        Purpose: Middle-aged women are at an age when the prevalence of obesity increases and they feel psychologically depressed. This study aims to promote and popularize the health of middle-aged women by studying basic Korean dance movements targeting middle-aged women and distributing the dance movements. Methods: As a theoretical background, what movements (exercises) are necessary for maintaining the health of middle-aged women is clarified through literature and previous studies, and suitable dance movements are suggested. Regarding the dance movements, this study consisted of movements created by applying based on the dance movements learned and learned by the researcher so far. Result: Korean basic dance movements started with movements for preparation, and consisted of breathing movements, leg movements, arm movements, trunk movements, cardiopulmonary movements, and whole body shaking movements. The above 7 movements were made into the basic Korean dance movements for middle-aged women and presented as < Figure 1 > to < Figure 7 >. They were composed of simple movements so that middle-aged women learning Korean dance movements for the first time could easily approach them. Conclusion: Korean basic dance movements, which are life Korean dances and health exercises for middle-aged women, suggest basic movements necessary for the health of middle-aged women, although they are easy and simple. The results of this study can be fully applied or utilized according to the creative ability of the instructor.

        한국무형문화재춤 지정의 흐름과 과제 -밀양아리랑 보존과 가치전망을 중심으로-

        In 2019, there was a lot of confusion in the dance world over the designation of dance as a Korean intangible cultural asset. This study pointed out that although intangible cultural heritage dance needs to be institutionally changed according to the times, there is still a lack of research on the system or method of transmission. And, from a macro perspective, we looked at the issues that arose around the designation of dance as a Korean intangible cultural asset in 2019. After that, based on this, we predicted the cultural value of Miryang Arirang, one of the Arirangs registered in UNESCO. Miryang Arirang is one of the three major Arirangs in Korea along with Jeongseon Arirang in Gangwon-do and Jindo Arirang in Jeolla-do. In addition to the locality and uniqueness of Miryang, it has a special structure. Although it is a Gyeongsang-do Arirang, it is different from the Gyeongsang-do style ‘Menarijo’, and unlike other Arirangs in other regions, the order of the words in the song is different. Therefore, it is expected that if we make a Miryang Arirang dance suitable for Miryang Arirang and use it as a unique folk content for the region, it will be sufficiently successful.

        지역 춤 축제의 성공과제

        Traditional festivals could be characterized by annual, ritualistic ones with which the community members reveal unique rituals accumulated for generations and emphasized as a motivation of local development, with the decentralized provincial government playing as a main agent. The authorities concerned are eager to plan and implement the numerous local festivals in almost all areas as a means of enhancement of regional competitiveness. Andong Mask Dance Festival and Cheonan World Dance Festival, recognized as the best festivals, have been staged until now. This research aims to analyze the world-famous festivals and then examine the requirements for their constant prosperity. Most of all, the type of the dance festival ought be clearly defined. Then, the distinctive strategy of dance program should be necessary. Third, city marketing and branding associated with dance festivals are to be made. Fourth, the infrastructure based on economic, cultural demand has to be built. Last, dance commodity must be dealt with as cultural goods. Andong mask dance and Cheonan world dance could be classified as one category on a global level. More creative and detailed dance festival programs should be set up, seeing that the two dance festival have a lot in common

        스토리맵(StoryMap) 형식의 한국무형문화재 춤 전자테마지도 구축 제안

        This study takes the theme of Korea`s intangible cultural asset dances, collects, analyzes, and categorizes relevant data, and aims to suggest making an electronic theme map of Korea`s intangible cultural asset with a StoryMap format. For this, the status of research and development was reviewed to make sure the StoryMap to be developed will have distinction. Also, by applying study organization plan, a method of phased establishment was set up consisting of ``design of StoryMap system``, ``composition of StoryMap system``, ``reproduction of StoryMap``, and by actually applying 「Jinjugummoo」, sample contents were reproduced. Then by presenting the value of using the suggested electronic theme map as the value of educational use, the value of historical and cultural contents, the value of a case of interdisciplinary research, the value of offering the agenda of the contents of dance studies, the value of overcoming the limitation of R&D projects, and the value as the channel of letting the world know about the excellence and value of Korean culture, this study highlighted the originality of these contents.

