상시 계측결과를 이용한 고속철도 교량의 유지관리 기준치 설정

Banwol bridge with steel plate girder and Pyongtaek bridge with PSC bos girder have been operated maintenance measuring system by the Seoul-Chonan of Kyongbu express railway. By analyzing the theoretical and experimental values of design load for these two bridge, the establishment of reference maintenance for measuring items was deduced from research. Two materials, steel and concrete plates, were considered as the upper structure. Actual measurement data for the behavior under speed, structural analysis results, and the presented references were analyzed and used to set up the reference establishment. The measuring items are stress(strain), displacement, dynamic acceleration, expansion movement, and dynamic frequency. The maintenance reference was established by comparing analytical and measuring values of the five items with respect to structural state class.

국토교통부는 경주 및 포항지진을 계기로 지진으로부터 국민의 생명과 재산, 주요 기간시설물을 보호하기 위해 2018년 4월 한국시설안전공단 내에 국가내진센터를 신설하였다. 국가내진센터는 정부의 내진정책 및 제도의 이행주체로써 시설물의 내진성능을 체계적으로 확보할 수 있도록 관련 기준 제·개정, 기술자 양성, 내진성능통합관리체계 구축·운영, 지진안전 시설물 인증제도 운영 등 시설물의 지진안전과 관련한 중추적 역할을 수행하고자 한다.

This study presents the seismic risk assesment for an extradosed bridge with seismic isolators of lead rubber bearings(LRB). First, the seismic vulnerability of a structure and then the seismic hazard of the site are evaluated using earthquake data set and seismic hazard map in Korea, and the seismic risk of the structure is assessed. The nonlinear seismic analyses to consider plastic hinges of bridge columns are performed, and nonlinear characteristics of soil are included. The ductility demand is adopted to describe the nonlinear behavior of a column, and the moment-curvature curve of a column is assumed to be bilinear hysterestic. The fragility curves are represented as a lognormal distribution function for colum damage, movement of superstructure, and cable yielding. And seismic hazard is estimated using the available seismic hazard maps. The results show that the effectiveness of the columns is more noticeable than those of cables and girders, in seismic isolated extradosed bridges under earthquakes.
LRB 면진장치가 설치된 엑스트라도즈드교의 지진위험도 평가

본 연구에서는 납면진받침(LRB)이 설치된 중경간 엑스트라도즈드교에서 교각의 파손, 상부구조의 이동변위, 그리고 케이블의 항복에 대한 지진위험도를 평가하였다. 지진위험도는 다수의 지진자료를 이용하여 지진에 대한 구조적 취약성을 평가한 지진취약도와 지진재해지도를 이용하여 해당지역에서의 지진재해도를 산정하여, 이들을 조합함으로써 평가할 수 있었다. 지진시 교각에서 소성힌지의 발생을 고려하기 위해 SAP2000을 사용하여 비선형 지진해석을 수행하였다. 지진자료는 암반노두에서 설계응답스펙트럼을 만족하는 인공지진을 작성한 후 SHAKE91을 사용하여 해당지역의 지반증폭효과를 고려하여 지진 가속도 시간이력을 구하여 사용하였다. 교각의 비선형 응답은 연성도를 사용하여 나타내었고, 2선형 직선의 모멘트-곡률 곡선으로 작성하였다. 본 연구에서는 대수정규분포함수로 지진취약도를 표현하였으며, 한반도를 대상으로 작성된 지진재해지도를 이용하여 지진재해도를 산정하였다. 해석결과 엑스트라도즈드교에서는 케이블과 거더보다는 교각하단에서 면진장치가 더 효과적인 것을 알 수 있었다. This study presents a method for wind fragility curves of a six-span extradosed bridge. The load condition is followed by domestic design codes. The uncertainty of input variables on loads are considered. The fragility curve is represented as a log-normal distribution function. Two parameters in the log-normal distribution are estimated by the maximum likelihood method. The results show that the considered extradosed bridge seems to be very safe under design wind velocity, 50m/sec. In which, the damage state is defined using the strength of members.

This study presents fragility curves for the seismic risk analysis of a middle-span extradosed bridge with LRB seismic isolators. The nonlinear seismic analysis is performed using SAP2000, and SHAKE91 is used to consider the nonlinear characteristics of soil. The ductility demand is adopted to discribe the nonlinear behavior of a column, and the moment-curvature curve of a columns is assumed to have bilinear hysterestic characteristics. The fragility curve is represented as a function of peak ground acceleration(PGA) and a lognormal distribution function. Two parameters in the lognormal distribution are estimated by the maximum likelihood method. The results show that the effectiveness of the columns is more noticeable than those of cables and girders, in seismic isolated extradosed bridges, under earthquakes.
