that the conceptual framework on the absorptive capability through reviews on the knowledge management theory. And it also suggests that the proposition about the technological capability building process through the in depth case study on a small and medium sized company in a semiconductor industry. This study found the following major characteristics about the absorptive capability building and knowledge creating process. First, it is required to building an absorptive capability rapidly that the harmony of local capabilities, integrative capabilities, and intensity of effort. And the most important factor is the intensity of effort in a small and medium sized firm with a weak knowledge base. Second, it is required to develop an innovative new product that the utilization of expeditious learning mechanism based on the exploration and exploitation process. Finally, complementary assets are needed to proactive exploration and exploitation. Based on the findings, the theoretical and managerial implications are derived and the further research directions are proposed.

        논문 : 지식경영전략과 인적자원관리의 적합성에 따른 지식창출과 지식공유의 차이

        본 연구는 금융기관에서 조직구성원들이 지각하는 지식경영전략과 인적자원관리의 적합성에 따라 지식창출과 지식공유가 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 분석함으로써 금융기관의 지식경영에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 금융기관 종사자 167명을 대상으로 실증분석을 통해 지식경영전략 유형과 인적자원관리 유형을 도출하고, 선행이론에 대한 검토를 통해 이들 간의 적합관계를 설정하였으며, 적합성에 따라 지식창출과 지식공유에 차이가 있는지 여부를 교차분석 및 t-test를 통해 검증하였다. 실증분석 결과 역동적전략에서 지식창출과 지식공유가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 수동적전략에서는 지식창출과 지식공유가 모두 가장 낮은 결과를 보이고 있다. 형식지와 암묵지 중 어느 하나를 강조하는 경우에는 지식창출과 지식공유가 중간 수준으로 나타났으며, 지식공유에 대해서는 지식경영전략 유형에 관계없이 고몰입인적자원관리 유형이 저몰입인적자원관리에 비해 더 높은 결과를 보이고 있다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 금융기관이 효과적으로 지식을 창출, 공유하기 위해서는 역동적지식경영전략과 고몰입인적자원관리제도를 구축하는 것이 바람직하다는 것을 제시할 수 있다. This study examined the effect of fit between knowledge management strategy and human resource management on the knowledge creation and sharing. The fitness between knowledge management strategy and human resource management system is conceptualized that based on matching perspective. This paper empirically examined the effect of fit on the knowledge creation and sharing by analysis of variance. Data were collected through questionnaire instruments from 167 workers in Korean financial institutions. Research findings are summarized as follows. Dynamic knowledge management strategy shows high degree of knowledge creation and sharing. Passive knowledge strategy results the lowest degree of knowledge creation and sharing. In the case of one is more focused on explicit or tacit knowledge that the both knowledge creation and knowledge sharing shows the medium level. Finally, knowledge sharing is more effective at the high-commitment human resource management system than the low-commitment human resource management systems. Based on these research findings, it is desirable to adopt the dynamic knowledge management strategy and to build the high-commitment human resource management system for the effective and efficient knowledge creating and sharing.
