성적 거래의 변형과 확산의 정치학

본 연구는 ‘성교없는 성상품' 업소(자유업)'에서의 성적 거래의 변형과 확산의 정치학을 드러내면서 이를 어떻게 볼 것인가를 질문하고 있다. 법에 의해 관리/규제되지 않는 ‘성교없는 성상품'들은 공공장소에서 영리를 목적으로, 성기를 제외하고 성애화된 몸의 부위를 사용하여 의도적으로 성적 행위를 가능케 하며 이는 업주, 구매자, 심지어 종사자들에게 이익을 준다고 여겨진다. 본 연구는 이러한 상품이 기획되어 영리를 추구할 수 있다고 간주되는 맥락, 즉 상품의 등장, 구성요건, 거래내용과 방식 등의 거래 경험을 탐색한다. 특정한 성의 몸과 성을 활용한 상품을 기획, 알선, 조장 그리고 상품을 둘러싼 거래과정 등의 상품성에 대한 분석은, 그 상품이 거래되는 성별화되고 계급화된 조건들, 구매자의 ‘제한적인 친밀성’, 종사자의 ‘주조된 정체성’ 등의 한국사회의 성상품 거래의 맥락을 성찰할 수 있게 한다. 특히 ‘성교없는 성상품'으로의 변형과 확산에 대한 비판적 성찰은 한국사회에서 성교중심으로 성매매가 담론화, 법제화되는 ‘사회적 맥락과 그 이후'를 재론 할 수 있는 시론으로서 의미가 있다. 즉, 한국사회의 (유사)성교 중심의 성매매 범위와 금지의 근거뿐 아니라 기존 법이 규제하는 성매매와 자유업인 ‘성교없는 성상품'과의 관계를 고민할 수 있게 한다. 앞으로 다양한 성상품의 내용, 가격, 그 효과 등에 대한 유형별 상품성 분석을 통해 성적 거래의 확산과 변형이 구체화 될 때, 성산업에 대한 여성주의적인 개입과 법/제도 등의 정책 방향이 제안될 수 있다. This research analyses the contents of transaction, functioning forms and the extend of ‘Unregulated Sex Commerce’ to reflect on the politics and constructive conditions of Sex Commerce. By making an issue of consumer oriented transaction process, diffusion possibility of the unregulated Sex Commerc form can be deemed with regard to a sexual desire only as a ‘recreative and sincere authenticity'. The slogan saying ‘self-deemed pleasure and unrestricted thought,’ creation of infinite desire from parts of ‘gendered' human body, and the transacted commodities as a recreation can bring about unpredictable problems. “Unregulated Sex Commerce” in this research is a word that can be defined as ‘an action of marketing and producing a commodity of which intentionally uses gendered one’s body part as a sexual tool for a purpose of profit in public place’ derived from a context ‘it is always possible when you have registered as a profession systematically.’ Currently some establishments/shop owners must be problematized by planning and inducing a commodity that uses others’ body and sex, without sexual intercourse for a purpose of pursuing profit. Nevertheless, such a act is not strongly regulated in Korea, which is so-called a society that prohibits prostitution as a title, this research ask a question on constructive conditions of prostitution and prohibition through an analysis that refers to the Unregulated Sex Commerce without Intercourse. However, on account of lack in interviews with shop owners, consumers, sex-workers and the others who are associated with prostitution, the research clarifies that the contents and the contexts which refer to the differences of their desires, inflow route, and their distresses cannot be clear. Furthermore, the research still has a limit owing to lack of analysing broadly in contents and quality of the commodities, and exact prices in variety of unregulated Sex Commerce have not analysed.

