12주간의 태권도 프로그램참여가 중년여성의 체력과 신체구성 및 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 12주간의 태권도 프로그램 참여가 중년여성의 체력과 신체구성 및 신체적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. C시에 소재하고 있는 D태권도장 수련생의 자모 중 규칙적인 운동프로그램에 참여하지 않는 여성 30명(실험집단 15명, 통제집단 15명)을 대상으로 12주간 주 5회, 60분씩 태권도 프로그램을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 모든 자료는 SPSS ver. 12.0을 이용하여 반복이원변량분석(repeated measure two-way ANOVA)과 독립 및 대응 t-test를 실시하였고 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 위와 같은 내용을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 프로그램을 중년여성에게 적용하였을 때 근력, 근지구력, 순발력, 민첩성, 유연성, 심폐지구력은 실험집단이 통제집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 향상 되었다. 그러나 평형성에서 실험집단의 경우 사전?사후에 유의하게 향상되기는 하였으나, 통제집단과는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 태권도 프로그램을 중년여성에게 적용하였을 때 LBM은 실험집단이 통제집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 향상 되었다. 그러나 체중, 체지방률, BMI는 실험집단의 경우 사전?사후에 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났지만, 통제집단과는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 셋째, 태권도 프로그램을 중년여성에게 적용하였을 때 인지된 신체능력과, 신체적 자기표현 자신감, 신체적 자기효능감 모두 실험집단이 통제집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 향상 되었다. 결론적으로 태권도 프로그램은 중년여성의 체력과 신체적 자기효능감을 향상시킴과 동시에 신체구성에 변화를 가져와 중년여성의 신체적, 정신적인 면에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine how 12-weekTaekwondo workout program affects physical fitness, body composition and physical self-efficacy of middle-aged women. Taekwondo workout program was carried out every sixty minutes five times a week for 12 weeks, with the subject of 30(experimental group;15, control group;15) women who don`t exercise regularly among mothers whose children go to the D-Taekwondo workout that is located in C-city. All the materials in this study were conducted the repeated measure two-way ANOVA, and the independent and paired t-test by using SPSS ver. 12.0. And, the significant level was set to α=.05. As a result of having analyzed the above contents, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the experimental group was meaningfully higher than the control group in strength, endurance, power, agility, flexibility, and cardio-vascular. The experimental group showed meaningful improvement in balance between the pre-test and post-test scores, while the control group didn`t show any meaningful difference. Second, the experimental group was statistically higher than the control group in LBM. While the body weight, body fat, BMI turned out to decrease meaningfully in the experimental group between pre-test and post-test scores, the control group didn`t show any significant difference. Third, both sub factors of physical self-efficacy, perceived physical skills and physical self-expression confidence showed significantly different in the experimental group than in the control group. In conclusion, Taekwondo program proved to be effective in improving physical fitness, physical self-efficacy in the middle-aged women, as well as, to make a positive influence on physical and mental aspects of middle aged-women, by causing physical change.
Future Perspectives of Sustainable Manufacturing and Applications based on Research Databases

Recent legislation and initiatives have precipitated a considerable shift toward sustainable development. Accordingly, studies into green manufacturing and applications have been conducted by numerous researchers. In this review, future perspectives of sustainable manufacturing and applications are evaluated and analyzed based on research databases. More specifically, the current status and historical trajectory of selected research areas are evaluated using data from the Web of Science library and the Journal Citation Reports (JCR). State-of-the-art sustainable manufacturing research is presented, and related journals are discussed according to research area. Selected journals and research subjects are assessed in terms of H-indices and the number of published articles, to evaluate the attention paid to, and importance of, each subject. To further the discussion on future perspectives, the historical trajectories of the research areas are explored. For example, technologies described in a greener machine tool review article were classified according to a technology hierarchy, and their historical changes were evaluated. Selected journals and subjects were matched to categorical hierarchies, and the development stages were assessed based on a four-stage model (early, emerging, developed, and saturated stages). The results showed that sustainable manufacturing and applications have dramatically emerged in the last decade. In this review, insights are provided into the status and future of sustainable technologies through the suggestion of evaluation methods and provision of examples.
