실험 데이터 기반의 PID 제어기를 적용한 유압펌프용 SRM의 압력제어

This paper presents the practical pressure control of hydraulic oil-pump system using SR drive for industrial application. In order to get a high performance of pressure dynamics in actual application, a data based PID control scheme is proposed in this paper. The look-up table from pre-measured data produces an approximately proper current reference according to motor speed and oil-pressure. And, PID controller can compensate the pressure error. With the combination of two references, the proposed control scheme can get a fast dynamics and stable operation. Furthermore, the suitable current controller considering the nonlinear characteristics of SRM(Switched Reluctance Motor) and practical test method for data measuring are introduced. The proposed control scheme is verified by the experimental test.

Direct Instantaneous Pressure Control(DIPC) method of SRM using pressure predict method is presented in this paper. A hydraulic pump system has an inherent defect that its dynamic behavior causes by interaction between the sensor and hydraulic load. It will make sometimes the whole system become oscillatory and unstable. Proposed system integrates direct instantaneous torque control (DITC) and Smith predictor to improve dynamic performance and stabilization. The· proposed hydraulic oil pump system is verified by computer simulation and experimental results.
단상 SRM 구동을 위한 새로운 능동 부스트 전력 컨버터

In this paper, a novel active boost converter for SR drive is proposed. An active capacitor circuit is added in the front-end. Based on this active capacitor network, when boost switch turns off, this network seems as passive capacitor network. And the voltage of boost capacitor can keep balance with dc-link voltage automatically. In the capacitor network, discharging voltage is general dc-link voltage in parallel-connected capacitors; charging voltage is double dc-link voltage in series-connected capacitors. When boost switch turns on, two capacitors are connected in series, and discharging voltage is up to double dc-link voltage. So the fast excitation current can be obtained from this mode. Profit from fast excitation and fast demagnetization mode, the performance and output power can be improved. Some computer simulations are done to verify the performance of proposed converter.

Design and drive characteristics of SR drive for hydraulic pump system using passive converter is presented in this paper. In oder to get the high performance, a simple passive circuit is added in the front-end of a conventional asymmetric converter, which consists of three diodes and one capacitor. This passive converter has the high demagnetization voltage, to reduce the demagnetization time. Futhermore optimal turn-off angle for the proposed passive converter is proposed. According to motor speed and current, an optimal turn-off angle can be achieved by look-up table to reduce torque ripple. The characteristic of proposed hydraulic pump system using passive converter is verified by simulation and experimental results.
Driving Characteristic of Passive Converter for Single Phase SRM

At the high speed operation, the high demagnetization voltage can reduce the negative torque, so the output power and efficiency can be improved. In this paper, a novel power converter for single phase SRM with high demagnetization voltage is proposed. A simple passive capacitor circuit is added in the front-end, which consists of three diodes and one capacitor. Based on this passive network, the two capacitors can be connected in series and parallel, so the phase winding of SRM obtains general dc-link voltage in excitation mode and the double de-link voltage in demagnetization mode. The operation modes of the proposed converter are analyzed in detail. Some computer simulation results is done to verify the performance of proposed converter.

This paper presents a PLL(Phase Lock Loop) control method for speed control of high speed miniature BLDCM(Brushless DC Motor) using hall sensor. The proposed PLL based speed control method uses a only phase shift between reference pulse signal according to speed reference and actual pulse signal from hall sensor. It doesn't use any speed calculation, and calculates a direct current reference from phase shift. The current reference is changed to reduce the phase shift between reference and actual pulse. So the actual speed can keep the reference speed. The proposed control scheme is very simple but effective speed control is possible.