청소녀의 가출의미에 대한 연구

본 논문은 청소녀들의 계급정체성에 따라 다르게 구성되는 성역할과 성경험의 맥락에서 가출의 동기, 생활, 종결을 분석한 ‘청소녀의 가출 의미’에 대한 시론이다. 여기서 계급(정체성)이란 어떤 개인의 삶을 구성하는 원리로서의 경제적 생산 양식의 구조가 아니라 다른 사회구성 원리와의 상호작용 속에 놓인 사회적 생산관계 속에서 자신의 삶의 방식을 만들어 내는 개인의 관계적 실천양식을 말한다. 청소녀들의 가출은 젠더와 계급에 따라 기대되는 사회적 의미체계 안에서 작동하는 성역할과 성경험에 따라 그 의미가 다르며 그 종결의 맥락도 다르다. 가출을 통해 특정계급의 청소녀들이 성별 권력관계에 뛰어 들게 되는 것은 사적/공적 성별 권력관계가 그녀들에게 주는 ‘일종의 보상체계’가 존재하기 때문이다. 따라서 가출은 다양한 위치에서의 다양한 보상체계를 작동시키는 각각의 청소녀들의 전략적 협상들로 설명할 수 있다. 비슷한 연령대의 청소녀라 할지라도 계급정체성에 따라 성역할, 성경험이 다르다는 것은 가출뿐 만이 아니라 원조교제, 성폭력, 성매매의 의미를 다른 차원으로 이동시킬 수 있다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. 뿐 만 아니라 청소녀들의 맥락에 따라 가출 의미가 다르다는 것은 계급정체성에 따른 가출 지원정책이 필요하다는 것을 합의한다. 또한 어떤 사회의 어떤 교육과 가치가 제시되느냐에 따라 여성들에게 기대되는 성역할과 성규범이 변화할 수 있으며 계급 차이에 따른 젠더/섹슈얼리티 변화의 가능성을 제시한다. 따라서 청소녀 가출을 새롭게 위치시킬 사회문화적이고 물질적인 변화를 근본적으로 고민해야 하며 청소녀 스스로 자신의 삶을 계획/실천할 수 있는 다양한 가능성과 상상력을 갖도록 이 사회에서 그녀들을 재 위치화해야 할 것이다. 앞으로 청소녀의 ‘문제’들을 이해하기 위해서는 각각의 청소녀가 접근할 수 있는 사회적 지원의 정도와 그에 대한 인식(계급정체성)을 세분화하여, 전통적 여성의 성역할과 성경험에 대한 선택과 저항, 그리고 협상이 그녀들의 삶에 어떠한 의미를 만들어내는지를 다양한 맥락에서 정교하게 분석되어야 할 것이다. This paper examines the meaning of teenage girls' runaway-culture through the concept of gender role and sexuality intersected with class for repositioning the context of runaway-culture. This paper uses the concept of class as a class identity that is informed by social positions such as gender and sexuality and in which one comes to know how one is positioned. Teenage girls' runaway cultures are taken up in different ways by gender role and sexuality which are informed by gender and class. They are motivated by 'gender pay-back system' which is categorized by class. And girls negotiate between them and their social positions in strategic ways through their agency which is circumscribed by and accessed into 'gender pay back system'. A class as a social position enables and limitates girls' subject positions. This paper demonstrate how girls' experiences of gender issues such as sexual violence and prostitution are class-based categorized. This founding requires some policies which is able to consider class. There are differences of a way of experiencing runaway in terms of gender role and sexuality and that means gender roles and sexuality are informed by an education based on specific value and class. The conclusion requires some prospective alternatives which can make effects on life of under-class girls as a independent subject.

