        Taking In-Bound tourists visiting Korea as the objects of investigation, this research tried to analyze practically their motivations of the purchase of clothing merchandise. For this, we divided the foreign tourists into three groups as of Japanese speaking, Chinese speaking, and of Western language speaking, and tried to figure out what the differences are among these groups. The research result is as follows : First, as a result of the factor analysis of the motivation of the purchase of clothing merchandise as souvenirs, there emerged six factor levels such as psychology, utility, fashion, and commemoration of tour, impulse, and economy. Second, as a result of group analysis on the basis of the motivational factors of clothing merchandise purchase, there appeared three groups such as of the type of clothing purchase pursuit, of the type of mental diversion pursuit, and of the type of tour commemoration pursuit. Third, as a result of the analysis on the meaningful difference among three groups on the basis of the statistics of population, there emerged meaningful differences among different groups of language speakers, and among different age groups. Fourth, as a result of analysis on the basis of the information source and tour type of foreign visitors who purchased clothing at the Dongdaemun Market, there emerged meaningful differences only according the information source. Fifth, as a result of analysis about the difference among the divided groups on the shopping hours and money amount spent for shopping, there emerged meaningful differences.

      • 지역축제 방문객의 만족도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향력 분석

        본 연구는 지역축제 방문객의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력과 지역축제 방문객의 만족이 행동의도에 미치는 인과관계에 대하여 검증하였다. 실증 연구는 2008년 동화나라 상주, 이야기축제장을 방문한 방문객으로부터 461 매의 설문지를 회수하였으며, SPSS 와 LISREL 8.50 의 분석방법을 활용하였다. 지역축제 서비스 평기항목은 문화체육관광부에서 개발한 17 문항의 지역축제 방문객 만족도 측정척도를 사용하였다. 요인분석결과에 의하면 기념품 및 음식요인, 행사내용요인, 편의시설요인, 홍보안내요인의 4개 요인으로 구분되었다. 인과관계에 대한 분서결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기념품 및 음식요인과 행사내용 요인은 방문객 만족에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었지만, 둘째, 지역축제장의 편의시설요인과 지역축제의 홍보안내요인은 방문객 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지역축제 방문객의 만족은 행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 넷째, 경로계수를 비교할 때 행사내용요인이 기념품과 음식요인보다 방문객만족에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This research studies on the power of influence of some factors on the satisfaction degree of local festival visitors. It also tries to testify the causal relation about what kinds of influences the satisfaction degree of local festival visitors have on their action intension. For the pragmatic research, 461 survey were made by the visitors of 2008 Fairly Tale World Sangjoo Story Festival. For the evaluation of local festival service, 17 items of measure scale of local festival visitors' satisfaction degree developed by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism were used. As a result of factor analysis, four factors were chosen such as the factor of souvenir and food, the factor of contents of event, the factor of convenience facilities, and the factor of information guidance. The analysis result by way of pragmatic research is as follows: First, the factor of souvenir and food has a significant influence on the satisfaction of visitors. Second, the factor of contents of event has a very significant positive influence on the satisfaction of visitors. Third, the factor of convenience facilities of local festival field has not influenced the satisfaction of visitors. Fourth. the factor of information guidance of local festival has no influence on the satisfaction of visitors. Fifth, the satisfaction of visitors of local festival has a positive influence on their action intention. Compared with a path parameters, the factor of the contents of event has more influence on the satisfaction of visitors than the factor of souvenir and food.

