The aim of the study is to develop a jean jacket and pants of easy-to-move for schoolgirls of 11 years old. The research was carried out as follows; 1. Using a manufacturer's a jean jacket and pants were made. 2. Based on the survey of 108 schoolgirls, interviews with 4 designers of children's wear, and wearing test three trial garments were developed. -Certain areas such as knee, elbow, and hip should be altered to have better extensibility. -The weight of the garment would be better to be reduced. 3. Three trial garments were developed using following techniques, which were found in fashion magazines for kids very often. -Alter the location and the shape of the seam line so that the areas mentioned above can adjust the movement of the body better. -Match stretchable material at the areas which require better extensibility. -Use various trimmings to make the garment more size adaptable and easy-to-move. 4. These garments were tested by 26 schoolgirls, and they answered the questionnaires focused on the design preference and easy-to-move. 5. From the results of the wearing test of three trial garments, more effective techniques were selected. Using these techniques, prototype garment was developed. The prototype garment was approved by the wearing test of 26 schoolgirls.

The effect of interfiber distance on the interfacial properties in E-glass fiber/epoxy resin composites was investigated using single and two fiber fragmentation test specimens with various interfiber distance. In addition, the effect of the fiber surface treatment on the interfacial properties was studied. As a result, we found that the interfacial shear strength increased with the increasing interfiber distance in the range between 0 and 50 $\mu$m regardless of sized and desized fibers. It was seen that the interfacial shear strengths were in close agreement with those of the single fiber fragmentation test. We also found that when the interfiber distance became smaller, the stress distribution pattern was similar to that of a single fiber and when the interfiber distance became more than 50 $\mu$m, the stress distribution pattern was independent of the distance between fibers. Finally, the interfacial shear strength evaluated using two E-glass fiber/epoxy resin fragmentation test is shown as real values in-site regardless of the fiber surface treatment and interfiber distance.

The effect of various environmental conditions on the durability in E-glass fiber/vinylester resin composites has been investigated using tensile test specimen of strand type. Tensile strength decreased with increasing immersion time in all environmental conditions. The extent of decrease was more severe in the case of alkaline condition than deionized water condition regardless of temperature. We found that the decrease in tensile strength during the immersion time in various environment conditions was mainly caused by the degradation of the interface between glass fiber and vinylester resin and damage of glass fiber surface.
紅疫經過中에 있어서의 Tuberculin Allergy 變動에 關하여

The author made observations in three baby-homes where the measles prevailed from the beginning of March 1964 to the end of June 1969. Observation was made on 118 infants whose tuberculin reaction had already shown positive (20 -cases naturally converted, 98 cases converted after BCG vaccination). Old tuberculin diluted 2, 000 times, made by the National Institute of Health, was used under the currently widely applied Mantoux intracutaneous method on children during measles to observe the change of tuberculin allergy. The results obtained were as follows: 1) Both children with regular measles and children with measles modified by adult plasma showed decrease of the diameter of the redness 3 to 5 days before the appearance of the rash, and most children from 2 days before and 5 days after appearance the rash showed negative reaction most marked. The decrease in tuberculin allergy was noticed during the eruptive period. No change was specially noticed during the incubation period except for 1 negative case. 2) The length of time elapsing before the tuberculin test turned from negative to positive was an average of 16. 2 days in the group of regular measles and in the group of measles modified by adult plasma, which was intended for passive immunization the time lapse was average of 13 days. Statistically such difference in lapse of time between the two groups was insignificant. 3) In children having measles with pneumonia, the length of time elapsing before the tuberculin test turned from negative to positive averaged 17. 2 days. This means although the case with pneumonia appears longer than the case of measles without pneumonia, there is no significant difference statistically. 4) No significant difference was noticed in the average lengths between the naturally converted case of tuberculin reaction and the positive case turning from negative to positive after BCG vaccination. 5) Repeated tuberculin test every 3 days for 6 weeks produced no case in which the decrease in the tuberculin reaction due to desensitization.

In the present industry, there are necessary to cut not only iron metals but also non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, brass, plastic and wood(Paulownia) therefore it had been made the studies of non-ferrous metals by many scientists. The purpose of this study is to conduct the basic experiment about influencing of the feedrate adjustment and the change of the side rake angle at turning of non-ferrous metals. As the results, the surface roughnesses and Cutting force adjustments were on the decrease with a side-rake angle and feedrate diminution in the case of the plastic, brass, aluminum, and paulownia.
