        청소년 미혼모와 그들의 교육권에 대한 교사의 인식

        The purpose of this study is to identify teachers` perception on pregnant teens and their educational right and the difference of perception according to teachers` characteristics. For this purpose, data were collected by randomly sampled self-reported questionnaire survey, from 252 teachers of 32 middle and high school all over Korea, from October to November, 2007. Major Findings of this research are as follows. First, the teachers` perception of the pregnant teens were mostly negative. Second, the teachers` perception of the pregnant teens` educational rights were relatively negative. Third, significant differences of the teachers` perception were shown according to teacher`s sex, age, education, roles in school, guiding experience with pregnant teens. Therefore, in-service teachers` training programs and social and educational policy should be developed and provided for changing teacher`s negative perception of pregnant teens and their educational rights.

      • 학교부적응 학생의 학교적응력향상을 위한 집단프로그램 개발연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop a group program to enhance the adjustability of students who find difficulties in adjusting to school life (here in after shall be referred to as "the group program") The group program involves helping maladjusted students to establish positive self-image through consolidated art treatment, and educating them to gain interpersonal skill, thereby preventing them from dropping out of school. This sturdy dissertation would like to utilize the Model Development Method, which is presented as the most appropriate in early stage of developing practice model, as framework. To this end, this study focused on reviewing first what kind of contents and strategy the group program should include, and then how effective the program is in achieving its objectives of helping maladjusted students to reinforce their adjustability. To achieve the first task mentioned above, this study presents the purpose, contents, strategy and guideline, based upon the research on the literature. With respect to the second task, the effectiveness of the group program, this sturdy jointly use the qualitative research based upon the a variety of material as well as the evaluation results both before and after the group process. Furthermore, we actually applied the group program to the schools which the welfare center associated with us recommended. We went through the process of reviewing the effectiveness of the program, revising and supplementing it. In conclusion, the group program turned out to be significantly effective in enhancing the self-image, adjustability in school life and satisfaction level. Most of the group program, subject to a phase-in revision and supplementation, could be more widely applied as it is.
