The pharmaceutical industry is an industry that provides medicines related to the health and life of the people. The pharmaceutical industry is a traditional regulation industry with the characteristics of R&D(Research and Development), purchasing, manufacturing, distribution and consumption under strict government management. Until now, pharmaceutical companies have continued to make efforts to maintain competitiveness through patent management, new product development, and marketing. However, industries are rapidly changing, including rising costs for developing new products and expanding generic markets. As these changes and uncertainties in the management environment increase, efforts are required to improve the competitiveness of the pharmaceutical industry from a new perspective. In this study, we intend to examine the impact of SCM(Supply Chain Management) dynamic capability of pharmaceutical companies on corporate performance through partnerships to respond to market changes and uncertainties. It was determined that the agility, visibility and flexibility that constitutes the SCM dynamic capabilities would affect the performance of pharmaceutical companies. In this study, the importance of SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships was identified through surveys by SCM managers of pharmaceutical companies. Consequently, in the pharmaceutical industry, which is a regulatory industry, we have identified that SCM dynamic capabilities and cooperative relationships with partner companies have a significant impact on corporate performance.

This research attempts to make a marketing approach to increase the competition of a golf industry. the goals of this research are following: First, the goal of this experiment is collecting consumers based on former experiment about leisure life style. Second, the goal of this experiment is showing various factors of choosing a drinking and eating enterprise by targeting on collected consumers. Resulted by real experiments, the crowd of consumers by leisure life style is consisted of social-intention group, social-intention group and exercise-preference group. Each group has a partial difference on choosing drinking and eating goods in a golf course. These results show that there are many customers with variety, and the golf course as a means of leisure culture has roughly changed.
호텔종사원의 조직후원인식(POS)이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

This study is to figure out the causal relationship between hotel employees` perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. It adopted empirical and documentary researches. The hypothesis derived from previous studies: First, the hotel employees` perceived organizational support would influence positively (+) on organizational commitment. Second, the hotel employee perceptions of organizational support would influence negatively (-) on turnover intention. Third, the hotel employees` organizational concentration would influence negatively (-) on turnover intention. From the hypothesis test results, the stronger hoteliers feel sponsor for the exchange relationship from organization, the higher their concentration becomes to stay at the organization longer and continuously. As the hotel employees perceive the support of emotional engagement for organization stronger, the concentration and cohesiveness for the organization get risen. In addition, as hoteliers get perceived emotional support stronger for the organization, their turnover intention becomes weaker. When they feel the integration with the organization, their turnover intention becomes weaker as well. Therefore, one of the most difficult problems to solve at hotels now is to find a method to manage human resource. Now, it is important that leaders be mentors for employees and build environment for them to concentrate on only their works.
