As interest in green building has increased, construction market has evolved through BIM-based architecture also, BIM-based technologies have been developed simultaneously. Due to this aspect, the need of environmental analysis software utilizing BIM data became essential. This study shows that BIM-based integrated module provides objective analysis to proceed quick decision-making for a proposal. In addition to that, this integrated module creates a model through BIM data to analyze and report residential environment and energy consumption such as, daylight, view, ventilation and privacy in order to practically apply the BIM technology from the schematic design.

Apartment Housing has been increasing steadily, particularly our current super high-rise apartment houses that represent the culture has become a trend in Korea. These super high-rise apartment houses’ curtain wall system increases heating and cooling loads, it is expected to vary by each unit"s thermal properties. Measured indoor environments showed that each unit’s curtain wall surface temperature is different characteristics of orientation and peak time. Therefore, to reduce heating and cooling load for each unit requires a reasonable plan.
태양열취득계수(SHGC)에 의한 가시성 및 에너지 성능에 따른 거주자 선호도 상관관계 분석

Quantitative expansion of Apartment houses in recent years, coming together with the increased attention on quality of life such as view, indoor air quality and sunshine is spreading. Increased desire for view, sunshine in housing demands the increase of the window area, which causes the increase of cooling load in summer and heating load in winter. 21% of energy consumption in Korea in the building sector are being used, the government strengthen the windows" U-value standards for energy savings. However the recent surge in high-rise apartment house air conditioning in summer causes the increase of cooling load and SHGC should be considered to save energy in addition to U-value. A lower SHGC will reduce the solar load but affect residents" satisfaction of the visibility, so the appropriate SHGC while meeting the visibility of the residents is a need to apply. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between SHGC and residents" preferences by survey and to present guidelines.
