        한국의 가임여성이 저출산에 미치는 영향연구

        The aim of this study is to a study on the effects of fertile women on the low fertility in Korea. It is designed to research a model and established hypothesis with emphasis on major variables based on theoretical discussions. However, the result of the study is as follows. Firstly, this brought in delivery avoid phenomenon thus resulting in lower delivery phenomenon. The government should propose reasonable solutions to persuade female personal value and important elements of delivery rate at the same time. Secondly, Patriarchal stereotypes weighting household labor to female traditionally pressures working female with double burden as dual stance of work and family worsen the delivery will. Such atmosphere within a family generates female with an ability to get pregnancy to avoid marriage and delivery. Lastly, the research has pointed out the delivery support policy as most ineffective policy among government policies. To solve this problem, the government policy to recover delivery rate must be reviewed continuously and to be exercised immediately.

        보험소비자 측면에서 본 비대면채널의 효익과 만족도

        최근 소비자의 소비패턴, IT산업의 발달, 그리고 보험사의 마케팅전략의 변화로 인해 보험판매도 대면채널에서 비대면채널로 변화되고 있는 성향이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보험소비자 측면에서 바라 본 비대면채널의 효익과 만족도에 대해 실증조사를 통해 연구를 살펴보고자 한다. 이론적 검토를 통해 살펴 본 결과, 보험 상품은 다른 상품과 달리 현재의 만족이 아닌 미래를 보장받기 위한 지속성과 안정성을 필요로 하는 상품인 만큼 사전에 충분한 상품지식과 다른 상품과의 비교를 위해 대면채널을 선호하였다. 하지만 정보화시대가 되면서 소비자가 보험 설계사의 도움 없이 스스로 자신이 원하는 정보를 얻어 가입할 수 있는 환경조성이 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 실증분석결과, 인구학적 변인에 따른 가설을 통해 소비자의 소비성향과 소비자측면에의 국내보험시장으로 인해 비대면채널을 이용하는 소비자를 위한 법적보호와 개인정보 보호가 시급함이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 비대면채널을 이용하는 보험에 관한 효익과 만족도를 높이기 위한 오프라인과 연계된 판매시스템이 조속히 개발되어야 할 것이다. As changing consumption pattern, the development of IT industries and marketing strategies of insurance companies, there is a tendency for selling insurance to shift from face-to-face channel to non-face-to-face channel. So the purpose of this paper is to study the benefits and satisfaction of non-face-to-face channels-based on consumers' view in the insurance industry. However, People prefer face-to-face channel to non-face-to-face channel as insurance, compared with characteristics of other goods, has distinct characteristics of stability and sustainability to secure their future. But as the information age has come, consumers for themselves can be a policyholder without the help of insurance planners. According to the result of the empirical research, due to the propensity to consume and the attribute of domestic insurance market, it is in urgent of protecting consumers who use non-face-to-face channel as well as personal information by the law. Therefore, the sale system linked offline sale system should be developed to improve non-face-to-face consumer satisfaction and benefit.

        Effect of Phosphorus on the Cadmium Transfer and ROS-scavenging Capacity of Rice Seedlings ROS-scavenging Capacity of Rice Seedlings

        Environmental toxicity due to cadmium (Cd) pollution in croplands causes critical problems worldwide. Rice(Oryza sativa L.) is an important crop in Asia, including South Korea, and numerous studies have evaluatedthe relationship between Cd and antioxidants to alleviate Cd uptake from the soil into plants. However,information about the relationship between phosphorus (P) and antioxidants in rice seedlings is still limitedwith regard to Cd phytotoxicity. We therefore investigated the physiological responses of rice (Oryza sativaL. cv ‘Dongjin’) seedlings to Cd toxicity and the effect of P application on reactive oxygen species (ROS) andantioxidant changes. The exposure of rice seedlings to 30 μM Cd inhibited plant growth; increased thecontents of superoxide, hydrogen peroxide, and malondialdehyde; and induced Cd uptake by the roots andleaves. Application of P to Cd-exposed seedlings decreased Cd-induced oxidative stress by enhancing thecapacity of ascorbate (AsA) production and ROS-scavenging, and decreased Cd transfer from the roots to theleaves. These results suggest that P application alleviated Cd-induced growth inhibition and oxidative damageby restricting Cd translocation from the roots to the leaves and maintaining sufficient levels of AsA.

        공학커뮤니케이션 교과목 운영을 통한 의사소통 역량의 향상도 분석

        This study was conducted with the aim of exploring ways to more effectively manage related courses by checking the educational effects of the operation of engineering liberal arts courses operated for the development of communication skills of engineering students by detailed factors of communication skills. To achieve the purpose of the study, literature review and survey methodologies were used. A survey was conducted before and after class targeting four class students of the engineering college of D University in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of comparing the results of the pre-test before class through this class and the results of the post-test conducted at the end of the class, it was confirmed that speaking ability, reading ability, and communication ability were improved at a statistically significant level. In addition, as a result of analyzing differences in communication competencies for each individual variable, it was found that there were statistically significant differences according to gender, students major field, and grade. Based on such research results, several educational proposals were presented to increase the effectiveness of the management of courses operated to develop communication skills.