이성애 관계에서의 자기 계발 연애와 성적 주체성의 변화

본 논문은 S지역의 대학생의 섹슈얼리티 경험 등을 통해 연 애의 목적, 방법, 의미 등을 분석한다. '연애 시작에서부터 끝냄'까지의 관계를 만드는 주체들의 경험을 통해 연애의 규칙과 질서 등이 어떻게 젠더화 된 주체성을 만드는지, 그 들이 말하는 연애경험이 그들의 삶에 어떠한 의미가 있으 며, 결국 젠더 관계의 변화가능성이 있는지를 분석한다. 20대 대학생들은 일종의 자기 계발로서 연애를 하지만 성 별에 따라서 차이가 있다. 여성의 경우 ‘사랑받고자 하는 욕 망/예쁘게 관리되는 몸’, 그리고 ‘상처받은 마음/미래 설계를 위해 변화하는 몸’이 갈등적으로 접합되어 젠더화된 주체가 된다. 남성의 경우 자기계발의 능동적인 주체로서 젠더화된 연애각본에 의해 연애를 준비하며 섹스를 통해 완성한다. 즉 여성에게 섹스가 관계를 확인하는 과정이라면 남성에게 섹스는 목표이다. 그러나 신자유주의 사회에서 각 주체들이 젠더화 된 연애 관계를 협상, 관리 하면서 기존의 젠더각본의 변화가 포착 된다. 특히 약자로서의 여성들의 자기 방어적 연애 관리와 다양한 섹슈얼리티 변화는, 내부의 힘을 기를 수 있는 가능 성으로 젠더관계를 균열시킬 수 있다. 아직 큰 틀로서의 젠 더관계는 유지되고 있지만 신자유주의라는 개인의 선택의 합리성이 어떻게 젠더관계에 영향을 미칠지는 앞으로의 연 구주제이다. This dissertation analyses the purposes, the mean, and the significance of a phrase “being in a intimate and sexual relationship”, or so-called “love affair” through the sexual experiences of University students in S* area. These further analyses how the rules and the order of relationship can lead to create gendered subjectivity, what would it mean having so-called ‘involved experience’ in their life, and if it does, whether it has the possibility of transformation in gender relationship through the experiences of main agents who create the intercourse of ‘relationship from first to last’. University students in Twenties do get involved into the relationship as a part of self-empowerment, however it differs from male to female. In case of female, “desire to be loved/fitted but self-regulated body itself” and, “an agony of separation/exhausted body itself for future design” get inosculated controversially and turn into gendered main agent. On the other hand, in case of male, as an active main agent, they prepare the relationship by gendered relationship plot, and complete through having sex. Therefore for female, sex is the process of confirming the relationship between each other, however for male it is the purpose. However, in neo-liberalism society, transformation of original gender script can be spotted during each main agent negotiates and manages the gendered involved relationship. Especially self-defensive management of the relationship as being the weak and the female transformation of their sexuality which strengthen female inter -empowering agency have a strong possibility to de-construct gender relationship. Despite, gender relationship re-products by itself as a systematic structure, it is a future research topic of how does the rationality of person choice so-called neo-liberalism influences gender relationship.

중·고교 학생 선수의 학습권-폭력-성폭력의 인권 침해 발생구조에 대한 성 정치학적 분석

본 연구는 최근 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 스포츠계의 인권 실태를 여성주의적인 관점에서 고찰하기 위해서 중고등학교 학생 선수들의 인권침해 현실을 주요한 분석대상으로 삼는다. 이에 본 연구는 학생선수들이 경험하는 “학습권 침해- 폭력의 일상화-성폭력의 묵인”이 어떻게 연속적으로 구성되고 있는 지를 성 정치학적 관점에서 검토하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 본 연구는 질적 연구 방법론에 기반한 심층면접법을 주요한 연구 방법으로 채택하였으며, 본 연구의 면접 참여자는 전국 중, 고등학교에서 대표 선수로써 활동하고 있는 남녀학생 30명이다. 본 연구의 내용은 첫째, 학생선수들의 학습권 침해의 구조적인 발생 맥락을 검토하였고, 둘째, 학생 선수-지도자, 학생 선후배간에 일상적으로 발생하는 폭력의 위계성을 살펴보았으며, 마지막으로 성폭력의 경험이 폭력의 일상화된 문화와 어떻게 중층적으로 구성되는 지를 파악하였다. 이러한 연구 내용을 토대로 학습권 침해- 폭력의 일상화- 중층적 성폭력 발생 맥락의 연속적 구성 방식을 제기하였다. This research examines the continuum of learning rights/violence/sexual violence in the experiences of student-athletes from the perspective of sexual politics. This research mainly utilizes the qualitative method of in-depth interview. We interviewed with thirty female and male studentathletes in middle and higher education of the whole country of Korea. The main topics of this research are as follows. Firstly, this research highlights the structure and context how student-athletes systematically neglect to their studies in the public education. Secondly, this research describes the main reason why maintains the hierarchy of violence in the daily life of studentathletes. Finally this research points out how the hierarchy of violence is associated with the admission of sexual violence in this context. As a result, it shows the multi-layered system between violence and sexual violence in sport. The outcome of this research will propose the direction for the practical strategies to enhancing the human rights of student-athletes in Korea.