        제의적 마을 탈춤의 분석

        본 연구는 제의적 마을 탈춤의 의미를 제의성의 변천을 중심으로 하회별신굿탈놀이와 강릉관노가면극을 비교 분석하여 보고자 한 것으로 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 하회의 별신굿은 하회마을 사람들이 마을을 보호해 준다고 믿었던 신에 대한 숭배의식으로 탈 제작에 있어 제의적 의미가 포함되어 있음을 알 수 있었으나, 춤사위에는 제의적 요소는 없었다. 그리고 극 전체를 통해 볼 때 공연 방식이나 내용이 마을의 안녕과 풍농을 기원하는 동제인 하회별신굿탈놀이는 제의적 요소로 볼 수 있는 종교적 의미를 함축하고 있었다. 강릉관노가면극의 탈은 등장인물의 배역에서부터 제의성을 찾아볼 수 있는데, 양반광대, 소매각시, 시시딱딱이, 장자마리 등 모두가 제의적 벽사의 기능을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 춤사위의 대부분이 강릉지방 민속에 맞게 안무한 것으로 보아 춤사위에는 제의의 본질적 요소가 없다고 볼 수 있다. 마지막으로 강릉관노가면극의 특징적인 면으로 볼 때 강릉관노가면극의 경우는 단오제라는 행사와 같이 하나의 놀이로써 지방의 안녕과 풍농을 기원하고, 지방수호신에게 제사하는 의식과 깊은 연관을 가진 서낭제 가면극의 특징을 그대로 간직하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. This article aims to compare the implications of masked dance in Hahoe with Gangneung masquerade and analyze them, in terms of the transition of the rituals. The results are as followings; Byulsin exorcism of Hahoe was the worship for God who people believe protects us from the evil. However, from the making of the mask in Hahoe masquerade. The movement of the dance features the spontaneous, changeable, depending on atmosphere of the stage or the host of the performance. Hahoe masquerade has the religious suggestion in the organization; it is one of the festivals, wishing for peace, good harvest of the village, in the content of the performance. From the roles of casts, the implications of the rituals are inferred; such the characters as Yangbankwangdae, Somaekaksi, Sisittakttaki, and Jangjamari have the implication of the repelling. But, the movement of the masked dance lost the original fashion in the process of restoration and faced the change. Therefore, most of the movements are tuned to falk of Gangneung; it doesn't have essence of the rituals. Finally, Gangneung masquerade has a factor of amusement of the Dano festival, wishes for well-being, good harvest of the village and includes the ritual of a guardian deity of the town, like the tutelary masquerade

        세계민속춤축제의 교육적 활용방안

        The study can be defined as a qualitative research focusing on educational utilization of the world folk dance festival. It is generally believed that folk dance involves numerous educational properties; first of all, folk dance , including sentiment and emotion of the people, makes the people take pride in national culture, helping them to appreciate the value associated with their tradition and cultural heritage. Next, folk dance can generate the positive awareness towards multi-cultural families. Third, folk dance can definitely heighten the awareness of history if the awareness of history is based on comprehensive understanding on human, Fourth, folk dance can assist in people understanding of national sentiment, religion, philosophy and thought of the countries, in case music, costume and customs of each country are compared. Fifth, communication and harmony through folk dance facilitates understanding of the other countries. Last but not least, folk dance offers various perspective of movement, which contributes to creative thinking. To sum up, educational application is as follows; first, education focusing on cultural history. Next, sociologic education based on communication and harmony. Third, education of traditional art by means of unique national spirit in folk dance. Last, education of history leading to reflect on the history of each country.

        The study aims to investigate the misunderstanding that the deformed dance intends to humiliate the disabled and modern significance the dance has. Deformed dance has played an important role in accomplishment of the creative succession through modification of tradition, presented some challenges in its modernization, and shown mutual understanding between performers and audience, one of the greatest factors in the performance. The unique dance has the implication of harmony that all the participants including the spectators become one and humanity with the tradition being everyday life.

