은퇴 목사의 갈등관리유형과 삶의 만족도가 갈등감소에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate variables as to how a type of conflict management and life satisfaction of retired pastors influence on the reduction of conflict. The subject were 84 retired pastors and scale of conflict management type, life satisfaction scale, and conflict that was used. Study results are as follows. First, the result of analysis on socio-demographic characteristics(age, academic background, and type of retirement) of retired pastors, there was no significant effect. But there was significant effect on interpersonal conflict as a sub-variable of conflict. However, there was significant effect on self-esteem as a sub-variable of life satisfaction represented with higher average score from senior pastors than regular retired pastors. Second, the regression analysis on how a type of conflict management of retired pastors and life satisfaction influenced on the conflict, kindness-integration conflict management and life satisfaction variables among four independent variables showed 34% of explanation. Third, according to the result how life satisfaction of retired pastors influenced on the conflict, only religious life variable among all six independent variables showed 29% of explanation. Fourth, factors which gave negative influences on conflict reduction were identified to be life satisfaction and conflict management. Based on the above study results, this study has a meaning to reveal that the conflict management type affecting the conflict reduction of retired pastors are kindness-integration type and that the life satisfaction is religious life and at the same time, to provide the basic data for conflict reduction of retired pastors in Korean churches.

추간판염은 일차적으로 추간판을 침범한 염증성 질환으로 성인에서 추간판은 혈관 분포가 없어 대부분 직접적인 접촉에 의한 것으로 알려져 왔으나 혈행성 감염에 의한 여러 문헌보고가 있고 그의 치료에도 보존적 요법에서부터 근치적 소파술까지 여러 치료 방법이 소개되어 왔다. 이에 저자들은 그간 본원에서 경험한 9례의 추간판염 환자의 치료 결과를 분석하여 조기 진단과 치료의 지침을 구하고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. Authors have experienced 9 cases of discitis who were treated surgically and followed up more than 1 year from June, 1988 to June, 1992.Average duration of symptoms before diagnosis was 14 weeks, but relatively short duration of symptom (average 6.5 weeks) was seen in postoperative discitis. Constant findings were back pain, tenderness, elevation of erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reactive protein (CRP). The most common site was L4-5 and the most common causative organism was Staphylococcus aureus. All were treated by anterior curettage and fusion with autogenous iliac bone graft and the results were acceptable. Discitis is rare disease in adults but should be considered if the patient shows persistent back pain, tenderness and elevated ESR and CRP. MRI is a useful method in early diagnosis of discitis.

가토에서 Vecuronium bromide 의 용량에 따른 근육이완 효과

The introduction of muscle relaxants was an epoch making event in the development of clinical anesthesia and their use has hecame essential to anesthesia practice. Vecuronium, one of the newest muscle relaxants, many advantages; it is .apid acting, non-accumulating, has minimals side reactions and is promptly antagonized by anticholinesterases. However, its pharmacological effect, like other conventional muscle relaxants depends upon the dose and is influenced br many factors including body temperature, blood flow, interaction with other drugs, antibiotics, diuretics and so forth, To obtain a dose·response relationship which is important for clinical use, the effect of the vecuronium in various doses on the neuromuscular block in rabbits was investigated. The results were as follows. 1) In the vecuronium 0.025 mg/kg group, maximal twitch depression was varied between 75 to 92% with a mean value of 84,9%. The spontaneous recovery index was 141.0 seconds (2.35 min). 2) In the vecuranium 7.75 mg/kg group, thmean maximum twitch depression and spontaneous recovery index were 98.4% and 218.6 seconds (3.64 min.) respectively. 3) In the vecuronium 7.1 mg/kg group, maximum twitch depression was 100% and the spontaneous recovery index was markedly prolonged to 627.8 seconds (10.35 min).
