Bridge design is developing that increase use of development of structural material and bridge of new form, usability of existing construction. Bridge with E-beam(Eccentric-beam) which is developed by a new type is used for analysis model in this study. Contrary to existing bridge which used PCS girder, E-bearn increases rigidity of girder section and enlarges eccentricity between neutral axis of section and prestressed tendon by reinforcing steel plate into upside of girder. This study analyzed application through comparing theoretical analysis result with moving load test result of the bridge which used a new type of PSC E-beam.

Thin-walled cross section has light self-weight, more superior bending stiffness and torsional stiffness than others. So the usage of thin-walled cross section is increasing as a structure of long span bridges. The Behavior of thin-walled structures subjected to eccentric loads is such that bending and torsion will occur. So their structural characteristic is that in-plan behaviour and out-of behaviour are coupled with each other. In this sturdy, considering a thin thickness of thin-walled cross section, the beam element with shear deformation is developed. According to change of cross-section's dimensions, the effect of shear deformation on thin-walled beams is analyzed.

Accordingly, SCPC is introduced that consist of prestress concrete girder and steel girder. In this paper, serviceability and safety were examined by experimental method about sere continues girder bridge's structural behavior. PSC theory and steel girder theory are used to study structural behavior of SCP girder. To examine slab concrete crack, concrete stress and steel stress, a static load and fatigue test were achieved In the result. SCP girder bridge that connect interior support about actuality bridge have enough safety structurally about service loads.