        Effects of a Chelate (DTPA) on Cucumber Growth and Soil Chemical Properties in Nutrient-accumulated Soil of Polytunnel Greenhouse

        This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of a chelating agent on cucumber growth and changes in soilnutrients availability in polytunnel greenhouse fields. Diethylene triamine penta acetic acid (DTPA) wasselected as a chelating agent. Two experiments were carried out as follows: i) For field experiment in theautumn season of 2010, each plot was treated by varying the concentration and the number of times beingapplied with DTPA; [DTPA (0.5 mM, 1 time/3 months), DTPA (0.06 mM, 1 time/1 week), DTPA (0.13 mM,1 time/2 weeks), DTPA (0.06 mM, 1 time/1 week)+N]. Conventional practice was also investigated. ii) In thespring and summer seasons of 2011, each plot was treated by varying the concentration (0, 0.06, 0.13, 0.19mM) of DTPA, chemical fertilizers (NPK), and combination of chemical fertilizers and DTPA 0.06 mM. Thefruit yields of cucumber and soil chemical properties had no significant differences between treatments. However, in the spring season of 2011, DTPA 0.06 mM plot added 1 time per 2 weeks increased the yield ofcucumber, but caused the reduction of yield in next cultivation season. This result showed that excess use ofDTPA can cause the damage of crop growth. The inorgainc contents such as Ca and Mg absorbed by cucumberplant had significant differences between DTPA 0.19 mM (2 times/1 week) and fertilizers plus DTPAtreatments [DTPA 0.06 mM (2 times/1 week) + 1/2 NPK, DTPA 0.06 mM (2 times/1 week) + NPK]. Theinput cost of fertilizers was saved when the concentration and the number of times added with DTPA was 0.06mM and 1 time a week, respectively. This treatment used 67% less of applied fertilizers cost than the plot ofconventional practice did. Thus, this research suggested that the application of DTPA 0.06 mM by 1 time aweek can be effective for sustainability of crop production and reduction of fertilizers usage in polytunnelgreenhouse.

        Soil Organic Carbon of Soil Series from 2003 to 2010 in Korea

        Soil organic carbon (SOC) of soil series is necessary to calculate soil C sequestration due to IPCC defaultcategorized by climate regions and by soil types. The 3,400 thousand data were downloaded from agriculturalsoil information system and analyzed to get averages of soil order, soil series, and textual family for the threedifferent soil management practices in Korea. The SOC content was 13.3±5.38 g kg-1 in paddy field, 13.7±7.19g kg-1 in upland field, and 15.2±8.22 g kg-1 in orchard soil, respectively. As SOC in orchard was 10% greaterthan that in upland, orchard must be managed with applying compost. The SOCs of inceptisols, which waslargely distributed in Korea, were 13.6±5.48 g kg-1 in paddy field, 14.1±7.38 g kg-1 in upland field, and15.3±8.20 g kg-1 in orchard soil, respectively. The SOCs of alfisols were 13.6±4.96 g kg-1 in paddy field,13.7±6.99 g kg-1 in upland field, and 15.6±8.59 g kg-1 in orchard soil, respectively. The SOCs of entisols were11.7±5.16 g kg-1 in paddy field, 12.8±7.05 g kg-1 in upland field, and 13.7±7.81 g kg-1 in orchard soil,respectively. The SOCs of ultisols were 12.7±4.79 g kg-1 in paddy field, 12.7±6.22 g kg-1 in upland field, and16.3±8.49 g kg-1 in orchard soil, respectively. The fact that soils containing greater clay content in textualfamily had also more SOC content revealed that SOC could be also dependent on some soil properties as wellas soil order. Because SOC differences among soil series representing same textual family were greater thanthose among textual family, SOC differences should be mainly affected by management practices such ascompost application.

        Status and Change in Chemical Properties of Polytunnel Soil in Korea from 2000 to 2012

        Chemical properties of agricultural soils in Korea have been investigated at four-year interval in order of paddy,polytunnel, upland, and orchard soils since 1999; polytunnel soils were investigated over the whole country in2000, 2004, 2008, and 2012. Polytunnel soils were taken from the surface (0-15 cm) and subsurface (15-30 cm)at 2,651, 1,274, 1,374 and 1,374 sites in all provinces of South Korea. One hundred sampling sites located inmore than 400 m altitude were additionally investigated in 2008 and 2012. Average of soil chemical propertiesin 2012 except Jeju province were 6.6 for pH, 3.2 dS m-1 for EC, 37 g kg-1 for organic matter (OM), 1,049 mg kg-1for available (Avail.) phosphate, 1.58 cmolc kg-1 for exchangeable (Exch.) K, 10.6 cmolc kg-1 for Exch. Ca, and3.3 cmolc kg-1 for Exch. Mg. Except pH, averages of all chemical properties exceeded the upper limit of optimalrange. The median values except pH showed a lower value than the averages. The pH, OM and Exch. Ca hadslightly increased from 6.3 to 6.6, from 34 to 37 g kg-1, and from 7.7 in 2000 to 10.6 cmolc kg-1 in 2012,respectively. The order of sample ratios exceeding the optimal range were Avail. P2O5 (83%) > Exch. Ca (80%)> Exch. K (70%) > Exch. Mg (65%) > EC (55%) > OM (48%) > pH (29%) in 2012. The order of sample ratiosbelow the optimal range was OM (25%) > Exch. K (25%) > pH (20%), Exch. Mg and Avail. P2O5 (9%) > Exch. Ca (6%) in 2012. The excessive proportion of pH, Exch. Ca, Exch. Mg and OM slightly increased, while theinsufficient proportion of those decreased. Approximately 55% of polytunnel soils exceeding EC 2 dS m-1 wasevaluated with salt accumulated soils having the risk of growth disorder of crops. Nutrient contents in polytunnelsoils in Korea showed high level especially Avail. P2O5 and Exch. cations. Therefore, recommended fertilizationbased on soil testing or plant testing is needed for soil nutrient management.
