본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 지능형교통시스템(u-ITS: Ubiquitous Intelligent Transportation System) 에서 발생하는 다량의 데이터를 실시간 저장하기 위해 메인 메모리 데이터베이스(MMDB: Main Memory Database)와 디스크 상주 데이터베이스(DRDB: Disk Resident Database)를 사용하는 시스템 구조와 RM(Rate Monotonic)를 기반으로 데이터의 발생 주기에 따라 MMDB 와 DRDB 에 실시간 저장하는 알고리즘을 제안한다.
유연체동력학 모델을 이용한 디젤엔진 기어트레인 동응력 해석

Flexible multi body dynamics model was used to calculate dynamic stress on a geartrain which are difficult to measure during developing stages. To investigate dynamic stresses of geartrain, rigid body model for diesel engine was completed and then transformed into a flexible model by replacing rigid gears. Dynamic model includes into a contact, constraint and force elements. The results from model were scrutinized and a partial detailed model with finer meshes was found to give reasonable stress values within relatively short period of computing time. More realistic dynamic displacement and dynamic stress were calculated to help prediction of endurance, safety and vibration in developing stage.
BEM 해석을 통한 PBT 계열 제품 제작용 사출 성형 금형 설계

The objective of this paper is to design the injection mould for PBT series part using BEM analysis. The influence of the mould temperature and the design of the runner system, including the runner, the gate and the sprue, on the clamping force was investigated to obtain a proper design of the mould and an appropriate condition of the injection molding. The results of the analysis showed that the clamping force of the product decreases with increasing the runner diameter. In addition, it was found that the clamping force is minimized at the 120℃ of the mould temperature. From the results of the analysis, it was shown that the clamping force of the product was minimized as the runner design was directly connected from the sprue to the gate and the diameter of the runner and the sprue was nearly 35 mm and 40 mm, respectively.