        호텔기업의 윤리적 리더십과 상사신뢰, 직무만족, 직무몰입의 구조적 관계에 관한 연구

        Based upon the theories, and preceding studies, this study tries to verify the influences of the hotel business`` ethical leadership on the trust in superiors, job satisfaction, and job involvement. After practical analysis and verification of our research hypotheses, this study got the following results. First, the research hypothesis 1 that the ethical leadership of hotel management has a positive influence on the job satisfaction was rejected because our verification of the hypothesis 2 has shown the path coefficient value .295, and t-value .137, so that there was no significant statistical influence. Second, the research hypothesis 2 that the ethical leadership of hotel management has a positive influence on the job absorption was adopted because our verification of the hypothesis 2 has shown the path coefficient value .349, and t-value 2.009, so that there was a significant statistical influence. Third, the research hypothesis 3 that the ethical leadership of hotel management has a positive influence on the trust in superiors was adopted because our verification of the hypothesis 3 has shown the path coefficient value .855, and t-value 9.418, so that there was a significant statistical influence. Fourth, the research hypothesis 4 that the trust in superiors of hotel management has a positive influence on the job involvement was rejected because our verification of the hypothesis 4 has shown the path coefficient value -.011, and t-value -.074, so that there was no significant statistical influence. Fifth, the research hypothesis 5 that the job satisfaction of hotel management has a positive influence on the job involvement was rejected because our verification of the hypothesis 5 has shown the path coefficient value .024, and t-value .288, so that there was no significant statistical influence.

        지역축제 방문객들의 만족도에 대한 인구통계적 차이 연구

        This study tried to verify whether the variables from population statistics make any difference on the satisfaction degree perceived by the fairy tale town Sangju storytelling festival visitors. More specially we verified the difference made by the variables from population statistics of visitors on the factors influencing the satisfaction of local festival visitors such as souvenirs, food, event contents, facilities, and information guide. For the empirical research, we collected 461 surveys, and executed statistical analysis using SPSS 12.0. The research results are as follows: First, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by the place of residence, a significant difference in the event content factor was shown. Second, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by the distinction of sex, no difference was shown. Third, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by marriage, a significant difference was shown. Fourth, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by the age of visitors, no significant difference was shown. Fifth, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by educational background, no significance was shown, Sixth, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by job, a significant difference was revealed. Seventh, as a result of testimony on the satisfaction degree made by monthly family income, a significant difference was revealed in satisfaction degree.

        관광호텔종사원들이 지각하는 고용불안정성과 일중독, 직무태도의 구조적 관계

        This study aims to give strategic suggestions to clarify the relation of cause and effect between employment instability, workaholism, and the work attitude to duty of hotel employees. We conducted a field questionnaire survey with a convenient sampling method on the employees at first class hotels located in Seoul, Busan, Gyeongju, Gyeongsangnamdo and Jeju from July 1 to August 31, 2011. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed but only 230 questionnaires were used for practical analysis. The analysis revealed that in terms of employment instability and workaholism, there were positive relations between employment instability and job enjoyment, discharge anxiety and job absorption, and discharge anxiety and obsession. However, there was no significant relation of cause and effect between employment anxiety and job absorption, employment anxiety and obsession, and discharge anxiety and job enjoyment. With regard to workaholism and attitude to duty, there were significant relations between job enjoyment and job satisfaction, job absorption and occupation change intention, obsession and occupation change intention, and job enjoyment and occupation change intention. No significant relations were formed between job absorption and job satisfaction, and obsession and job satisfaction.

      • 자연휴양림 이용객들의 이용 후 평가에 관한 연구 : 중요도-성취도(IPA) 기법을 중심으로

        This study is to find out what are the main factors in selecting recreational forests by way of literature review and empirical study, and what are the positive factors in performance satisfaction made by visitors. As a research methodology, this study applied the importance-performance analysis for the enlargement of users' satisfaction. The analysis of the visitors' feedback shows that the most important things in the recreational forests, on the average, are valley and stream, followed by quiet atmosphere, sanitary facilities, well-preserved ecological environment. As a result of the analysis of survey, we find out that stream and valleys, quiet surroundings, sanitary facilities and well-preserved ecological environment, maintenance of facilities, and natural beauty of forests. In the I-P analysis, the variables shown in the first quadrant are valley and stream, quiet atmosphere, sanitary facilities and well-preserved ecological environment, well-maintained facilities, natural beauty of forests, and density of forests. The variable shown in the second quadrant is suitability of outdoor activities in the mountains. The variables shown in the third quadrant are accessibility to information, sports and recreational facilities, existing program operation system, and educational and training facilities. The variables shown in the fourth quadrant are information facilities, rate of admission and facility rental fee.
