본 연구는 메타분석을 활용하여 자살 예방 프로그램의 효과를 밝히는 데 그 목적이있다. 이에 ‘자살 예방’, ‘자살 프로그램’, ‘자살 예방 프로그램’을 키워드로 삼아 키워드로 2023년 6월까지 국내에서 발표된 학술지 36편을 대상으로 선정하여 총 54개의 효과 크기를 산출하였다. 그 결과 자살 예방 프로그램의 전체 효과 크기는 0.96였으며,주요 변인인 우울 1.04, 자살사고 0.88로 각각 높은 효과 크기로 나타났다. 또한, 미기입을 제외한 조절 효과를 살펴보면 성별은 여성, 대상은 청소년, 개입내용은 인지행동, 총회기 수는 10회 이하, 운영 기간은 4주 이하, 회기당 시간은 91분 이상, 주당 횟수는 3회 이상, 집단크기는 11∼20명이 가장 높은 효과 크기로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 자살 예방 프로그램의 효과를 정량적으로 확인하며, 프로그램 개발과 운영의 효율성을 높이는 데 기여될 것으로 기대된다. 이상으로 본 연구는 자살 예방 프로그램 관련 정보를 제공함으로 그 의의가 있으며, 앞으로 자살 예방 프로그램을 구성하고 진행할 때 근거가 될 수 있는 자료로 제공될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to reveal the effectiveness of suicide prevention programs using meta-analysis. Accordingly, 36 journals published in Korea by June 2023 were selected using "suicide prevention," "suicide program," and "suicide prevention program" as keywords, and a total of 54 effect sizes were calculated. As a result, the overall effect size of the suicide prevention program was 0.96, and the main variables, depression 1.04 and suicide accident 0.88 were high, respectively. In addition, gender, youth, intervention content, cognitive behavior, general meeting period less than 10 weeks, session time more than 91 minutes, weekly more than three times, and group size 11-20 people were examined. These results quantitatively confirm the effectiveness of suicide prevention programs and are expected to contribute to increasing the efficiency of program development and operation. As described above, this study is meaningful by providing information related to suicide prevention programs, and will be provided as basic data for organizing and proceeding with suicide prevention programs in the future.
가상현실에서 감각 피드백 종류와 구조에 따른 시지각 운동 적응과제의 학습 효과

Purpose: The objective of this study is to investigate motor learning effects differ in types of feedback during visual-perception adaptation task. Method: In virtual reality(VR) environment, 41 healthy men were randomly divided into 4 types of feedback group(group A, C, & D : n=10; group B : n=11) and underwent arm-reaching movement task. On the first day, all participants performed baseline task, adaptation task with visual distortion, and washout task in VR. After 24 hours, retention test is conducted to all participants. To evaluate the spatial accuracy of the task, the maximal distance error between actual hand pathway and the straight line from starting-point to end-point was calculated. Result: During the 1st and 2nd sessions of adaptation task, all groups showed significant increases in the spatial accuracy of task performance as the number of movement increased, whether visual feedback offered or not. Particularly in group D(consisted with the session of visual feedback and the sission of motor-perception feedback, in order) showed the most dramatic increase. In the retention task, unit-feedback group(group A & B) and multimodal-feedback(group C & D) showed significant differences in the spatial accuracy. Conclusion: In the visuomotor adaptation task, providing all kinds of feedback led to significant improvement in task performance and especially in retention test, offering unit-feedback showed learning effects with high after-effects. Regardless of the type or structure of feedback offered in this experiment, the improvement in task performance can be achieved. The results of this experiment show that the specific sequence of feedback has more influence on the improvement of the task performance.
OTT 비즈니스에서의 수직적 유사통합 전략: 넷플릭스 사례를 중심으로

Netflix, the first-mover in the Over-the-Top(OTT) streaming business, has maintained its business leadership in terms of subscriber numbers despite the large and technological late entrants, such as Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and Apple TV+. However, our understanding of Netflix’s content strategy seems limited from the perspective of content production and distribution rights. Thus, we aim to fill the research gap and address the following research question: “What is Netflix's content strategy, and how does it lead to its leadership?” Based on the movie and TV show level analysis, we found that Netflix mainly implemented a ‘Vertical Quasi-Integration(QI)’ strategy, focusing on exclusive streaming rights on content mainly produced by independent firms. We observed the effectiveness of the ‘Vertical Quasi-Integration (QI)’ strategy in terms of the weight of production costs, watching revenue, and profitability of total contents. We also recognized that the QI strategy seems appropriate considering the characteristics of OTT business, such as uncertainty of subscriber demand, asset specificity of content, and personalized content. Furthermore, we observed that Netflix developed three capabilities to implement the QI strategy, including (1) bargaining power consisting of six components, (2) mutual trust, and (3) Data analytics capabilities. Our findings provide relevant evidence on the leading firm strategy in OTT business and expand the understanding of QI strategy to new and emerging service industries.
내적 타이밍 과제에서 동작의 연속성과 속도에 따른 타이밍 제어 전략: 메트로놈 동기화 훈련의 적용

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the difference in accuracy and variability of performing internal timing tasks according to the continuity and speed of motion, and to verify the effectiveness of synchronized metronome training. Methods: 24 participants were randomly assigned to two groups(continuous or discrete) and performed a synchronization timing task. Participants in the study performed the timing tasks to match the target while turning the right hand in a round shape, in accordance with the auditory signals provided at three regular tempos(30bpm, 45bpm, 60bpm). In addition, synchronized metronome training(SMT) was conducted for 4 days to confirm the improvement of sensory-motor synchronization(SMS) ability. Timing accuracy and variability were calculated using absolute error of time, variability of time error, and success rate of performance within 15ms error. Results: Timing accuracy was higher in continuous motion than in discrete motion. And it was high as the speed of movement increased. The timing variability did not show a significant difference according to the continuity, but increased significantly as the speed increased. The interaction effect of speed and continuity that did not show in timing accuracy. But the timing variability increased as the speed increased in the continuous motion group. Success rate also showed the same result as timing accuracy, and SMT training resulted in improvement of timing accuracy and performance success rate over 2 days of training. Conclusion: Motor skill that require the accuracy of coincidence timing needs to consider the motor control and learning strategy that considers relatively high speeds in continuously moving conditions.
