        수용자의 "영원한 아이”시치료 경험과 목회적 돌봄

        This research is a phenomenological study which was conducted with the purpose of knowing subjective experiences and therapeutic factors while the prisoners participated in the poetry therapy program. This research program was conducted in total of twelve sessions with each session lasting over 3 hours and we have used Colaizzi`s phenomenological research method to analyze the participants statements. The poetry therapy program was conducted twice per month in a local prison in Korea from May 10th 2009 to April 18th 2010. The researcher gathered all the data materials from observation, clinical activities, and interviews of those twelve participants who signed the contract to participate on research project. As for the development of poetry therapy program, researcher consulted a professor majored in bibliotherapy, a professor majored in analytic psychology, a professor who is also a poet majored in counseling psychology with theoretical background of counseling studies and poetry therapy, and a professor who is also a poet majored in Korean literature regarding poetry materials. Moreover, in order to minimize flaws of interpretation, three other counseling specialists who possess doctoral degrees have examined the materials in the course of extracting meaning factors and two professors majored in bibliotherapy and analytic psychology examined them in the course of analyzing therapeutic factors. There were 180 meaning factors which were extracted from analyzing process. The researcher found out 13 sub-topics and 75 meaning factors through integration process. From the results of this following research, the researcher extracted 13 topic groups as phenomena of experiences in poetry therapy and 11 therapeutic factors which were found from poetry therapy experiences. The research clearly shows that there are meaningful effects in this process of healing by approaching the participants` ultimate concerns and worries. As a result of pastoral cares, those prisoners have restored their religious beliefs.

        원전 소방대원들의 심리적 직무특성 분석과 관할 소방공무원들의 국가직 전환이 직무특성에 미치는 영향 연구

        본 연구는 원전 담당 소방대원(자체 소방대원 65명, 초동 소방대원 184명, 관할 소방공무원 361명)을 대상으로 위험인식과 직무 만족, 직무 스트레스, 조직몰입 등 직무수행 관련 심리적 역량을 진단하고, 원전 관할 소방공무원의국가직 전환 이후 위험인식 및 관련 심리적 역량의 변화에 대한 상호관련성을 조사하였다. 원전 담당 소방대원들을대상으로 설문을 한 후, 수집된 자료를 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 연구 변인들의 기술통계, 상관분석, 일원분산분석 및다중회귀분석을 하고, AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 구조방정식 모형(structural equation modeling, SEM) 분석 검증을 하였다. 연구결과 소방대원이 속한 조직별로 직무수행 관련 심리적 역량들이 모두 유의한 차이를 나타냈으며, 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 직무 만족, 직무 스트레스, 위험인식 순으로 나타났다. 원전 관할 소방공무원들의 국가직전환에 대한 기대인식은 직무 만족에 긍정적으로 영향을 미침으로써 결과적으로 조직몰입에도 도움이 되는 것으로나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로의 조직의 성과를 제고하기 위한 관리적 차원에서 필요한 정책적, 제도적 함의를 논의하였다. This study analyzes the psychological capabilities related to job performance, such as risk perception, job satisfaction,job stress, and organizational commitment among 610 firefighters (65 own firefighters, 184 initial firefighters, and 361 localfirefighters) working at various nuclear power plants. The interrelationship between the perception of risk and changes inthe psychological capabilities of fire officials under the jurisdiction of nuclear power plants was investigated. The data werecollected through a survey. We used SPSS 23.0 to perform descriptive statistics, correlation, one-way ANOVA, and multipleregression analysis of study variables, and AMOS 23.0 to validate the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Thestudy results show that psychological capabilities related to job performance differed significantly for each organization towhich the firefighters belonged, followed by job satisfaction, job stress, and risk perception as variables that affectorganizational commitment. The high expectations of the transition to national positions have a positive impact on jobsatisfaction, which in turn increases organizational commitment. Based on the results, we discussed the necessary policyimplications in terms of management to enhance the future performance of organizations.