        장홍심 바라승무의 춤사위 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the dance performance of the Seungmu, Jang Hongshim-ryu, a dance that strikes the Bara among Seungmu. The result is as follows. First, Jang Hong-Shim Seungmu's inhalation and exhalation are relatively formal, and there is no excitement from the breath of dance. Therefore, it is thought that this dance was not affected by the folk dance with breathing in the shoulder dance. Second, there are many dances that use arms. There are relatively many dances used in one rhythm, such as sprinkling long ginseng in one beat and changing the dance in another. This is similar to Choi Seung-Hee's dance with a fast tempo, which has a lot of movements. Third, in addition to hitting the Bara Seungmu Jang Hongshim-ryu, the technique of the body is also simple. Except for the prone movement, there are almost no movements that are used by twisting or twisting the body, and the dance movement of standing as a new dance is the main one. Fourth, the technique of foot movement also cannot find a singularity. Most of the foot movements seen in other Ryupa's Seungmu are used, but it is characterized by moving with the heel of the foot when stepping or moving. Fifth, it is inferred that Jang Hong-Shim Bara Seungmu was influenced by the dance of the north and south 5 provinces, considering that he dances with his body straight and there are exceptionally many movements of arms and arms.

      • 한국무용창작 작품주제 분석에 따른 심리 연구

        Purpose: This study aims to identify the themes of the Korean creative works they created by applying ‘phenomenology as a qualitative research method’ to 10 prospective graduates who are in their fourth year of college. After that, I would like to analyze the psychology of Korean dance creations phenomenologically by analyzing the themes and contents of their works. Methods: Thinking about the skill of the creator of a dance work of reflective practice through reduction, It is the result of review and review. The work was discussed for 4 hours once a week, and the subject and content of the work were grasped through individual interviews, and the results were derived. Result: First, if we look at the themes of the 10 research participants in this study, there were 2 Korean folktales, 2 expressions of nature, 2 people related to recollection or memories, and 3 people expressing will or wish. Second, it can be seen that the thought of choosing a theme was composed based on the knowledge or activities they actually saw and felt through their life world where dance works were made and performances were performed. Third, the research participants made a creative work with 10 themes through experience, and the psychological meaning of the work was folk values and naturalism, consolation and recollection of memories, and expression of will. Conclusion: Judging from the above results, it was disappointing that there were not a variety of experiences and choices for the subject of Korean creative dance. As the scope of what was learned and experienced was limited, the subject matter of the work did not appear in a variety of ways, and it seems that it was difficult for the research participants who created the dance to choose a new and diversified theme.

        인문사회과학영역 : 날뫼북춤의 철학적 의미 고찰

        This study aims to investigate the origin of Nalmoe Drum Dance, the 2nd Daegu cultural properties, the movement process of the dance, and philosophical implication in the motion; the origin and the process is described with reference to previous studies and books ,depending on literature research. Then, the philosophical implication of the drum dance is generally discussed, based on Eastern philosophy books, aesthetics and the shaman history of exorcism. The results are as follows: first, it has some shaman meaning on mother-goddess religion. The area of ``Nalmoe`` has the root of the Korean ancient religion and the drum dance includes shaman implication of pursuing the harmony, in the providence between nature and human. Second, thought of wonyoong is immanent. Wonyoong can be defined as ``overall communication`` and Kangkangsullae in the drum dance has the formation of a circle; the circle seems to have thought of wonyoong. Third, there is an idea of ``letting be nature``. In the ``Haha exorcism``, the sixth episode of the drum dance, the dancers hit the drum, jump with one foot and say haha, with a laugh. it is called ``letting be nature`` in Taoism. In other words, the word ``haha`` in the Haha exorcism appears to have the implication of coming back to ``leaving nature as it is``. Finally, Obangjin, the 7th episode of the drum dance, has the stage of praying for the peace and well-being, forming some arrays from all directions; through the realization of provision of nature, it involves changing all existing incongruity into the harmonious life.
