‘뉴투어리즘(New tourism)’과 ‘착지형(着地型)관광’을 통해 본 일본 지역사회의 발전전략에 관한 연구

“Community-based tourism” is one of “new tourism” and, the next-generation sightseeing product which was made use of local resources enough, while using local abundant knowledge and wide acquaintances brought up in an area. It is far from the destination of the past sightseeing and trip distantly, and opposed to “the departure place model sightseeing” that was planned and run by people of the departure place. In this paper, I think that the true development of local inhabitants is achieved by development and activation that was based on a factor of spontaneous ability. In other words, I explained that it was 1)The voluntary capacity for organization through the recognizing anew of the internal value (local resources) 2)The working of the continuity that adapted to the area concerned from the local life culture, tradition, history, human resource in the area concerned 3) The development strategy of the voluntary community which can participate positively while sharing the flexibility of the approach with an idea of the regional activation in the area. In addition, I took up “the さるく Expo” that began in 2006 as example analysis of “Community-based tourism” in Nagasaki-shi in this report. “The さるく Expo” broke with a frame of “the departure place model sightseeing”, and by discussing enough about a limited sightseeing spot which was choiced as a specific theme with an individual or a local volunteer guide, and set a town walking course, and then contributed greatly to the community. Consequently it can be emphasized that it is a representative example of “Community-based tourism” that local inhabitants paly a key roll, and comes to form interchange by the local person concerned (company, tourist association, commercial and industrial meeting, administration)
반복 하중을 받는 비내진 저층 RC 구조물의 외부 기둥-보 접합부의 거동

Seismic design code has been performed since 1988 in Korea, so it has not been applied to low-rise reinforced concrete buildings which had been built before 1988. Those building have been designed only for gravity loads based on non-seismic code, Therefore, even minor earthquake occurred, those buildings might have serious damages. In this paper, to investigate the behavior of low-rise reinforced concrete moment resisting frame which had been built in according to the building code of Korea that had been published before 1988, two type of 1/2 scaled exterior beam-column subassemblies which have non-seismic detailing based on the building code of Korea were constructed and tested with reversed cycling loading under the displacement control method. The special features of joint with non-seismic detailing is that there is no transverse reinforcement in the joint. In tests, cracks pattern, strength degradation, loss of stiffness, energy dissipation and the slippage of beam and column bars were investigated. Cracks did not occurred in the joint even seismic loading of 0.12g which is considered as peak ground acceleration in Korea was applied. And increasing seismic loading above 0.12g shear crack happened in the joint which have not transverse beam. 국내에서는 1988년부터 내진 규준이 시행되었으며, 따라서 그 이전에 지어진 저층 철근콘크리트 건물들은 내진 규준이 적용되지 않고 단지 축하중만을 고려하여 설계되었다. 그러므로 약한 지진이 발생하여도 이러한 건물들은 심한 피해를 입을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 내진 규준이 시행되기 이전에 지어진 비내진 저층 철근콘크리트 모멘트 저항 골조의 지진 발생시 거동과 피해를 알아보기 위하여, 실제 존재하는 비내진 건물 중 3층 철근콘크리트 라멘조 공공청사 건물의 외부 적합부를 교차보가 있는 것과 없는 것의 2종류를 1/2의 실물크기로 제작하고, 횡방향 변위 제어로 반복하중을 가하여 실험을 수행하였다. 비내진 접합부의 가장 큰 특징은 적합부내의 횡보강근이 없다는 것이다. 실험을 통하여 균열의 형태, 강도${\cdot}$강성의 저하, 에너지 소산 그리고 기둥과 보 부재의 철근 미끄러짐을 조사하였다. 국내에서 규정하고 있는 최대지반가속도인 0.12g크기의 횡방향 하중을 가력하였을 경우에는 균열이 발생하지 않았으나, 횡방향 하중을 0.12g이상으로 증가할수록 교차보가 없는 외부접합부에서 전단균열이 발생하였다.
내발적(內発的)발전을 통해 본벳푸핫토온천박람회(別府八湯温泉泊覧会)의온천지역 활성화 연구

This paper is a case study of activation of the hot-springs resort region which is one of the regional vitalization strategies of Japan. Beppu in Oita Prefecture is known as a typical hot-springs resort in Japan. This paper examines the hot spring exposition in which hot-springs resort region activation was made successful, through an endogenous development theory. A private enterprise called an NPO hattou-onpaku was established in the Beppu area which was in long-term depression. The excavation of endogenous local cultural resources was born in process of the local rebuilt. It was connected with working tour called a hot springs tour. Furthermore, in many onpaku enterprises, the healthy program through the experience exchange which utilized natural hot spring resources was offered. The base of the community improvement which took the excavation of local resources and the responsibility for commercialization and personal training through holding of onpaku was formed. This realized strengthening of profitability. It can be said that it is a big result to have completed such independence and a maintainable business model. Furthermore, onpaku was regarded as regional network formation as a sample of inter-regional association as a solution of the subject currently held by local reproduction of every place in Japan. A future research task is considering the formation process of Japan-onpaku. Because Beppu-onpaku serves as the foundation and this becomes the know-how and the model of nationwide local revitalization.

마찰과 미끄럼 마멸에서 표면 거칠기의 특성에 대한 효과는 실험적으로 볼-디스크 마멸 시험기를 가지고 연구되어졌다. 실험은 서로 다른 하중, 미끄럼 속도, 그리고 윤활유 점도 조건하에서 산술평균값, skewness, kutosis를 변화시켜 수행되었다. 음의 값을 가지는 더 낮은 skewness 또는 더 높은 kutosis의 표면조도를 가진 같은 상술평균 값에 대하여 더 낮은 마찰을 가지는 경향이 있다. The effect of characteristic of surface roughness on friction and sliding wear was studied experimentally with ball-on-disk type wear tester. The test was conducted with specimens those have varying arithmetic mean value, skewness and durtosis under the condition of different load, sliding speed and lubricant viscosity. The surface of the lower skewness in negative value or the higher kurtosis tends to have low friction for the same arithmetic mean value.
지역 주체형 관광 진흥으로서의 착지형(着地型)관광 연구 : ‘온파쿠(別府八湯 泉泊 )’를 중심으로

This paper paid attention to methodology of `community-based tourism' that was one of the Japanese community improvement activation strategies and analyzed this. `community-based tourism' is one of the activated methodology of the community through the sightseeing and aims at the area main constituent-shaped sightseeing promotion as means of the local sustainable growth with increase of the interchange population. Therefore at first I divided the process of the change of the local main constituent type sightseeing promotion into mass tourism, new tourism, and landing sightseeing type as a form of sightseeing and checked it. In the case study, I examined the activated measures as the sightseeing spot through the unique event technique of the Beppu area that fell into long-term economy slump. Specifically, I analyzed the area leadership model example through a natural hot spring, local culture walk, and food culture of onpaku, as the characteristic example of the landing type sightseeing. As a result, next became clear. The inn association society started beppu-hatto community improvement with the goal of regional activation with local sense of impending crisis, and the excavation of local culture resources was performed in the process. It began with a takegawara hot spring preservation campaign and was connected for the establishment of the walking tour through the visiting hot springs. In addition, the result became the step of the regional activation with local image improvement.

In this study, the adhesion performance of the adhesive between the concrete base and the fiber panel was verified through experiments. Attachment to all three types by applying adhesive to panel and attaching to CRC board surface, method of applying adhesive to CRC board surface by panel, method of applying adhesive on panel and CRC board surface respectively, As a result of the performance test, the adhesive strength of the panel attached to the panel on the CRC board after the application of the adhesive was highest on both the back surface of the panel and the surface of the CRC board.
